- Alvin (2/5): - Terrible, staff was unhelpful in the morning, shower didn't work at all and had to get dressed, go downstairs and get new keys and move rooms 30 mins before I had to leave. Asked staff to bring it up and they refused. Complained to front desk and she didn't even acknowledge it and asked if I wanted a printed receipt or email. Place is terrible and would never go back. When I checked in there was a huge stain in the room and I told the staff and her comments were oh don't worry about it. After that my TV didn't work and I asked to be moved and instead had to sit there while 2 staff members tried to fix the TV and when they couldn't after 15 mins. Let me move to another room. If you can stay somewhere else.

During breakfast they provided fried eggs on request. That was a wonderful addition. Water pressure in the shower could be improved.

- Lisa (8/5): - Continental Breakfast was one of the better onesš I think beds need to be replaced, 401 are not comfortable at all and are probably the original ones from the time the hotel opened.

But the room was clean and the hotel has very good breakfast options. It was a decent stay for one night but overpriced in my opinion.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a nice variety of food and beverage. The 2:00am train is less than desirable though.

The bed was one of the most comfortable Iāve slept on and we often stay in 5 star hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean.
