Parking was a bit confusing, I called the WhatsApp numbers and got no answer. I ended up driving on incredibly narrow roads in a rental car which was very stressful.

My room was a lovely size with all amenities. The staff were attentive, friendly and polite. As my first trip travelling alone they made me feel at ease and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to that area, it is ideal for visitors looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, hiking through the mountains or cycling across the terrain. Nothing.

• Stewart (9/5): A very pleasant stay! - It’s great little hotel in a fabulous location within the old town. It is an easy walk to the shops, & restaurants etc. The view from the balcony while eating the delicious breakfast is perfect (loved the freshly squeezed juice!) The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room, although compact, was well appointed and comfortable and the view was amazing. The room had a fridge, a kettle which is great (coffee only, no milk or tea though). Nicely appointed bathroom, towels & toiletries & a bath, although low pressure meant it was slow to run, but there are worse things to worry about these days. Overall a lovely place to stay, my husband and I really enjoyed it. It is ideal for a couple of days of quiet relaxation. It isn’t a hotel with lots of amenities, so if you want the gym, pool, spa thing this isn’t the place for you - if you want a lovely vibe, a comfy room, a quiet bar and a great view, it’s perfect. The hotel is a bit tricky to get find. It would have been beneficial to be provided with some additional info about finding the hotel & parking etc before we arrived. Yes, parking is included but it isn’t near the hotel so be mindful of this if you prefer to have your car close by. You can drive into the old town to drop your luggage off, but you need to remove your car from the area once unloaded.

• Andrew (10/5): Wonderful in every way! - The staff was superb, the accommodations were great, excellent food and drink, and my only regret was that we weren’t staying a few more days. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it a 12! They went the extra mile anytime we needed help. If you were looking for something that is absolutely delightful, intimate, with an excellent team and a great room, this is the place! The only thing that could’ve been better is if we had stayed a few more days.

• Temitayo (8/5): - I stayed in Room 2, which had a beautiful view of the valley and mountains that you would want to bottle up and take home with you. I visited in winter, and heating that I could completely control was provided. The bed was so comfortable, I found myself wondering from where they got their mattress. Breakfast was lovely and with a lovely view too. Sound carries more than expected in the building, so quiet only happened in the middle of the night. As a very minor aside, it would have been great to also have tea included in the room instead of just coffee, although the staff gave me tea bags when I asked for it.

Fuimos en época de frío y la calefacción funciona a la perfección, nos encontramos muy a gusto. El personal de recepción y bar, amable y atento en todo momento. ¡Muy rico desayuno! La ducha puede no ser de lo más cómoda, pero se encontraba muy limpia y prolija.

Das Ambiente ist toll und wurde noch erheblich verbessert! Bravo! Es fehlt eine gute Sitzgelegenheit im Zinmer. Es ist nur ein Schreibtischstuhl vorhanden.

Staff were also lovely, especially Lara and Emma. Enjoyed a glass of wine in the cozy living room area. Felt like home. Water pressure was low in the shower/tub and temperature was not hot enough for a bath.

• Sheila (10/5): Just a fabulous relaxing stay. - I Can’t say enough about this beautiful little hotel in charming Valldemossa. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. The rooms are bright and elegantly decorated. Views from room were stunning. Breakfast excellent. Not a thing.
• Herman (8/5): Good view - The hotel has no parking, so it was 5 to 7  minutes hassle with luggage through the crowded  ( low season) streets of Valldemossa. Tip: go first to hotel so they give you a paper you can park your car free in the blue zone. Our room nr 1 was big and with beautiful view but also had the noise of the hotel bar on the base floor, but only during daylight. Nights are practically without noise from outside. Remember roomwalls have ears. The next day we had the standard room nr 4. It was smaller and had no balcony, but was without any noise from the bar. View was terrible and poor. Both rooms had airco but none worked properly and made only noise. Beds and cushions are good. Breakfast is served and looks minimal but you can ask always for more. For the price you pay, it looks a bit like begging, but that is indvidual. Possibility to sit outside but wasps will nerve you.  Tip for hotel : ask your guests if they want another coffee or more bread or anything.  It shows more connection.

Lovely staff, lovely room, spectacular views of countryside ( all the way to Palma and the sea) from patio that serves as bar and then as venue for breakfast. And it’s a delicious breakfast. Location is in the oldest part off Valldemossa, one block from Monastery and Palace. While the building is old, it has been completely remodeled in last 9 months. A wonderful combination of old and new. We highly recommend.
