- Charles (3/5): First and last time going to a Red Roof Inn! - That there was another indoor hotel directly across from it from a safety perspective since the Red Roof Inn is exterior doors. The front desk staff was very friendly and positive. We reserved 2 rooms and requested them to be near each other and they were right next to each other. We had 2 rooms and one of the bathrooms appeared not to have been cleaned because the toilet seat looked it had urine stains on it and the floor of the bathtub/shower looked dirty and old. I didn’t notice it until the morning before checkout and needless to say I showered in our other room.
The bed frames were very squeaky like it was a metal bed frame at summer camp. The room phones display and info was completely worn away and blank.

- Heather (1/5): Awful. Don’t stay here - Nothing! It was dirty! Floors were sticky, it was smelly bed was lumpy, there was hairs in the bathroom. We couldn’t stay there at all!
- Cassidy (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Gus (10/5): - Very nice and well lit. One of beds had a lean to it and wasn’t fully firm. But overall was great.
- Chris (10/5): It was great! - Friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. Quiet and safe. No assigned parking when it's crowded it's hard to get a space in front of your room for unloading and loading.
- Antoinine (2/5): - It was close to the amusement park This smoke this cheap shabby motel needs to be upgraded to red roof and standards. It just has the red roof logo slapped on it, but this building must’ve been a cheap shabby motel upgrade the status to an actual red roof Inn you’ll get much better reviews done
- Daya (1/5): worse stay ever - Nothing at all Worse place to stay in . I would rather sleep on the street than this. Rude customer service, plenty of hair around, no dusting, towels were insane dirty , bed sheets were from a decade. Please don’t stay here , you will regret it.
- Jewels (10/5): - Comfortable beds and hot shower n/a
- Wendi (10/5): My stay was relaxing, clean, safe very convenient for the price. Definitely pet friendly. - Neat clean and staff is excellent! They know customer service and show customer support when needed. I love this place. It felt like home . That other people don’t clean up after their dog.

- Jewels (10/5): - The room is comfortable and peaceful 😊 Not enough towels and wash clothes and no continental breakfast
- Jewels (10/5): - Very clean room No breakfast included
- Charles (9/5): -
- Lucy (1/5): - Toilet was leaking. The room was very disappointing. We had to stay at the old part of the hotel. Never will I return or my guest Nothing

- Sherri (3/5): Extremely Dirty Sticky Floor! - We've stayed at this very hotel before. That's why we were comfortable staying again. Buy this time when we walked in. I thought our floor looked dirty. It was immediately determined when my husband spilled a drink. The washcloth started out white but ended up filthy. Like the floor had not been cleaned in months! And I just had surgery. That's why we picked this room. Close to the hospital to rest. Just was really disgusted by such a dirty dog friendly floor! But this time when we walked in. - Diane (10/5): Overall satisfied with accommodations. Customer service was above. - The front desk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Provides welcomed experience. Outside had dog crap on walkway for entire stay.
- Amanda (4/5): - Unfortunately, we had to leave shortly after arriving at this hotel. Upon entering our room, the hot water took an extremely long time to get even barely warm, the toilet rocked badly, and there was an exposed AC outlet that is a fire hazard. The room also had a strong sewage odor, which was noticeable in the parking lot and stairwell as well.
The staff member who checked us in earlier in the evening was very kind and welcoming, but my experience with the night employee was disappointing. He was condescending and even told me to be quiet while I was trying to explain the situation. During that time, other guests were also complaining about children running back and forth above the lobby, which he claimed to address, but the noise continued.
When I asked if there were any alternate rooms available, I was told no. I explained that I would then need to book another hotel. Only after that did he suddenly say he could move us to another room. By that point, it was nearly midnight, and I declined and requested a refund instead. He continued to argue that a room was now available, but I stood firm on wanting a refund.
I am still waiting on that refund as of now. The poor condition of the room and the dismissive customer service made this an unfortunate experience, despite the friendly check-in staff earlier in the evening.
I wanted to give Red Roof Inn another chance, but ongoing maintenance and cleanliness issues seem to be a pattern across the US.
- Yovanka (8/5): -
- Randy (10/5): - The only thing missing was a coffee maker. Room was clan and comfy.
- Ranada (8/5): - Not to bad
- Robert (10/5): Very relaxing. -
- Barbara (6/5): - Nothing unique
- Zimkowski (7/5): - Staff and location were fabulous. Very clean. Comfy beds! Perfect for safe, clean, overnight stay. Outdated appliances, no USB charging places in room. Needs some TLC with upgrading and repairs.
- Michelle (4/5): - I will never stay here again.
- Macey (10/5): - it was perfect for a quick trip
- Chelsey (10/5): - The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was old but it was in good condition and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
- Jeremy (10/5): - Very convenient location for venue
- Consuelo (8/5): Excellent value for a comfortable, modest but very clean room! - Very clean, modest accommodations but excellent quality for that price. Everything was great. Planning another night soon!
- Kim (8/5): - A blend of the old with the new, the haves and the have nots. Best Western plus Red Roof Inn.
- Shawn Teresa (8/5): - Clean
- Anil (2/5): - Horrible
- Chayut (10/5): It was all good. - No breakfast allowed for us. I guess only your sister hotel got it. Dog fee when zero damage done. Should be free like motel 6. So they will remain my first choice.
- Raquel (6/5): It was pleasant & comfortable. - Very neat No elevator
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pet friendly - Pet friendly and great location!
- Edward (6/5): It was fine. - There were insects in the room. Not roaches, exactly, but small. Water bugs, maybe?
- Moinul (10/5): - Good place and good service.
- Carol J (6/5): The dog smell was the negative for our stay. I felt that the price should have been lower. - Breakfast being included was a plus. Location was helpful. There was a distinct dog smell in the room, which was not good.
- Jose (10/5): - Great
- Jeanette (4/5): - Very dirty room. Floors were sticky and carpet filthy. Bed skirts stained. Hair dryer broken and unable to use. Maid only emptied trash but didn’t make bed on second day. Not worth it.
- Heather (10/5): - .
- Gaylene (6/5): - Check your towels when you check in the rooms I had two dirty towels. Also it's no free breakfast you have to pay for breakfast with the hotel across the parking lot. Also if you order Uber eats at night you might be waiting a hour or longer for you food.
- joshua (10/5): - Very nice!
- Mariajoy (8/5): A fine place to r - Room was clean and comfortable enough, but the cleaning products had an unpleasant smell. We were only there for one night and it is a pet friendly property, so it was fine for us. The staff at check in and check out were both very kind and professional.
- Naimah (10/5): - Nice hotel just for a night very clean and cozy
- Candis (6/5): - It was nasty and unkept
- Samuel (9/5): - Limpio Nada
- Kaya (10/5): - Staff was really nice and helpful and everything was quick and easy. Hotel was clean and quiet as well.
- Orel (4/5): - Room 105 was dirty and smelled bad
- Anthony (4/5): - Probably wouldn’t stay here again. The faucet was disconnected from sink and there were questionable holes in the bathroom walls which made us uncomfortable. We could hear every bit of noise coming from the hallway. A/C would turn off and not turn back on until it was hot in the room again. I will say, the bed was comfortable but that was about it for the positives. Definitely don’t feel it warranted $200 per night.
- Ashley (4/5): The audicity of charging 121 a night for a dirty r - I sent an email to corporate explaining in lengthy detail of the quality of the room. I also sent the pictures of when we first walked into the room the only thing that wasnr included was that the ice machine wasnt functional during our stay and we had to walk across the parking lot to the second floor of the Best Western to retrieve ice.
- Cathy (7/5): -

- Earl (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (10/5): Great staff and comfortable stay!! - I was stuck in the area due to my vehicle breaking down and needing a major repair. The hotel was nice. It was very simple but it had all the amenities needed for us to be comfortable during our stay. Katelyn at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. She also understood that traveling with children can be absolute hell at times and was more than wiling to give us some extra time at check-out. The lady that does housekeeping was also very sweet and made sure to stop by everyday and see if there was anything we needed. With having 4 people in one room we always needed more towels. It was nice to have her check in on us instead of walking to the desk to ask for what we needed. Most hotels dont check in on their guests that are staying more than 1 night. We did have to check in at Best Western across the parking lot but its not a far walk at all so that wasnt a bother at all. Over-all, the price was right and our stay there was nice. We will definitely be returning in the future, hopefully for fun and not because my vehicle broke down. Thank you for having us!!
- tammycB6211YO (2/5): Fraud - Do not go here! I was there on an extended stay after having surgery. Spent 7000.00 total did not include breakfast. You could pay 7.00 which I did a couple times. They told me the price went up to 10.00? Meanwhile they told someone checking in as I was listening it would be 7.00?! When I questioned they shoved me aside. I was charged twice for one night I went over right away and Tiffany acknowledged that so I said no worries just put it back on my card or give me a night. She refused! I reached out to the owner having owned a business myself and he ignored the message?? I was told by a guest when I first got there to keep an eye on my credit card because they were having her investigated for fraud. I truly didn't believe them until it happened to me. Do not stay here!!!
- Dennis (8/5): - The room was fine. It was clean. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The ice machine was broken so we also were not anle to get ice. But as far as the rppom in general, it was clean
- Michelle (2/5): - When we arrived we had to go across to the best western to check in for two rooms we paid almost $300 one room had a broken tv , the outside was trashy , the staff was rude, no free breakfast or anything offered. Had to pay to use the pool next door
- Zainabu (6/5): - Nice average facility. For the price a night they need to include a breakfast ticket or you might as well book best western. Check in process is a lil inconvenience because it’s not on site. People upstairs noisy in the morning.
- Jennifer (6/5): - The associate who helped at the front desk was very friendly. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke and we were able to get another room. Our second room had a faulty air system, it was either extremely cold or hot, we had to turn it off which made the room very stuffy and uncomfortable when sleeping. The refrigerator didn’t work, which we didn’t realize until the morning when the food and drinks we put in there was not cold. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but overall was not a very good experience.
- Keli (8/5): - Hair dryer was broken, and the spare was not available for the time needed. Staff were kind about it when I called asking for an option.
- Domingo (10/5): - You're desk Girl Jessica was a very welcoming and heart warming employee, definitely did her job in making me feel welcomed
- Emma (5/5): Passable -
- Jeff (10/5): - Great. Clean. Price is right
- Victor (10/5): - Great place. We had a good time there.
- Dennis (8/5): - Location and coffee
- Racine (7/5): Staff was friendly good location but stinky stale smelling. Lobby was next door at other hotel no breakfeast. - Good location Smelled like cigarettes, didn’t feel clean maybe just old.
- Bryan (6/5): - Great staff room was clean but needs to be refreshed and some tlc
- Sandi (2/5): - I cannot evaluate- did NOT stay there this year I arrived at destination and they did not have the proper reservation for me they offered me a room next door but charged me more money even though I had no choice
- William (8/5): - Was affordable and convenient for what i needed. The mattress i slept on was more than worn in to the point i was affraid i would roll off the bed. But the room was clean.
- Brittany (8/5): - Cant complain for the price.
- Firat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dorothy (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great I didn't feel safe so didn't get much sleep
- Thomas (8/5): - This Red Roof was good for us cause it was pet friendly and had walk-in room service! The housekeeping staff was so accommodating with towels and toiletries cause of pet friendly location! Very clean and plenty to do around the area! We took the dog and mother in-law and had no problem! Yea you had to go to new best western to check-in big deal 2 second walk! Cons the rooms could use better mattress! If your looking for up-scale go next door to best western extremely very beautiful with indoor pool and free breakfast! Good location!
- April (4/5): Not clean - Our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free room, we had to buy frebreeze spray, and the fridge didn't work. Which we needed for foods that we bought for the 8 hour drive we had. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 of us and the floors were not clean so I had my kids keep their shoes on in the room.
- Dave (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (2/5): - Red roof inn was disgusting. Blood in the Sheets. Dirty walls. The hair dryer was all cracked. Room smelled so bad. But this location is ran by the management of the new best western across the parking lot. The staff their is amazing. I recommend if you have the extra money just stay in the new best western and only stay in the red roof inn if you can’t afford the other.
- Emilly (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is our go to hotel when we visit family in the area. Only issue I had this time was the body mirror missing. Im blind without my glasses, that mirror helps when doing my make up and stuff. But not a deal breaker. And the shower curtain looked like something was thrown all over it really dirty looking. We were there past few weeks off and on. Then this last time for a funeral. We ended up leaving a day early but it was 3pm instead of 11am check out time, so they didnt refund for that day. Ive actually only had to do this 3 other times over past decade. And I was refunded. Other than that its still our fo to place. They allow dogs which is a big plus. And its decently priced, unless they have someone going on in area, then the raise price by double.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - My stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. My stay was due to a family member being hospitalized therefore my time at Red Roof was limited.
- Lori A (6/5): - it was inexpensive for the four days that we had to be in the area====people were nice
- Lori A (8/5): - Bed was uncomfortable and probably needs replaced--staff was excellent very helpful and pleasant---will be staying there again
- Sav (10/5): Exceptional - the bed and how warm the rooms were
- Shelly (9/5): Good location, clean room and comfortable stay. - Clean room. Just what we needed for our weekend stay. N/a
- Christina (6/5): - The room itself was decent. But the door to get to the 2nd floor was unlocked ( no security). Also there was a couple having a domestic dispute all morning- banging on the door, yelling- for over an hour- I did tell them when we were checking out that it was going on....
- Lux (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mallory (2/5): - Everything was filthy. I called for clean sheets and was told it was a motel and what did I expect.
- Suda (4/5): - Outdated dirty, no air vents in bathroom making it freezing cold
- Jeremy (8/5): Best bang for your buck - I was looking for a decent cheap hotel for a couple nights for a hockey tournament. The value was incredible as the room was updated and clean, breakfast was good, they are dog friendly and it was very inexpensive. The location is good and overall I am very pleased with the overall experience and will consider them for the next tournament as well.
