- Verified traveler (4/5): Not a 5-Star Hotel. 3-Star at best - The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, there was a constant flow of taxis. Breakfast was very basic and the signs were not clear of what contained what. Definitely not a Turkish breakfast experience like other 5-star hotels in Istanbul. When I asked about a type of cheese, staff were unclear and not sure. The hostess shrugged her shoulders and turned around when I said there are no empty tables to sit at. A lot of hair around the room. Sleeping was very difficult, as the minibar makes a loud like resetting noise every 15 minutes continuously. There is no hair conditioner. One bottle does all at the shower for hair, body and conditioner!! Not good. Hair dryer is a button you have to hold down and weak. Seriously, a three star hotel at best. The only comfortable thing was the bed but note a double bed is two single beds pushed together.

The hotel staff were polite but suffers from a lack of structural input from the management and this undermines their working environment. Some teams require more supervision than others to maintain high productivity levels. In my opinion this hotel is not suitable for tourist at all.

I called the reception to fix the the problem and after long time the technician said we cant do much about it. They couldn't provide another solution amd i had to stay in non well heated room. The tv remote was not working and it took again a lot of time to get amother technician to get get it fixed. At the end it was fixed bit took a lot of time and i jad to vall reception few times.

Come on!! it is not a room service! It is safe for everyone I take it to room! AND! I found a pack of cigarettes with 3 cigarettes and a lighter IN THE BATHROBE POCKET !!! IMAGINE IT! WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN 10 YEARS!

- Stephen (8/5): - We were travelling back to Istanbul from Ankara and wanted a place close to the airport to spend the night. There are a lot of hotels in the area but this one stood out for its moderate price and well appointed rooms. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel and all kinds of construction going on, which made our GPS useless. We did eventually get to the hotel and drove into the underground parking lot and took our bags up to check-in. The staff were helpful but we were taken to the wrong room. I had reserved an Executive corner room with a bathtub but the room we were given didn't have a bathtub. I pointed this out and we were immediately taken to a different room up on the 9th floor, this one had the bathtub. The room was very modern and nicely appointed but there was quite a bit of noise from the roof of the factory outside. We napped and then headed down to the restaurant on the main floor for a wonderful meal. The bathtub has the taps at the wrong end meaning its very easy to hurt yourself if the water is too hot as you can't reach the taps from the open end - very poorly designed - they need to fix that before someone gets injured and sues them. I had read a lot about the wonderful breakfast and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, when we went down for breakfast it was packed with noisy people who were attending some kind of conference. Check-out was hard due to the crowds as well. Nice hotel, great restaurant and good location. Recommended.

- Ahmad (2/5): - Some of the hotel staff were very rude however other staff were attentive (Mirna) and tried to apologize for the mishaps of her colleagues. However before you book at this hotel you need to know Cons and the Pros of the hotel Cons are: 1- During winter cool AC is turned off and its only a heater that can work (surprisingly they turn it on when they clean the room so you arrive to your room to find it at 30 degrees Celsius) 2- It wasn't cold and what the room really needed was a cooling AC since the blankets trap heat well. 3- I had to open the window to cool off the room and guess what? the hotel is right next to the airport so prepare to get disturbed by every plane in case you opened your window. 4- On one of the days I found that they replaced my bed sheet with a one with stains so I requested to change it immediately and they did. 5- There was a room with a balcony right under my window and its guests wanted to sit on the balcony at 23:30 and played music on a high volume, however they were Turkish and polite and respectful and turned of the music when I asked them to play it on lower volume. With that being said lets talk about the pros: 1- Rooms are well equipped and relatively new. 2- Facing the hotel there's a small mini market were you can find all necessities at a v good price. 3- Breakfast was really good and even better than that of other way more expensive hotels.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 50:50 - At first reception were refusing to give me the double room I had booked and said I had booked a twin.. even when I showed my booking confirmation.. after 15 mins or so they gave me the room. Generally 4 star standard.. large mould patches in shower spoiled the look and the corridors smelled more of a nursing home or hospital. Some staff friendly and hospitable but others definitely not. Great location.

- Carl (8/5): - Very nice hotel. Staff was courteous, helpful & professional. Arrived early in the morning, 6am. They did not have any rooms available for c/I. But that is their fault.
