Guest Reviews
- Esau (2/5): - The room is below standard, sheets were full of hair particles, water wasn’t working, had to wait few minutes for water to actually come out. Rooms are being rented to homeless or long term rentals goverment assistance, across the street units people were lid with a speaker facing the street. Area is super sketchy, saw people making drug deals, questionable area overall. While we didn’t experience anything negative the are was just terrible and rooms are less than poor.
- Nylah (10/5): - My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything was handled. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay, and I can’t wait to come back!
- Gilbert (4/5): Wont stay again. - So when I went to go check in, there was a kiosk or a woman on camera helped me out. She was very nice I'll give her five stars. About 5 minutes into it an actual person came to the desk and was quite rude. He asked me what my business there was but he said it quite rude, then I told him I was getting a room because I was already being helped by the woman at the kiosk. After that, every time she asked me a question he seemed to chime in. He made a very clear that nobody else was allowed in my room even though there was supposed to be two people on my room. The room had a couple roaches, the shower didn't work, I mean like no water at all. But it doesn't matter because it wasn't a shower curtain in there either. Surprisingly however, the bed was pretty comfortable lol.
- Kevin (2/5): - I booked my stay via Hotels.com as my trustworthy resource for this specific hotel. Reviews weren't bad for this hotel online. My reservation was last minute and the person helping me check in (remotely) was very patient and helpful with my situation.
In the contraire, the room was not clean. The bed sheets on 1 of 2 beds had stains of unknown sources and the other bed had stains and also a very noticeable hole/cut on the top bed cover(brown).
Bath tub was clearly dirty, floor had a wet stain on floor which we wiped off with a bath towel that was dirty after wiping wet stain.
Luckily, we had desinfectant spray in our vehicle to wipe and spray surfaces down in order to be somewhat comfortable to sleep.
Tv wall mount would not hold up Tv on position or angle. The remote was not functional and batteries kept falling out. And we were also not provided with a property map
Our room # was 227
- Deshanda (8/5): - It was peaceful
- John (10/5): - The check in process was quick and easy. No complaints
- Agustin (10/5): - Nice quiet place
- Lashae (2/5): - I was placed in room 206 when I booked my stay shortly after checking in I noticed there were Roaches I killed 5 roaches before calling the front desk and requesting that my room be changed due to the infestation they then placed me in room 203 where I experienced the same problem with roaches I called the front desk but this time they did not respond back leaving me to sleep in the roach infested room
Upon check out I did attempt to speak with the owner or manager of the property looking to receive a full refund but I didn’t not receive any type of compensation for my unpleasant experience
- Laquesha (8/5): - My stay was okay, was next to the freeway so it was quite loud. The TV had cuts through the screen I asked for new chains of sheets because whoever made the bed didn't care for the sheets at that time there was one guy working at the front desk all night all morning and even the next day I believe it was okay too microwave refrigerator worked
- Erick (2/5): - Cockroaches and the smell of the room was unbearable
- Randee (8/5): - 2nd time staying for the weekend. Quiet and clean.
- Randee (8/5): - I stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect! No complaints whatsoever! Even got an upgraded room for no charge! I'll be back!
- Maria (2/5): - Place had cockroaches in bathroom.
- Beatrice (10/5): - Had no problem
- Joe (6/5): - The bed and pillows were very uncomfy. The windows or door does not block the outside noise very good so I could hear the freeway all night.
- Marvin (10/5): - Great overall experience
- Brittany (10/5): - Nice perfect
- Beatrice (10/5): - Love it
- Beatrice (10/5): - I was comfortable
- Richard (10/5): - Fast easy check in, staff explained how to use the remotes for the TV and a/c heater unit. Staff answered all of my questions. Very clean room, the a/c heater unit, the TV, lights, and shower all worked great. Checking out was also fast and easy.
- lisa (10/5): - everybody very nice n helpful
- John (2/5): Camping indoors! - The amenities were virtually nonexistent, and the entire room was in a general sense of disrepair or poor condition. It was easily the worst place I have ever stayed.
- Lisa (10/5): - new spot
- Cassandra (2/5): - I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially if traveling with kids, felt so unsafe the whole time I was there, couldn’t sleep at all!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): enjoyed the 2 nights, so extended another night - manager was very accommodating, he even showed me to the room. I didn't like the room, so he moved me to a different room at no extra costs. I was able to look directly from my room to see my car in front the door. It was also my first time using a motel's laundry facilities, it was clean, and the machines seems to work well.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was ok for one night. My outlets around the room didn’t work. My tv didn’t work. The shower was not even on the floor and some spots felt like I was going to fall through. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall and so was the towel rack.
- Skylee (8/5): - The guy in the office was friendly
- Jacqui (10/5): - The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and kind. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable
- Marlisa (10/5): - Great customer service. I love those guys... i ran outta money and they couldnt help me but. They were awesome.
- Marlisa (10/5): - The guys that run it are great tje cleaning ladies are awesome
- Isabel (2/5): - The people are completely rude and disrespectful. Never coming here again. Worst place
- Mike (2/5): - Do not stay at this property. We could not stay as we felt incredibly unsafe with all the savory characters that seemed to live there. Hopefully we can get a refund!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The appearance was good. Beds very uncomfortable. Persons next to us BBQ’d right in front of the door so smoke filled the room. Staff very friendly. There was a roach in our room.
- Mao (10/5): - 很好的服務
- John (4/5): - Lacked amenities. Bed not made. Not very clean.
- Jordan (2/5): - It took me less than 13 minutes to check out after checking in.
The ONLY good thing was the managers niceness/personality.
- Álvaro luis d leon (10/5): - Nice
- Stephen (8/5): Not a bad place to stay. - The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
- Amal (6/5): - It was ok
- Linda (8/5): - Good customer service. Management available for requested needs.
- Joel (8/5): Very accommodating - The night manager was very helpful and friendly. He checked multiple rooms for us that didn’t have a strong smoker room oder. He was gracious to do this for us.
- Shane (10/5): - Proper manager was very friendly and helpful
- Roberta (2/5): - The room at roaches, the sink leaked on floor, no hair dryer and bed was dirty also dirty wash cloth in shoower. Will never stay here again..
- Benjamin (2/5): - There were roaches in the hotel room!!! I couldn’t sleep.
- Verified traveler (2/5): SCAM! DO NOT BOOK HERE - Showed up to property at 3pm day of check in, we were told our confirmation # was invalid and that our booking wasnt in their system. We asked what could be done and the clerk said they do not have any rooms and one they MIGHT have they sold to a couple that was ahead of us with the same issue. This was 3 hours AFTER check out time, they had no rooms to accomodate us. We never stayed at this hotel. Booked a different room elsewhere. At 10pm a person named Mudi called my cell asking if i was coming in for my reservation, this was 6hrs after i filed a complaint through Hotels.com customer service. Im sure this was just them trying to say they offered me the room....at 10 at night.
- david (8/5): - Excellent customer service and friendly staff
- Andranicka (2/5): - This property was and has been poorly kept. There is a smell of urine from either animal or human that smells really bad. There was no towels given or in the room. Very horrible and unsanitary place.
- nina (6/5): - Needs faucet repair, no hot water
- Marival (2/5): - Couldn’t take a shower because the valve wasn’t working correctly. Toilet seat was not placed properly and kept falling off !! Crack on the floors not properly sealed ! Room was a 6 out of 10 in cleanness. 👎
- Bruce (10/5): - Decent place for the money , would stay there again thanks .
- Jean (10/5): - Quiet
- Verified traveler (2/5): Chemical Smell is Overwhelming - We pulled in and it wasn't really the best location, but we just needed a bed so we shrugged and checked in. Dropped off my partner and went to grab food for us and our kids. While gone, someone was POUNDING on our door. When my partner answered, the people were very obviously high/drunk and were at the wrong door. Further, when I got back to the room with our kids, it smelled STRONGLY of chemicals. Not your normal "it smells like it's been cleaned" smell, but overwhelming, make you cough chemicals. There was no way we could stay, I couldn't breathe within minutes of being in the room. So we went to check out and the staff treated me awfully. He was rude. He refused a refund. He begged me to write a decent review despite the conditions. He did offer an "upgrade" but since my biggest issue was not being able to breathe in the room, an upgrade couldn't fix the situation.
- Asunta (6/5): - Only lighting was overhead fluorescent lighting in sleeping area. Only light is bathroom was in the shower. Tv didn’t work. Heater/ac wouldn’t turn off automatically. Heater off we froze- heater on was stuffy and hot. Bedding was thin and couldn’t get warm enough. No lights above sink. Very noisy off the freeway. Front desk clerk was more interested in hitting on my 18 year old daughter than coming in the office to check me in.
Be warned- any items left accidentally will not be returned regardless if you call 10 minutes after checkout. My laptop was left on top of the tv stand. I called less than an hour after and was told that nothing was found in the room. My Microsoft account tracked my device to the location and was still told that it was not there.
Manager actually told me I was lying and making it up. I showed him the tracking information and still denied it.
I was charged $91 on Expedia but my receipt showed $76. No discount offered. For $91 in Victorville one would expect something better than a motel6 version of a Days Inn. No coffee, cups, creamer, sugar or cups available.
- April (2/5): - Check in was a pretty simple and fast process. No phones in room and upstairs room had noise throughout the night. I almost want to speculate there was some sort of prostitution in the room upstairs. Traffic was all night, along with moaning, loud foot steps back and forth all night, and it sounded like something hitting or pounding the wall. All of it continued into the morning hours then at about 6 am, someone is excessively honking their horn right in front of our room. As there were no phones in the room, I called the front desk after about 50-55 mins with my personal phone and left a message. No one ever returned my call. I do not plan on returning and do not recommend this location.
- David (2/5): - I was scared, had to check out after seeing our room. I’m not picky but having a door in my room with no lock that someone can access and see through the side cracks is very scary.
- Orlando (2/5): - Old, dirty room. Gray towels. Holes in the sheets. No hot water. Had to change rooms and downgrade to 1 Bed. No TV, no telephone no ice machine no hair drier. Horrible service @ front desk. Worst stay ever
- Brat (10/5): - The staff is always nice and really try to accommodate you
- Rodney (6/5): - There was no pillowcases on the pillows. When asked the front desk they said they do not put pillowcases on the pillows. There was only enough towels and what not for one person.
- Joy (6/5): Days Inn - The office staff was kind of unfriendly. Saturday they did not want me to check in until three, and it was just 1200. He wanted me to sit out inthe cold with my dog snd i already haf a cold and injured leg. Then on Monday i booked it again. I called the office to let them know ibwas staying no answer. About 1100 the man a ger came banging on my door. I tod him i had booked again and i was right in the middle of an important phone call and i could c show him on my phone when i b was done. He shouted that itt was not his problem and he was calling the police. That was disturbing. He was accusing me of being dishonest. They need to learn customer service is key
- Helena (2/5): - The room was filthy, non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes. There was an exposed wire just hanging out of the wall. Another lil resident (a roach) was living in the bathroom. We arrived fit as a fiddle and woke up extremely stuffy and ill. The room was so gross it gave me and my family the ick!
Customer service was okay. It was hard to get staff but once I got ahold of someone they even let me inside the lobby while checking in (it was cold out), they also helped us with a late checkout (we had a flat).
This was a last resort for our family and I recommend only the same to yours.
- Joe (2/5): The slums - I showed up last week to a group of drug users pushers hookers as I looked for my room I dropped my money bag with all my cards passports ect I returned cuz I had no I’d and thought it would be fine it’s 1235am after booking my room on hotel .com manager refused to approve a picture ID on my phone calling me a wet back n to go back to Mexico I want a refund yesterday extended stay suites excepted my reservation and approved my picture ID on my phone I don’t see what was the problem with the same situation but only being in the slums you would think it would for sure be approved I do not recommend this hotel to anybody it’s nasty no AC the cord is ripped off no TV
- Andrea (2/5): - DISGUSTING AND GHETTO, First of all, my daughter had no choice as this was the only property with availability, but ive stayed at a Days Inn before,So I though it was okay to recommend, first look at room, left over feces floating in toilet, lime someone took a fresh one, dirty rags on side of toilet, red mystery stain on bedding, baby cockroaches in bathroom sink, with questionable people staying inthe rooms on each side of us. I e staed in alot of places in different states, this was the WORST!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
- Gema (6/5): - This place is super sketchy at night. Didn’t feel safe to leave my car out or feel safe in the room. Rooms are simple, no iron no hairdryer no cups, tile in the restroom is broken. Wouldn’t come back here
- Rochelle (2/5): - Toilet is clogged, no towels , no trash can tv not working , bed is uncomfortable, side table is dirty . I booked non- smoking as soon we enter the room smell cigarettes we check in @1am the person who help us told us to follow him we check 3 rooms before he give us our room
I couldn’t stand the smell instead of checking out @12pm we check out @7am never again to this hotel it’s my first and definitely my last …😤😤😤
- Helen (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! ABSOLUTELY WORST AREA AND ROOM QUALITY IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. And the staff is the rudest and most unethical I've ever had dealings with. I've never left a poor hotel rating but this place deserves it. After locating this place in what appears to be a drug n homeless encampment, but due to car breaking down had no other choice to stay. I informed I would need 2 nights not the one as car wouldn't be ready. The night clerk said same rate no problem and made note to charge card in morning for additional night. In morning I was very rudely awakened by a very rude and barely understandable man screaming I had 30 mins to check out. I said why? He said I hadn't paid. I explained situation and he confirmed that night clerk put note to charge additional night in morning at same rate. He screams at me that the clerk was new n stupid n had no authorization to allow the same rate I would pay $125 more than twice what first night was for a room that honestly if I hadn't of been stranded hundreds of miles from home wouldn't have even stayed free at . I asked why was he screaming at me I'm not responsible for the training of employee he allowed to work alone at night n he should stand by employee decision as not my mistake. He screamed and I mean screamed like I was in wrong at me . I didn't even raise my voice asked him to just stop screaming. At this point I said I'd find other accommodations and left. Absolutely the most traumatizing experience I've had at any stay anyw
- Frank (8/5): Ok stay. - Coffee room was locked at 7am and 8 am on both mornings. Could not raise clerk on both days, at the office. No phone in room.
Very poor TV reception. No soap in room.
- Martin (10/5): - Room was clean and tidy. The parking lot was well lite.
- amado (6/5): - Did like the updated vinyl flooring. Always feels cleaner and more Airy. Dislikes Cable was not working, No ice machine, Nowhere to hang cloths, No blow dryer, people hanging out in the parking lot sitting in cars all night making noise.
- Faby (6/5): - It was an okay place not very clean but very quiet place.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst in the high desert - Stay was horrible. This isnt the 1st time I've stayed here. But this was the worst stay. They put people in the same 5 or 10 rooms each visit. The door strike plate was missing so door wouldnt securely lock. Peope were knocking on my door all night asking if i was some woman that lived there. The bath tub sink and toilet were dirty. No toilet paper, soap or showering packets. T.v. mount was broken and crooked. Fridge was dirty. No trash bags in the cans. Wall outlets were hanging out of the wall by the wires. And like i said, the rooms have been like this on other occasions as well.
- Linda (2/5): Horrible - The outdoor sign was broken so it was hard to find. When we arrived the clerk was outside smoking. The pool was empty of water. Electrical tape was wrapped around the cord to the air conditioner which kept shorting out all night in almost 100 degree weather. Refrigerator did not get cold, freezer did not freeze. No wastebasket, no coffee maker or suppplies, no ice bucket or cups no microwave. Remote control did not work. One towel, 1 washcloth (my husband and I), no bathmat,no drain plug in tub, 3 pillows, 1 had a hole, 1 pillowcase, 2 missing), a 3/4 inch gap under the door and in the morning my husband found a bug in bed with me that sort of looked like a green June bug, All night long people were coming and going in the parking lot, up and down the stairs past the walkways, talking, laughing, yelling and at 5 in the morning someone pounded on the door next to us. Weeds and shrubs unkempt.
- james (4/5): Not the most friendly property - Lots of construction on the property lot of people outside smoking weed lots of homeless people hanging out outside
- Juan (6/5): It was ok for a night stay - It was ok just the room smelled like cigarette smoke.
- Christina (2/5): - Check in was horrible to long to give us a room. Stay was horrible I reserved a non smoking room and they gave me a room that smelled horrible. Room was dirty. Will never stay there again.
- Miguel (4/5): Never again - Never again! Front desk was very rude. I had spilled juice on their comforter called and asked for a clean one they didn't have anything to give me and they tried to charge me $100 dollars for a cleaning fee. They are crazy.
- Hayde (8/5): Decent hotel - Room rate was decent. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Will most definitely be staying here again.
- N (10/5): - the easiest check in i have ever done. very clean, spacious. smelled really good once i walked in i could smell the cleanliness of the room. i have never been here before, but looked like it was just remodeled. the front desk clerk was very polite.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The bed and beding were clean. The floors, bathroom were dirty. Took a shower and it was not so clean and very unsafe. Our feet were so dirty from walking on the floor, it came off when we got in and slid from no texture in the bottom of the floor. The Fridge was dirty and there were no shelves inside of said Fridge
- William (4/5): - checked in late to a dirty room. The toilet was also used and backed up.
- Maria Johanna (4/5): Unhappy & dissatisfied. - Water leaking from the bathroom ceiling from bathroom of unit above!
- David (6/5): - The room smelled like smoke. There was someone else's food in the little refrigerator. No phone to the front desk (maybe they don't provide these anymore). The furniture looked, felt cheep. The bathroom had only one small hand towel. The soap was used in the shower. No wash cloth. No bath towel. Little to no amenities. The bed seemed clean as well as the two pillows.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is being renovated, room was newly painted, beds were comfortable, pillows were new, bedding was clean. There were no paper cups, coffee maker. Microwave was new, refrigerator was unplugged, smelled and no shelves. No ice machine but it is clear the owners are trying to improve an older hotel.
- Reginald sr (2/5): - They charged my debit card 3 days in a row when i also payed cash. When my husband complained they became rude and put us in a room with no air conditioning and no hot water.
A rude man name David at the front desk dont understand anything about anything but double charging thier customers. They were extremely helpful until we asked about our money being taken ,and tried to blame it on Expedia.
