The breakfast area is very beautiful and the free breakfast was A+. Pool had plenty of towels and was clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool table. Staff was very nice. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was incredibly welcoming & accomodating. The outdoor area, covered area, fire pit, pool, gym, billiards room and breakfast were all nice amenities. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. This was the best 3-night stay of our road trip! Nothing!

The pool was amazing my kids had a blast swimming all night long. Also for how late the pool stays open and how long breakfast goes that was great for a young family. My two toddlers are hard to get up and get going in the morning and I can tell you we did not feel rushed. It made everything less crowded too. Great hotel!

Kristian (5/5): Passable - Location of hotel Minimal parking, walked half a mile to the front doors. The room wasn't put back together. I had to do it myself. The lamps were on the couch, all the chairs were stacked, and there were dirty dishes, and the end tables were way away from the bed.

The guy next to me was on the phone with his girlfriend I could hear every word of their not so appropriate for public ears conversation. When they finally got off the phone every time someone flushed a toilet it woke me up. Not sure if the plumbing was all routed through my room or what the story was but it truely made sleep impossible.

This was unacceptable after driving 12 hours and wanting to relax. The worst part about this hotel is they could have easily remedied the situation with a gift card or discount upon check-in, very poor service as nothing was offered upon a 1-hour delayed check-in. I will never rebook this hotel despite travelling through Billings, MT frequently.

(10/5): Love this place - This is the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this hotel in past 2 years ... we have stayed in 10 to 12 other Billings hotels prior to finding this, and none compare. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly including large courtyard outside breakfast area .. some people bring their dogs to brunch. Very clean, rooms are well done (we always take a king suite with separate bedroom), kitchenette well stocked, they have games and a billiard room and a large array of snacks. Buffet breakfast is consistently excellent. Pool and hot tub very nice. Most of all, staff make you feel like you are home away from home. Easy access to I90. 5 stars all around. Will go back soon.

laura (10/5): Nice Hotel - This Hotel is very nice, we have stayed at many, many Hotels. The rooms are spacious, and in great condition. It's quiet, and clean, with all the amenities, including a nice breakfast, and conveniently located close to several great restaurants. One thing we did observe though, is the amount of people walking to the elevator, after check in, with dogs! Wow, no less than 20. We were in a room by the lobby playing billiards. I just hope there are designated rooms for people with pets. Otherwise, a fantastic place, will definitely stay again when we're in Billings.

Andrea (10/5): I highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton - I can rarely say this about a hotel because I have such high standards but this one was fantastic! The rooms are very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of selections and they had fresh fruits

Sarah (8/5): Stylish luxurious room with great breakfast, hot tub and pool - Luxuriously appointed room, absolutely lovely breakfast staff, great breakfast options (unless you need gluten-free), pool and hot tub, full kitchen. Quiet, comfortable. Lack of gluten-free breakfast options, no bathtub, the TV is against the side wall so not perfect for watching TV from bed.
