Torsten Vincenzo (9/5): Super Unterkunft mit hohem Erholungsfaktor. - Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit einem unglaublich tollen Frühstück in einem wunderbaren Ambiente. Die Saunalandschaft lud zum Entspannen ein, der Fitnessbereich lies keine Wünsche übrig. Die Musik von Herbert Grönemeyer in der Sauna lies einen schmunzeln 😂. Es war dann doch eher lustig. 10 Punkte wären auch möglich gewesen. Schade war nur der etwas unterkühlte Empfang.

René (9/5): Total gelungen - Alles ! Der empfang total überzeugend. Das zimmer perfekt. Das Frühstück buffet sehr reichlich von allem und wenn man fragt bekommt man sogar was es nicht gibt Kurz ! perfekt. Das Reinigungspersonal macht alles das der Gast sich Wohlgefühlt. Die decke ist immer anders gefaltet, danke für soviel Aufmerksamkeit. Oder : Urlaub vom feinsten ! Man kann immer meckern, aber in dieser Unterkunft nicht. Hier gibt es nichts das nicht gut war !!!

kayitscait (9/5): Loved it! - The breakfast was very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean, and I loved the facilities like the gym and wellness spa. The staff were very friendly too. I just wish the wellness centre had longer opening hours, it was only open 3-7pm so I did not have the opportunity to visit it.
Marius (10/5): Top Urlaub. - Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage: ideal, um direkt zu Wanderungen oder Rennrad-Touren zu starten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar, was eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – mit großer Auswahl und qualitativ sehr gut, perfekt um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Sauna-Landschaft, die nach einem aktiven Tag genau das Richtige ist, um zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Matthias (10/5): Traumhaft - Wir waren das erste Mal in ihrer Unterkunft und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, ein tolles Haus Keeping welches beim Aufräumen des Zimmers jeden Tag ein anderes schon fast Kunstwerk aus den Bettdecken gezaubert hat. Ein sehr gutes und vielseitiges Buffet und eine sehr gute Idee, die Tischzuweisung mit der Zimmernummer zu verbinden. Ein weiterer super Pluspunkt ist der Wellnessbereich und der Kraftraum, welche ich regelmäßig genutzt habe. Rundherum ein tolles Erlebnis, wir komme wieder.
Flemming (9/5): Zillertal oase - Fantastisk lille hotel lidt uden for byen. Vores værelse var med balkon med udsigt til bjergene hvor vi nød udsigten efter vores daglige udflugter. Morgenmaden var et kapitel for sig - helt exceptionel - kæmpe udvalg med mulighed for at bestille spejlæg og pandekager. Hotellet ligger også godt i forhold til mange spændende udflugtsmuligheder. Alt i alt et hotel vi kan varmt anbefale. Eneste ulempe var ret besværlige parkeringsmuligheder.

Susan (9/5): - Alles was brandschoon van de hal tot de kamers en het saunaplein. Mooie, lichte kamers met een ruim balkon, koelkastje en smart-tv. Uitgebreid en vers ontbijt. De medewerkers zijn er wanneer je ze nodig hebt maar laten je voor de rest met rust. Dus geen verplichte praatjes over wat je die dag gaat doen of hoe je dag was zoals je dat in kleinere hotels hebt. Er waren verschillende sauna's en een infrarood-cabine. Koffie- en theefaciliteit op de kamer was helemaal perfect geweest.

Dr. Oliver (9/5): - Unser Zimmer war für uns hinreichend groß, hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf Berge. Sehr gelungen ausgestattet waren auch die Sauna und der Fitnessraum. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüfett war in seinem vielfältigen Angebot sehr erstaunlich.
Anna-Sophie (7/5): Zell am Ziller wird uns wiedersehen, wahrscheinlich in einer anderen Unterkunft. - Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüfett war äußerst vielseitig und optisch ansprechend. Extrawünsche wurden direkt erfüllt. Positiv fanden wir auch den großen Stauraum im Kleiderschrank und dass ausreichend Kleiderbügel vorhanden waren. Die Rezeption - durch den Inhaber - war fast nie besetzt. Seine Freundlichkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer dürfte erneuert werden.

Anja (10/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hätte man sich nicht besser vorstellen können. Es war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt: Frische Früchte, schon fertig zurecht geschnitten, verschiede Sorten Brot und Brötchen, verschiedene Ei-Variationen, eine große Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Aufstrich, verschiede Sorten Joghurt und vieles mehr. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Sauna-Bereich war auch sehr schön und sauber. Hier gab es eine 80 Grad-Sauna, eine 60 Grad-Lavendel-Sauna, ein Dampfbad und eine Infrarotkabine. Man hat am Hotel immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und an der Bushaltestelle war man auch innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten Fußweg. Der Bus war nur 3 Haltestellen von der Rosenalmbahn entfernt (5 Minuten fahrt) Es waren Schuhwärmer im Skidepot des Hotels vorhanden. Es war alles super.
Dvir (10/5): Best hotel ever - We had the best time at the Alpenhof Hotel! The hotel is cozy and pleasant. The rooms are great, clean, and the view is amazing! The breakfast exceeded all expectations—just perfect. The owner was unbelievably helpful and kind! We needed a lot of assistance during our stay, and he went above and beyond to help us. He booked lessons for us and took care of many other arrangements, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. We traveled by car and easily reached Penken (a 10-minute drive), Arena (a 3-minute drive), and Kaltenbach (a 10-minute drive). We couldn't recommend it more! Nothing. It was perfect.

Paul (10/5): If you want to go Skiing in Zilertal, you couldn't choose a better hotel - The Hotel was a short walk to to the train station, local restaurants and the nearest skilift. If you were too lazy to walk the Ski Buis stops at the end of the road. The room was generously sized and well equipped with a good bathroom, large tv and lounging area. The staff kept the whole hotel spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent quality, with a very varied selection, you could choose to eat very healthily or indulge yourself. The Gym are was very well equipped and modern - I especially enjoyed using the treadmill after a day of skiing to make my legs feel normal again. The Sauna area was surprisingly large and had everything you needed. Overall the amenities were of a size and standard far higher than I would have expected. It is a family run hotel, and the staff were always went out of their way to be very helpful and showed a lot of kindness.

As well couple of minutes drive to the parking of main gondola. The parking is free there. The bus/ski bus stop also around the corner. The breakfast is absolutely amazing there rich and lot if choice for every taste. Thanks for keeping it this level. The intedior - everything is new cozy and very nice including the ski room. Absolutely beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The room service is the best. The only small thing is the shower and the water pressure and temperature - at the morning peak hours it drastically changes from hot to cold every minute and second so had to play with it all the time and still had sudden cold or hot water changes.

For the price, we missed having at least a tee or coffee machine in the room to enjoy better the balcony in the morning or night. The bar was closing pretty early. We also prefer a full size bed clothes instead of individual ones.
