- Kathryn (8/5): Easy to get to ferry - We booked for a central stay with kitchenette and laundry. Rooms were as shown in photos and comfortable, the property is dated but clean. There is a otopark 30m past the hotel on the left down a narrow road just before a motorcycle shop. Very narrow one way roads in the area.
- Lily (10/5): - The rooms were larger than expected. Great price with in-unit washer. Dryer is actually drying rack. Paid parking was a short walk from the hotel. Very convenient location to grab food or walk along the boardwalk.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Konumu iyi, tercih edilebilir - Otelin konumu çok iyi. Herhangi bir eksiklik yaşamadım. Sadece kliması biraz sesli çalışıyor ve diğer odalardan ses yalıtımı olması gerekli. Bu hususlar dışında tercih edilebilecek bir yer. Bir hafta kaldım, memnunum.

- Secil (8/5): - The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The ladies cooking breakfast were so kind. We couldn’t work out the washing machine and they were so fast to come and help. They hung up our washing while we were doing the all-day Gallipoli tour. Fantastic service all round for an older hotel.

- Safiye (6/5): - Die Lage des Hotels was super unmittelbar an dem Aynali carsi. Die Größe der Zimmer sind sehr gut für eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Reichlich Platz in der Küche ist gegeben. Das Bad ist nicht dreckig aber man könnte es mal überarbeiten, Die Möbel bzw die Einrichtung könnte sich zeitgemäßer sein. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen, da es sehr gut gelegen ist.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Uygun fiyat, mükemmel konum. - Konum ve fiyat performans olarak çok iyi tercih edilebilecek bir otel fakat yatak konforu ve klima için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Klimadan gelen sigara kokusu yüzünden klimayı açamadık, yatakların da değişme vakti gelmiş. Her şey için teşekkürler.

- HÜLYA (8/5): Tercih size kalmış - Otel konsepti olarak düşünülmesin,yoksa beklentilerinizi karşılamayabilir.Apart olduğu için sadece konaklama olarak düşünün.Merkezde olması iyi ama çok gürültülü.Yan odadaki sesleri olduğu gibi duyuyosunuz.
- Tülin (2/5): Tam bir hayal kırıklığı - Odanın temizliği vasattı. Yedek pike, yastık vb yoktu. Banyoda lavabonun musluğu kırık, klozet kapağı kırık, fön makinesi bozuktu. Odada resepsiyon ile görüşebileceğim dahili bir telefon yoktu. Resepsiyonist izinliymiş, yerine bakan oteli tanımıyordu. Kahvaltı dahil olmasına ve 2 kez hatırlatmama rağmen kahvaltı verilmedi. Sabah otelden ayrılırken bile resepsiyonist olmadığı için oda anahtarını bırakıp çıktık. Kısacası sezonu kapatmış bir havadaydılar. Ayrıca otoparkı yok, konumu gereği park yeri bulmak çok zor oldu. Sitede bu durumu da açıkça belirtilmeli, örneğin bilgilendirme olsaydı ben tercih etmezdim zaten.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Well located apartment hotel. Very helpful staff but don't really cater to travelers seeking service and comforts we mostly consider normal. Rarely available to connect to wifi, reception mostly unattended, breakfast catering for locals with a very basic meal.
- Erich (6/5): Big room, great location if you can find it. - Near to ferry and shopping area. Google map has wrong pin. Took a long time to find the location. There is only one entry from parking area which is also crowded. The room is big, the only staff there was friendly, and the shower is nice. But the key hole of the room door has rusty inside and was difficult to open the door. We have to fix it by ourselves. Instead of hotel it is more likely to be a B&B.

- M (8/5): Enjoyed the stay.......despite.... - We liked our two stays here either side of a trip to Gokceada. We are tempted to say despite everything.....but that would be a bit harsh. Check in was a bit of a joke both times. Neither time did they seem aware of our booking but they showed us a room anyway. Both times we had to move as the room was either different from that booked or things not working. This was done with good humour but no English was spoken though a lady( who we later met) in a sister hotel was phoned and had good English and helped. The staff who run the roof top breakfast cafe are, however, excellent and provided a good quality and filling breakfast and helped as they could with no English. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable though in need of some maintenance. The location is superb in this apealling town. For future guests benefit, free parking is available at the sister hotel the Grand Ece which is 150 metres away ( and where the City Residence is wrongly pinned on google maps). Here also is the delightful English speaking receptionist who will do what she can to assist.

Yalniz calışanlar amatör, oda konusunda karışıklık yaşandı, başka odaya taşınmak durumunda kaldık, özür bile dilenmedi. Kablosuz internet üst katlarda hiç çekmiyor. Cift kisilik yataklar çok küçük. 1.4×1.8. Kahvaltı fena değil, ancak kahvaltıda alakasız şeyler bulunmakta idi, salça sosu gibi, yeşil soğan salatası gibi. Peynir çeşidi ve miktarı azdı. Genel olarak fena değil birkaç gün için. Odada çamaşır makinesi bulunması güzel. Puan olarak 6 verebilirim daha fazla değil.
