• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok but could be better - Apartment room was big and bed was comfortable. However, we were in what was like a basement at the end of a long corridor of rooms and all the doors really slam when someone opens or closes them, so it was hard to sleep as it was so noisy. Also the bed head hadn't been dusted in a long time as there was thick dust on it, which we cleaned off, and some rubbish left in the room. These two things would be easy to fix, install soft door closers and clean more thoroughly, then it would be a good option. Overall an ok stay but could be better.

• Daniele (10/5): Bellissima vacanza - Siamo stati qui dal 16 al 22 agosto in una camera doppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo non tanto per la bellezza della struttura che è essenziale nel suo stile pur rimanendo comoda ma per la disponibilità e cordialità della famiglia di Giorgio. Ci hanno preso dal porto e accompagnato in aeroporto senza problemi e hanno esaudito qualsiasi nostra richiesta. La posizione è comoda perché vicinissima al centro della piccola cittadina da dove si può girare comodamente tutta l’isola Con una macchina o con la stazione dei bus vicino all’hotel. Grazie di tutto alla famiglia di George, saranno sicuramente il nostro riferimento quando torneremo a milos.❤️
• Laurent (8/5): Un hôtel pour un séjour court - L’hôtel a été difficile à trouver car mal situé sur les applications de Plans (corrigé désormais sur Apple). Il est situé au calme, en retrait de l’agitation du port, à 10-15mn à pied. Le personnel était très sympathique et désireux d’aider si nous avions des questions. La chambre était au rez-de-chaussée, avec un petit espace extérieur (une table et 2 chaises), mais sans séparation avec celui de la chambre d’à côté. La chambre était petite et un peu sombre, mais au calme (nous n’avons pas eu de bruit pendant la nuit). Elle était propre, mais la salle de bain un peu moins (traces de tartre et quelques cheveux dans le bac à douche). Elle était aussi très petite et un peu vieillotte. Cela n’a pas posé de problème car nous ne restions qu’une nuit, on n’aurait peut-être pas passé 1 semaine dans l’hôtel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Cute little hotel - Cute little hotel right on the outskirts of adamantas , but close enough that it is only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and port . Room was really big and had a nice kitchenette and patio . Overall perfect little place to stay on milos and to tour around , renting a car or atv is highly recommend and rewarding.

• jenny (10/5): Best choice for a stay on Milos! - We had a beautiful time in Milos at Gianni's! Our room was beautiful, clean and bright and airy and large! The location couldn't be better - a short walk to the center of Adamas with the shops and restaurants and most importantly the bus stop! So glad we made the choice to stay here - it was perfect! Gianni and his family and staff were great and always available for advice on what to do around the island.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - moved to another hotel at short notice - Moved to another hotel after we had been asked to move to another room in Giannis. We left our bags to be moved across to the other room and when we came back to the hotel later that day, were told, in no uncertain terms, that we had to move hotel. Because, allegedly, the occupant of the room we were due to move into had been taken ill. Although we were told differing stories about it being the old lady who was ill; and then, miraculously, it was the boy who was ill. The hotel we were moved to, Hotel Corali, is awful - there was a 12” hole through to next doors room (photo attached). Worst still is that if you look on a well-known review site under Hotel Corali, this has happened before, so take care! For full details go take a peek at the review we have just placed on that site. Avoid Giannis Apartments, and Hotel Corali, at all costs.

• Dennis (8/5): Prisvärt boende i den prisklassen - Stort rum med egen balkong. Rummet hade allt man kunde önska sig. Ett minus för duschen samt den hårda sängen.Behaglig gångavstånd till hamnen/centrum. Tyst och lugnt på boendet i övrigt. Transfer till och från hamnen var ett plus. Trevlig personal.

• Kenza (10/5): - They were really nice, I felt like at home. They offered to pick me up from the port which is just 5' walking, even let me choose the room. The apartments are in the centre/near the port, quiet place, clean and big rooms. "EfiMaria"(I don't know if it is well written) was very welcoming and helpful at all moment. She is just wonderful. It is a run family business so if you want to enjoy your holiday in Milos and contribute to the community is the perfect place. I would stay there again if I ever come back to Milos.

• William (10/5): Friendly, easy and uncomplicated. - This was my second stay at Giannis Hotel Apartments and it was just as good as the first time. A friendly, family-run apartment hotel, ten minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants, shops, and ideal as a base for touring Milos. (Other facilities are just around the corner - car hire, Taverna Barko, laundrette...) The apartments are very clean and comfortable and the whole experience is uncomplicated and welcoming. For holidaymakers who want overblown and excessive hotel accommodation, this is not the place - so it is great for the rest of us!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient Studios - I only stayed for one night, but found the Studios very convenient for access to the local town and port. I was collected from Milos Airport and also taken to the port the following day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

• Ed (10/5): Nicest staff ever! - We was there for 6 nights, everyday the staff cleaned our room. They are really friendly, and offers a pick up at the ferry. Maybe a swimming pool will be great, but it' s not necessary because the great beaches of Milos. I recommend this hotel great deal for the price!
• Xin (2/5): Terrible Stay! Rock Hard Bed Causing Pain! - The beds were SUPER HARD!! We felt like sleeping on iron spikes all night, we couldnt sleep at all, every turn felt like pain, the next couple of days we had terrible back pain all over, the sping of the bed pierce through ur bones that kind of pain - it was terrible. The shower only has a curtain so after you shower the bathroom is full of water, so slippery!! The host was not so kind and almost rude, didnt listen to our requests and always interrupt our conversation - he was really impatient. He also gave us a room without kitchen in the beginning - which was not what we booked. Terrible experience - please dont stay here!!

Le camere sono piccole ma hanno tutto ciò che serve. Se visitassi di nuovo milos sicuramente alloggerei ancora al Giannis

Little patio with clothes line is nice to dry off towels and wet clothes. Tv didn't work...but we didn't need or want it anyway since we were there to visit the neighborhood.

• Gabriella (8/5): Great solo travel stay - I had a very pleasant stay at Gianni's Apartments. George and his family are very nice and they gave me a perfect room for my stay of three nights. These are lovely people with a beautiful place to stay!
• Tracy (10/5): Nice hotel in the center - We were welcomed very warmly by this family run hotel and had a great experience staying here. The owners were so lovely and helped us to rent a car last minute, gave us directions to beaches and advice on boat tours on the island. The grounds are well kept with beautiful pots of local flowers and plants. If we needed anything, the owners were available and immediately helped us, very efficient. This is a classic well kept cycladic style apartment/hotel where you have a kitchen if you so desire to eat in. The supermarket is a 5 min walk at most.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Very friendly owners & calm stay - My stay at Giannis apartments was nice and calm. The owners are very friendly and provide pick up and drop off service for free. The location is really central at Adamas. The room is basic however provides all the necessities, like fridge for the warm weather, air-conditioning, balcony etc. I recommend this place.
• Juliana (10/5): Milos is for exploring! - If you are looking for a resort experience go to santorini. If you want to explore the most beautiful beaches and coastlines in Greece, get yourself something modest in Adamas and get out every day! This accmodation is simple but exceptionally lovely- especially the balcony! Giannis is laid-back and relaxed- he will let you be independent if that's what you like but is also there at an instant to help you if you need transport or information. I LOVED my stay here. Absolutely perfect!

Lyhört ut till korridoren så man vaknar lätt när någon granne går in och ut från sitt rum. Litet kök i rummen så man sköter sig mest själv vilket passade oss. Personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående om man behöver dem.

Par contre les corridors sont très bruyants, réverbération. Insonorisation déficiente. Nous avons eu la malchance de côtoyer des voisins fêtards. Les accessoires de cuisine sont au minimum dont plusieurs sont inutilisables. Besoin de rafraîchir la cuisine.

En positif, patron très sympathique qui envoie un mail à l'avance pour vous chercher au bateau, et hôtel proche (3 mn à pied) du centre d'Adamas.

Auch in puncto Sauberkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alle Kauf- und Mietmöglichkeiten (Auto, Moto, etc. ) sind in Gehdistanz von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we had a kitchenette that proved very useful. We had Lots of space and felt relaxed for our 6 day stay. Only improvement could be the wifi connection and a different shower curtain arrangement, but otherwise, a fantastic, enjoyable stay. Would come back and recommend to any travellers. family or couple.
