- Martine (1/5): unfassbar, dass dieses Hotel sosehr angepriesen wird! - Der Gast ist unmündig, wird empfangen mit Zetteln, die voraussetzen, dass man lesen soll. Dann soll jeder die Schuhe in dem Vorraum zur Rezeption lassen und hauseigene Slipper anziehen - bis zum Auschecken. Das Zimmer war mit allem vollgestellt, der Schreibtisch viel zu klein, das Bett viel zu hoch (mein großer Koffer diente als Tritt, um überhaupt in das Bett zu gelangen. Zum Frühstück gibt es nur das, was vorbereitet ist. Der Hausgeruch bleibt an allem haften, sogar in dem Wasser, das in die Trinkflasche abgefüllt wird. Beides musste entsorgt werden.

- Tripbug6 (10/5): Absolute Gem! - What a beautiful little Gem Boutique hotel that feels like home. The decore is insanely fabulous, beds that you want to stay in and never get up. The entire place is quaint, charming, warm & comfortable beyond measure. A mix of old world charm with modern conveniences. Hot, home cooked breakfast included. The dining room leaves you feeling like you just walked into Grandma’s house. The view of the mountains is certainly a nice plus, but I would still stay in this place if it was in the middle of a bald prairie. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. Good parking available for those who need it. We will always look to stay here whenever we travel through. Thank-you for a lovely stay!

- Mirbaghir (1/5): Very disappointing stay overall due to poor communication and repeated water outages. - - We stayed here for my pregnant wife’s birthday and the experience was very disappointing. At check‑in we were not informed about any water outage. We only found out after entering the room, and other guests also said they weren’t warned. The water was off for a long time, the “restoration time” kept changing, it was turned off again in the evening, and the next morning we were told it would be turned off once more. During the outage it was impossible to use the toilet, wash our hands, or take a shower, and the only “solution” was hand sanitizer at the entrance, which is completely inadequate, especially when one guest is pregnant. When the water still wasn’t back at the promised time, I asked for a refund and was ready to leave. As soon as the water suddenly came back, we decided to stay to avoid wasting more time looking for another hotel, but about 30 minutes later it was shut off again. A discount and late check‑out were not offered proactively – I had to insist, was first refused, and they were only granted after the second outage in the evening. We only cut a small gender‑reveal cake and took a few photos together in a common area for a few minutes – this was not an event or party, yet the hotel later described it as if we had used an “event space for free”. Basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not prepared in the room and were brought only after I asked. In the lobby, one red‑haired staff member openly discussed guests in her Slovak language, not considering that some guests might understand her, which felt very disrespectful. Overall, repeated water outages, poor communication, and unprofessional staff behavior made this stay extremely disappointing.

- Watton (8/5): Excellent. - It is quaint and well located in Canmore; an easy walk to Town Centre. The room was well-appointed and the selection of loose tea in the common room was outstanding. Can't think of anything.

Un réfrigérateur est disponible pour les résidents - Le jacuzzi accessible de 9:00 à 22:00 La baignoire et le lavabo de notre chambre étaient vieillissant, mais rien de bien grave

- Cherry1 (10/5): Old fashioned elegance - Convenient location. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Authentically decorated to reflect the time period of Lady MacDonald . Roof top hot tub with Ribes and towels. Prepared breakfast in the morning that they were able to modify for my fussy husband It is a bit different to remove outdoor footwear and use their clean foamy sandles but I can also appreciate it keeps the house cleaner for everyone especially in the winter

- Gurpreet (4/5): It was okay , not too great . - I like the breakfast that was average only problem was fixed menu . That’s okay . Liked hot tub that was favorite. I hated bed not comfy at all could not sleep. Rooms were okay found them a bit congestive and not really fancy like hotels .

- Edgar (7/5): Overall we enjoyed it. All guests were respectful to each other and staff was very friendly and help - The breakfast was very good. The setting area was comfortable and quite, very relaxing. We also enjoyed thw hot tub at -21°C. The electric fireplace in the room was a nice feature. It was nice to have options like Netflix. Unfortunately the queen mattresses were not in the best shape, which caused a little bit of back pain, I seemed to roll to one side all the time. I would definitely suggest replacing some of them.

The hotel and rooms were very homey and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. It was very nice to have the hotel and sauna access after a day of hiking. Could not have asked for anything better here! Nothing - Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to the time that we left!

Clean place . wasn’t liking I had to take off my shoes to get to my room , they did offer sandles , not liking to wear other peoples sandles , but I do understand you have to keep the place clean .
- Celeste (9/5): Absolutely a pleasant stay & would highly recommend & go back again!! :) - Beautiful property, great location, friendly staff, delicious & beautifully presented breakfasts, accommodated my food sensitivities, impeccably clean, very comfortable rooms & sitting areas for guests. Would highly recommend to anyone, as it felt like home away from home :). I love that you had to take off your shoes, as it kept the inn so much cleaner! Also enjoyed the view of the beautiful mountains while relaxing in the hot tub on the roof & the sauna was great too! :) I would say the only issue I had was the price, but everything seemed high in the area, as it is there peak season.

- Leah (8/5): - Welcoming and clean, loved the available tea, coffee and fridge and dining/relaxing spaces. The hot tub was great. The pillows were a bit too large for sleeping. Some additional pillows to access would be good. A hand towel positioned near basin would be ideal.
