- Vidal (6/5): Retraso en check out - Si, me gusta la ubicación Un dia antes de hacer el check out bajé a recepción y di todos los datos de mi facturación por que me iba en la madrugada, solicité un snack para la mañana ya que mi tarifa era desayuno incluido y ya no iba a estar, la señorita hizo que le anotara todos los datos y cuando hice check out me hicieron perder el tiempo haciendo nuevamente todo el proceso y casi pierdo mi vuelo y de snack no tenían nada listo.

- ilean (6/5): - La ubicacion y que tienen varios restaurantes a la par. La habitación estaba bien, pero a los pocos minutos de hacer el check-in, pasaron a tocar la puerta para fumigar. No aceptamos la fumigación, pero aun así se sentía el olor a insecticida, lo cual resultó incómodo. Sería ideal realizar ese tipo de mantenimiento antes del horario de ingreso de los huéspedes.

- victorgE8129HS (2/5): Nice hotel not maintained - They are making some renovations at the hotel using the corridors as warehouse, the corridors are not clean because of that. They gave me a room and I was unable to close the door. I asked for a new room and in the new one, one the lamps is not working well. It seems that no one is taking care of the hotel. It is a shame that a so nice hotel is not well maintained.

The staff was very kind and attentive, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. As a suggestion, it would be great to have a covered parking area, bathtubs in the rooms (especially helpful for families with babies), and more tables in the pool area to better accommodate families. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
