• Michal (10/5): Awesome - Excellent accommodation and true hospitality. - An excellent property and an apartment well-suited to a larger group. From the beggining, we felt perfectly looked after. We were given a detailed tour and shown the flat down to the smallest details, and made to feel that we could always count on the staff. For this, we would like to extend our special thanks to Dimitry. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped – there was absolutely nothing missing. The location is close to Vaclav Square, with plenty of restaurants and pubs. There is also a tram stop and the metro nearby. This was our fifth visit in Prague, but we can confidently say that we’ve found the best accommodation of all our stays. If the opportunity arises, we’d be delighted to return to Residence Vocelova. -

De attenties tijdens het verblijf! De geweldige schoonmaak van het appartement. Alles was gewoon fantastisch. En oh ja, Praag is zelf ook best de moeite waard ;-)

• Jozef (9/5): Príjemný apartmán v centre Prahy s výbornou dopravnou dostupnosťou - Príjemné ubytovanie s možnosťou parkovanie v centre Prahy, kúsok od stanice metra aj električky. V okolí sú bary reštaurácie a supermarket. Ubytovanie sa ale nachádza v tichej uličke mimo ruchu z hlavných ulíc. Parkovisko je malé a pomerne stiesnené, ale v tejto lokalita sa tomu nemožno čudovať.

Le personnel très accueillant qui propose un service de transfert depuis et vers l’aéroport pour un montant très raisonnable.

• Kateřina (9/5): Doporučuji ❤️ - V Residenci Vocelova jsem byla ubytována již počtvrté a vždy jsem byla moc spokojená. Krásné apartmány s bohatým vybavením. Milý personál. Perfektní lokace, ale zároveň v klidné ulici. Trochu mi vadil hluk plynového kotle, který byl za dveřmi ložnice.

El apartamento estaba súper limpio, felicidades al equipo de limpieza. Zona muy tranquila pero a la vez cercana a zonas de ocio y casco antiguo. Volvería a repetir son duda. En el salón no había cortinas oscuras lo cuál impedía dormir bien a quien usaba el sofá cama. Las almohadas podrían mejorar.

Everything was super clean, beds were arranged as we requested in advance and the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The location is amazing, everything is reachable by foot and restaurants + supermarkets are just around the corner. Staff cleaned the apartment daily, including dishes. We will definitely go back! Nothing really. Everything was great!
• katharina (10/5): Einmaliger Kurzurlaub - Es war alles perfekt - von der Ankunft (auch mit vorheriger Kommunikation mit Stepan), check in, Infos die wir erhalten haben. Appartement super, sauber, toll ausgestattet. Wurde jeden Tag gereinigt inkl. Geschirr spülen. Bekamen jeden Tag ein kleines Geschenk (Kekse, Obstteller, Frizzante). Meine Freundin hatte am Tag unserer Ankunft Geburtstag - am nächsten Tag erwartete sie eine kleine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit im Appartement. Lage einmalig, zentral aber doch ruhig. In ein paar Gehminuten in der Stadt, diverse Geschäfte und Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Auch unsere Kinder waren sehr begeistert. So wurde unser Kurzurlaub in Prag zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis, nächstes Mal unbedingt wieder😁! Da gibt es nichts!!!

• Mykhailo (10/5): Overall, despite these small issues, the experience was very positive thanks to the attentive staff, comfort, and great - We had a very good stay and felt truly welcomed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an inconvenience on our side as we accidentally left the keys inside the room late at night. However, within about 10 minutes a very kind man arrived and helped us resolve the situation. We really appreciated this quick support. The approach to guests feels very personal. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small surprise left on the table. The staff also offered to clean the room, even though our stay was only for two nights. The room itself is spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. All the places we wanted to visit were nearby, and the staff also recommended interesting spots around the area. The internet connection worked well without any issues. As for minor downsides, there were no slippers provided. The living room floor is old and quite noisy, so slippers would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, our request for them was forgotten. The walls are also a bit thin, and we could hear a child crying in a nearby room for part of the day.

• Maryia (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean apartment in a perfect location. - The apartment was lovely and very cozy — it felt like staying at a friend’s home. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service, which was very convenient. On our last day, we were even surprised with a plate of fresh fruit — such a thoughtful gesture! The location is excellent: quiet and peaceful, away from the main tourist crowds, yet just a short walk to shops, restaurants, trams, and the metro. A perfect base to explore Prague. Unfortunately, our child accidentally broke a vase and a plate, but we paid for them. Despite this, the hosts remained kind and understanding. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

• Ekrem (10/5): Van A tot Z perfecte service en accommodatie waarbij je persoonlijk service krijgt! :) - Van A tot Z perfecte service. Vooraf werd er netjes gecommuniceerd. Bij het inchecken werd alles netjes uitgelegd over hoe alles werkt en werd er advies gegeven over bezienswaardigheden. Er waren kleine verrassingen klaargelegd voor onze kinderen en er werd tot in detail gelet door de accommodatiehouder, met een fruitschaal, een persoonlijk kaartje en top housekeeping. We komen hier zeker terug als we weer naar Praag gaan. Niet van toepassing

Spotless clean, amazing customer service, great location, all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Simply amazing. Our children even got kids towels with Pokemon and cartoon characters, we got bottle of wine, fruit basket, ... 10/10 for sure.

• Mirela (9/5): The best place to stay in Prague. - It was clean,comfortable and cozy. The location is fantastic. The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! A few steps made our going in/out a little challenging with a stroller. The apartment had a stone floor in the bedroom which made it feel cold.
• Ferraz (8/5): Sugestões de melhoria - A simpatia e hospitalidade de todos, as cortesias e gestos de boas-vindas e de todo o processo de acompanhamento desde o momento em que foi feita a reserva, fazendo-nos sentir seguros e devidamente encaminhados. O apartamento não era tão grande e moderno como as fotos davam a entender, notando-se sobretudo ao nível do WC. Havia uma prateleira em vidro no duche, mesmo ao nível da cabeça, que foi sempre motivo de preocupação. A cama de casal era, na verdade, duas camas de solteiro juntas, mas cada uma delas com roupa individual, feitas em separado.

• dana (10/5): - היינו שבוע בדירה, היה מצוין, החדרים נקיים ,מנקים אותם כל יום, המיטות נוחות ומפנקות, הדירה מחוממת ונעימה, היה כיף לחזור אליה בסוף יום מלא בצעדים😊. מיקום מטורף, 10 דקות הליכה מהמרכז ו- 2 דקות מהדירה, תחנת חשמלית ומטרו קרובים ומשם נוסעים לכל מקום. יש הרבה מסעדות ובתי קפה מעולים מסביב. ממליצה בחום

• Eva (10/5): Superčistý apartmán vo výbornej lokalite. - Upratovanie každý deň. Darček na privítanie (keksíky), na rozlučku (ovocie). Čistota nadpriemerná. Lokalita skvelá (v pešej dostupnosti mnoho gastro prevádzok, minimarket, metro, električka, top turistické miesta ako- Vaclavské námestí….) Personál milý a ústretový. Káva zdarma na vyžiadanie:) Na poslednú chvíľu sme menili rezerváciu z 3 na 4 ľudí, bolo to bezproblémové. Príchod v nočných hodinách bez problémov, dostali sme SMS s inštrukciami a check in sme vyriešili ráno. Parkovacie miesto nebolo k dispozícii, nevedeli sme si ho teda rezervovať (v ubytovaní je viac apartmánov ako parkovacích miest). Slabé wifi. Kuchyňa iba minimalistická, s varením obeda by bol problem -ranajky bez problémov.

• Bernd (10/5): Wunderschöne Zeitreise zum Träumen - Sehr nettes Appartement. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz. Empfehle 5 Tage und mehr. Es gibt so viel zu besichtigen.
