Materboy (6/5): A célnak megfelel, de pihenésre nem. - Könnyű megközelíthetőség és parkolás, közel van pláza, ha esetleg vásárolni kellene és egy szép, gondozott park, ahol gyönyörű a napfelkelte és jókat lehet futni. A falak papírvékonyak. Egyik hajnalban 4:30-kor az egyik "szomszéd" zuhanyzására keltem fel, mert mintha az ágyam mellett fürödnének, utána 5:30-kor ismét. A hangszigetelés kritikán aluli.

Und die Frühstückstische standen direkt neben der Bowlingbahn. Die gekochten Frühstückseier waren eiskalt. Da hatten wir bei 4 Sternen einfach ein ordentlicheres Frühstück erwartet!

Blanka (4/5): Služby neodpovídají deklarované úrovni čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu - Čistota hotelu byla na vysoké úrovni, pokojské byly velmi milé. Pokoj byl pěkně vybaven, pohodlné matrace na posteli a krásný, prostorný sprchový kout. Pobyt v tomto čtyřhvězdičkovém hotelu nás celkově bohužel zklamal. Personál nepůsobil příliš ochotně, což rozhodně neodpovídá standardu, který bychom u hotelu této kategorie očekávali. Negativně hodnotíme nedostatečnou informovanost – nebyli jsme vůbec upozorněni na možnost využití wellness ani posilovny, což považujeme za základní službu, o které by host měl být při příjezdu informován, aniž by si v průběhu pobytu sám zjišťoval možnosti využití. Největší nedostatky jsme však zaznamenali během snídaní – chybělo nádobí, které nebylo včas doplňováno (zejména skleničky na nealko nápoje), misky na možnost cereálií jsme nezaznamenali vůbec, použité nádobí na stolech nikdo neodklízel (hosté měli k dispozici vozík, na který si měli odnést nádobí sami). Nabídka pečiva byla také zklamáním. Klasické samostatné pečivo bylo hned pryč a k dispozici byly pouze předem připravené (namazané) bagetky a obložené chleby, což výrazně omezuje výběr a nemusí to vyhovovat každému hostovi. U televize, která byla součástí pokoje na jednom z programů (CT 1) nešel zvuk. Služby neodpovídají deklarované úrovni čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu a o to větší zklamání bylo, že v konkurenčním tříhvězdičkovém hotelu, kde byl náš předchozí pobyt jsme se cítili celkově mnohem příjemněji.

Zu kleine Zimmer.Safe defekt.WC-Spülung funktionierte nicht.Wasser lief ständig nach.Erst nach mehrmaligem drücken der Spülung ,ließ es nach.Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar.Waren 8.00 Uhr frühstücken.Wir fanden leere Wurst, Käseteller und Rührei vor.Es wurde in der Zeit wo wir gefrühstückt haben nicht aufgefüllt.Und das von einer Frühstückszeit von 7.00-10.00 Uhr.
ZdenoD (4/5): Personál kazící dojem z hotelu - Pokoj byl čistý, koupelna opravdu velmi čistá. Snídaně bohatá a dobrá. Obsluha snídaňového baru snídající jídlo z rautu přímo u vstupu do jídelny působila zvláštně. Chybějící těsnění nebo dovírání pokojových dveří způsobovalo při takhle obsazeném hotelu rány, které v noci zatřásly celým pokojem. Co ovšem bylo nejhorší byl přístup personálu na recepci - denní recepční nereagovala na zvonek otevření garáží, pevnou linku ani mobil v průběhu asi 10 minut. Při vstupu do hotelu tatáž recepční ani nepozdravila při check-in, byla arogantní a nepříjemná, vyloženě dávala najevo, jak ji obtěžujeme. Co nás opravdu naštvalo byl přístup při zájmu o wellness hotelu - Měli jsme zájem o večerní wellness v době pobytu (na webu otvírací doba 8-24h), na recepci nám bylo řečeno, že tam večer již jedna rezervace je, ptali jsme se tedy, v kolik hodin ta rezervace je, že můžeme zkusit najít vhodný čas před nebo po této jedné rezervaci, na to nám recepční bylo po 5 minutých vymlouvání sděleno, že je to zarezervované na celý večer, což nám přišlo divné, když je to pouze jedna rezervace, proto jsme se znovu zeptali, zda opravdu bude rezervace od 16 hodin až do 24 hodin, na to nám bylo řečeno, že wellness je otevřeno pouze do 22hodin a na internetu to asi bude špatně a ráno je to prý otevřeno také až od 10h a ne od 8h, jak je na internetu a než by to natopila, už bychom měli check-out. Během večera, bylo něco před 19h, kdy se vystřídala recepční, jsme se zeptali, jestli náhodou večerní rezervaci hosté nezrušili nebo ji neukončili dříve, že bychom toho případně využili, na to nám bylo odpovězeno, že hosté už jsou z wellness pryč, ale ona už to po nás večer určitě takhle večer uklízet nebude.

René (5/5): - Objednali jsme si a zaplatili apartmán (na fotografiích vyobrazen s kuchyňskou linkou), dostali jsme standardní pokoj bez kuchyňské linky Při reklamaci byl recepční velice neochotný a ani se nesnažil nějak zkusit vyřešit situaci. Tvrdil, že to jsou jen ilustrační snímky a snažil se mě telefonicky spojit s vedením hotelu. Ve 22 hodin večer samozřejmě bez výsledku. V hotelu jsme nakonec nepřespali.

Valerija (10/5): - Zelo dobro govorijo angleško.Zajtrk je bil zelo zanimiv z mini sendviči,ki so bili res zelo dobri,tudi ostala hrana zelo okusna in dobra kava.Soba čista,topla,udobna postelja in dober vzglavnik.Kopalnica tudi Hotel ima zelo dobro lokacijo,v prednovoletnem času je bilo mesto zelo lepo okrašeno,pravljično.Nasproti hotela je nakupovalni center.Pravzaprav je celotna izkušnja tridnevnega bivanja odlična. Vse je bilo super.

Nachtmann (8/5): - Měli jsme rezervaci na privátní wellnes, byl sem dost překvapen ze ve 4* hotelu do vrkneš nedostanete župan a pantofle. Takze musíte z pokoje jit oblečeni do suterénu kde se wellnes nachází a při cestě z prt se opět oblékat do oblečení je to prvni 4* hotel kde sem toto zažil. Jinak to bylo moc fajn

Radmila (8/5): Pohodlná a kvalitní hotel v centru města se skvělou snídaní. - Umístění v centru, bezproblémové parkování, pěkný a velký pokoj s minibarem, pohodlné postele, moc pěkná koupelna, vstřícný personál. Snídaně rozmanité, nic nechybělo. Skvělý byl dětský koutek umístěný v místnosti pro snídaně, cestovala jsem s malou vnučkou, tak se u snídaně též perfektně zabavila. Pokoj byl velmi cítit po kouři z cigaret((( Jelikož jsem nekuřák tak to bylo nepříjemné. Informovala jsem o tom recepci, ale prý s tím nemohou nic dělat, hosté nedodržují podmínky nekuřáckého hotelu((

Johannes (5/5): This hotel does not merit a four-star rating!!! - _The room was OK, and safe parking underneath the hotel was a plus. The housekeeping ladies were friendly. _Breakfast was disastrous: the selection of products was very poor, cheap products; the staff didn't care if the buffet was fully stocked; the tables were dirty; cleaning was done with a dirty carriage rolling through the breakfast room; overall, very disappointing! When we asked for a herbal or fruit tea, the answer was, "Sorry, we ran out of it (over 3 days)." Just very disappointing. On another note, we love kids, but who in the Management sees it as innovation, placing a kids' play station in the breakfast room, occupying half of the breakfast room, resulting in not having enough tables during breakfast hours (besides kids like to play, thanks for the noise during breakfast hours) - we experience this 3 days in a row. _Staff members don't smile or even greet (mainly the reception and breakfast staff). It should be forbidden to smoke and engage in small talk when starting their shifts in the atrium, directly below the guests' rooms. It turned out to be very loud, and the smoke just stinks!
Jenny (7/5): komfortabel für Familien, gute Lage, perfekt für einen Kurztrip. - Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel 2025/2026 im Hotel. Es gab eine Silvesterparty im Hotel mit recht gutem DJ, für unsere zwei kleine Söhnen ein Spielbereich im Frühstücksbereich und es ist unweit der deutschen Grenze. Die Betten konnte man gut zu einem Familienbett zusammenschieben. Für unsere Familie und für zwei Nächte perfekt.
SCHIEDEWITZ (5/5): bedingt empfehlenswert - Die Lage im Zentrum von Most und ausreichende Parkplätze sind ein Pluspunkt im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Most. Das Frühstück ist von in Bezug auf Qualität und Auswahl eher mit einer 2-Sterne-Montagearbeiter-Pension zu vergleichen. Wer hier das Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels erwartet, wird wahrscheinlich in vielerlei Hinsicht enttäuscht sein.

Klaus (6/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ! Frühstück und Restaurant in Ordnung. Zimmer Reinigung sehr sporadisch,Betten wurden nicht ordentlich gemacht.Nur Bettdecke zusammen gelegt.Zimmer wurde auch nicht gemacht. Fernsehsender ungenügend auf Deutsch. Badezimmer mit unangenehmen Geruch. Kommunikation nur auf Englisch Möglich. Kein Radio und Musik Sender im Fernseher.
Nancy (10/5): - Das Apartment war groß und geräumig man hatte gut Platz waren als Familie da mit drei Kindern Kaum deutsche Sender da sollte noch etwas gemacht werden.
