huiyan (9/5): - The room was very dry and bright. The lady of the reception was really nice and attentive. She patiently told us the interesting places and delicious food in Christchurch, and even carefully marked the routes on the map with a pen. It was truly a wonderful and exciting experience!

Truly trustworthy business. - Impeccably located just 3 km from the Wine & Food Festival at Hagley Park, with Riccarton Mall, bars, and an excellent selection of dining destinations just moments away. Our room was clean and tidy, and in its location we experienced complete There was absolutely nothing negative about the property; if I were being particular, my only personal preference would be a lock on the bathroom

Karen (3/5): It’s hard to find a place with a double bed and 2 singles at this price so could be good value for money, but we wouldn’ - The location - close to Westfield Riccarton Mall. Staff very informative. Sky Sport, heated blankets (needed) The sofa was stained and dirty and covered with a blanket which also was not clean so we were not happy to sit on the sofa. The bracket holding the tv and also the hairdryer both had a thick layer of dust. It was very cold, even with the wall heater on. Needed to get into the beds with electric blanket to warm up.

There was mould on the carpet curtains shower door wouldn’t close bathroom door handle was broken stains on carpet the office was locked when we arrived and we were locked outside in the cold! I rang the hotel with no answer I rang multiple times! Then when she came to the door she pointed to the phone as if to say I should have called! I was so mad!!! All I got was a sorry The bed was very hard! I would have left and demanded a refund but the kids were tired and finding something else would have been hard. The next morning I needed to hand the key in and she was no where to be seen the cleaners had arrived and she wouldn’t answer the door I told the cleaners I had photos and how disgusted I was with the hotel! I will ever come back or recommend this place

Un (7/5): Good for Family - Good location, a decent-sized unit, plenty of offstreet parking and super friendly staff. The TV reception was poor, but who is even watching TV these days? No biggie.
