Ted (6/5): OK - Breakfast was fine, but most of the food was ultra-processed. 1) I was given a handicapped room when I did not ask for one. 2) The hose leading to the shower head had a major leak, spraying all over the place. 3) The bulb in the reading lamp behind the arm chair was burned out.

Michael (4/5): - Small flies - like fruit flies in my 1st room. Went out to the front desk for the attendant to say 'oh, here too'. 2nd room was better after killing 5 beetle-like bugs in the bathroom. Luckily, I do not anticipate ever being in Dunkirk again. I would avoid.
Susan (4/5): - This was a needed stay for me close to an event facility. However .... it wasnt great. First there is no elevator. So be ready for hauling luggage up a flighr of stairs and multiple trips in and back. Room keys didnt reliability work, it took passes to get into the building and room. My room had a large stsin on the carpet. The barhroom was clean but i had to be caref flush ing becaise it had a tendency to run and run until i jiggled the handke. And the bed was super creaky. I also was disappointed with breakfast. Had really hoped for some eggs but it was a very weak continental with nothing hot available. And be aware? Grubhub doesn't appear to operate in the area.

Jenn (6/5): - The hotel is ok. The back door was not locked, i didn't need to use my key. The room was ok. The bathtub was dirty, there were plenty of towels. The deadbolt did not work on the door. There were stains on the duvet that were off-putting. The sheets were clean, which made it ok the sleep. The free breakfast could hardly be called a breakfast. I will probably think twice about staying here again

Vanessa (2/5): - I walked into the first room and got into the bed to find a long brown hair which wasn’t mine so obviously the sheets weren’t changed. The shower head had mold on it, the floor of the shower had black stuff all over it. I went to the front and told them I was disgusted, they told me if I left early I’d be charged so I asked for a different clean room. I walked in with the receptionist who was very sarcastic and rude, this time taking a video, to three different piles of food on the ground with ants sworming it, and again a shower head that had mold on it. So I called Expedia for the room cancelled and got a new location.

The room was typical, however had a odd odor of cigarettes (even though its smoke free) when we first walked in and the shower faucet made a shrieking noise when turned on. The rug in the room has seen better days as well as the bed side table drawer which was falling apart.

Jessica (2/5): - Booking was a last minute stay late at night. I specified in the booking we needed an ADA room with zero stairs and well lit pathways. We get put on the second floor and told we can use stairs to the left or right. The guy at checkin was one of those people who obviously hates their job and made it very clear.
Almeter (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was great, wide variety of items. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful I stayed 5 nights, never was able to get maid service (even though I placed the door tag on outside for three days). I do think it is a good idea to not schedule maid service for every day, but going five days without is abit extreme.
Kirsten (10/5): - EXCELLENT in all ways possible. I was so impressed by the cleanliness, coziness, and quietness of this hotel. I love that it was close to TIM HORTONS and a grocery store. Would definitely stay again.
Jamie (8/5): Good for simple one night stop. - Room clean with necessary amenities. We just needed a place to stay on our way through and this fit the bill. Standard hotel breakfast. Dated building and could use some updates, but otherwise acceptable.
lynn (10/5): - Dated hotel. No elevator so if you have a heavy suitcase, have fun. Room hairdryer was broken but they had spares, a lot of them, at the front desk. Breakfast just okay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Verified traveler (2/5): - Woke up to bugs crawling on the night stand and in the bathroom. Parking lot not salted. Making it one big sheet of ice. We immediately checked out after the bug discovery. Showed a picture to the front desk staff and they didnt really seem to care.
Kesntrae (8/5): Very good - I really enjoyed my stay. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with what I NEEDED! I went down to eat the next morning and came back. And my room was ready for the next guest. I had 2 hours before I had to leave.
David (8/5): - The property was fine, but I feel like I got gouged on the price. I had to stay there for two days unexpectedly on Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th because of the lake effect snow emergency. I booked my room on Friday afternoon before the emergency was declared, and I booked the room for Saturday during the emergency, just 15 hours later, and the price had doubled. Both nights were weekend nights, so I fail to see why the price would have doubled if not for the fact that they were taking advantage of stranded guests. If someone from the hotel doesn't reach out to me I'll be contacting the AG's office, as the local news had requested that all such incidents be reported.

The bed squeaked, the desk chair is too low for the desk, the walls are paper-thin and one can hear ever conversation outside the room.
