• Irina (7/5): Place with a good location - It was comfortable and clean. No sponge for dishes and a kitchen towels. It would be helpful to have a little bit of cooking oil in the kitchen.
• Sandra (4/5): - Odlična lokacija i lijepo zamišljeno ali treba malo truda da sve bude dobro. Bazen i bar na bazenu super ali stolice i stolovi totalno zapušteni. Trebalo bi definitivno poraditi na čistoći i higijeni. U frizideru nas je dočekao tanjur sa otvorenim paketom keksi, u sudoperu zalijepljeni osušeni špageti i kuhinjski elementi smrde na plijesan. Nisam ni pomislila nešto kuhati u toj kuhinji. Imali smo susret i sa žoharima u sobi i kuhinji. Prozori su tako prašnjavi da je bilo bolje ne otvarati zavjesu.
• Edit (7/5): - Bed was comfortable, bus stop is near accommodation, it was clean, hot water, pool was clean, bar had good cocktails. It was very loud at night, literally anyone can get in cause there are no fences, kitchen had no dishwasher and sponge, wifi was struggling a lot.
• Oana (10/5): We had a great stay. ☺️ - We even received a much bigger room than the one we booked. The room was clean, as well as the pool area. The lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful, and we also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out. The location was very convenient too, close to both local and intercity bus stations, and only about a 25-minute walk from Nissi Beach. Recommend! The room with a pool view was nice, but during the night we could hear some car noises from outside.

• Andreas (10/5): Comfortable stay - Spent a quick break in Ayia Napa, the hotel offered everything necessary for a comfortable stay, the weather was great so we spent our day by the pool. The bar serves nice drinks. The staff are attentive, the rooms modern and spacious, and ample parking available for all guests at all times. Everything was great!
• Ele (10/5): Fantastic - Our 2nd visit to Kaos and always enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating both in reception and pool bar. The drinks at the pool bar are lush and you can enjoy a nice shisha by the pool. If you look for shopping the supermarket they cooperate with has the best prices and they do free delivery as well. Rooms are well equipped and there is ample parking space for guests. Will be returning again for sure.

Η πισίνα είναι πολύ μεγάλη και πάντα υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα κρεβατάκια, το bar προσφέρει ποτά παγωτά κλπ σε πολύ προσιτές τιμές και το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι φιλόξενο. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a very good location, which made it easy to get around. The only downside was the internet, which was very poor.

• Georgia (5/5): - It was big appartment with many useful things inside it. The apartment was not clean, it smelled musty from the moment we entered. it was neat and tidy but it was not cleaned well at all. The ceramic joints in the toilet were dirty, full of old urine, I bought cleaning agent to clean it. the bathroom and the bathroom window had mold all around from humidity. The metal stand in the bathroom had soaps stuck to it from the previous summer season. The main thing though was that all the green spaces around the apartments were full of tall greens. If you were not ready to open and host people, you should not have opened for the season.
• Nicos (10/5): - I had an excellent experience at Kaos Hotel. The location is perfect, the service was spectacular, and the girl at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner was also very kind, polite, and clearly paid attention to every detail to make sure all guests were satisfied. I truly loved this place and I will definitely be going again.

• Milena (9/5): Polecam 😊 - Super lokalizacja, udogodnienia, spacerkiem wszędzie blisko, duży pokój, Smart TV, piekarnik, duża lodówka, toster, wygodne łóżko, dużo sklepów i restauracji w okolicy. Basen i leżaki choć my nie korzystalismy. Myślę, że na lato to wspaniała miejscówka. Chyba tylko to, że nie było kołdry, a jedynie koce i jednak w marcu wieczorami było chłodno w pomieszczeniach szczególnie w łazience mimo, że włączaliśmy klimatyzacje. Mimo wszystko więcej plusów niż minusów 🙂

• Matěj (8/5): - Měli jsme pokoj 111. Byl pěkný, prostorný a blízko venkovnímu bazénu. Před pokojem byla menší teráska. Paní na recepci velmi milá a se vším pomohla. Po check-outu je mozne si tam nechat kufry a případně si dojít na WC, když chcete strávit ještě nějaký čas v moři. Ač je hotel blízko k barům a restauracím, tak marině je to cca 30 min pěšky, což ve vedrech je pomalu nereálné absolvovat. Škoda i vysokých cen na baru u bazénu. Pro hosty hotelu by mohla být menší sleva. Levněji si lze koupit drinky kdekoliv jinde.

Po sezonie, więc było bardzo mało osób i raczej było bardzo cicho Łóżka wygodne, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, więc spokojnie można było sobie przygotować posiłek Super lokalizacja blisko sklepów, plaży spacerkiem i blisko do centrum i dobra cena za 2 osoby Lodówka była dosyć głośna w nocy, dostałam też pokój z wyjściem na parking i ulice, więc nie było najbardziej komfortowo. Łazienka powinna być lepiej posprzątania w szczelinach.

• Diana (9/5): - The staff was polite, you could borrow an adapter for the rods at the reception, towels were changed every day, the kitchen had everything you needed. At this time of year, supermarkets are closed, but for 2 Euros there is a bus to Protaras if you do not have a car.. The shower needs renovation. It would be good to buy some solyanka, pepper shakers, sugar bowls, and kitchen towels for the kitchen.

• Sara (7/5): - Hotel znajdował się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko do plaży, sklepów i przystanku autobusowego. Pani na recepcji bardzo miła, mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej. Sam obiekt jest w porządku, jednak wymaga delikatnego wkładu finansowego. Pościel i ręczniki były czyste, ale w wielu miejecach w pokoju był po prostu syf. Brakuje roślinności oraz lepszego zadbania terenu wkoło basenu.

Kitchen had all utensils not cleaned. Host not very responsive and never know when reception is open. Reception and all around the compound is not well organized. From the toilet window could see the backyard were all stuff was store in a messy way with old and broken things placed on the floor. Bedsheets were old and with stains on them

• Rafael (3/5): Affordable, but a mistake, wouldn't stay again! - Affordable It's an affordable place, but wouldn't stay again. First of all, the room really needs a deep clean! The corners, tiles in the bathroom, over the counters, everything needed a deep clean! Our room was facing the main road and it's really not well isoled, so we could hear a lot of noise from traffic and people during the whole night (good doors and windows would fix that). There was also a blurred glass door in the back of the room that let a lot of light in during the night and early in the morning. The beds were a bit old, (sinking like boats) and the kitchen didn't have enough supplies to cook (not even a cutting knife). Then, the bathroom sink was missing the lid, leading to sewage smell spreading. The window had to be open but that was not enough to get rid of the smell. Lastly, contrary to the photos here, there was no decoration in the room at all. (A detail, but it could be cosier). Our room was not fit for people to stay there. It should be closed, fixed, cleaned and then reopen.

• Rebecca (8/5): Good price and location - Ideal location, between main bars/strip and Nissi beach. Great price. Clean. Friendly staff. Pool is always cold. The door of the apartment is tricky to open. Shower takes a while to get warm.
• Zoka Mitende (10/5): Vratićemo se opet - Mi smo boravili ovde sredinom oktobra . Bilo nam je fenomenalno . Prvenstveno sam izabrala hotel zbog lokacije jer je bus stajalište odmah ispred ( Nissi avenija ). Busom se može i do plaža (kao što su Macronissis , Nissi, Landa…(101 i 102 bus)) ili u kontra smeru ka centru ( ali pešaka ste tu za 10 min ) ili do Protarasa. Cena karte je 2€ kao i do Larnace( bus 711). Sve informacije takodje možete dobiti na recepciji . Mi nismo mnogo zahtevni tako da nam je sve odgovaralo . Bazen smo bas malo koristili jer smo išli na plažu i u obilaske . Rado bih ponovo izabrala bas ovaj hotel . P.s: Ukoliko ste ljubitelj kuvane domaće kafe ( ako ste iz Srbije ili Crne Gore), ponesite dzezvu ( to nemaju ).

• Lajos (10/5): Mindent kielégítő szállás! - Tágas apartman. Minden megvan amire szükség van a tartózkodás alatt. Klíma a nappaliban és a hálószobában is. Az udvaron medence,egy bárral. Kedves személyzet. Közel a tengerpart,éttermek. A buliutcához közel van ,de nem hallatszik be semmi. Szuper hely. Biztosan jövünk még.

• Delic (10/5): Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo uskoro! - Sve je bilo bolje od ocekivanog. Pogled dijelom na more i na bazen, lezaljke, smjestaj, lokacija - autobuska stanica je ispred, jako blizu plažama. Osoblje više nego ljubazno, svaka preporuka!
