There’s insect in the room. 4. swimmingpool are very small and cant occupied for all the guests. 5. staff are not friendly especially when received complaint from us. Hope Seri Malaysia Port Dickson management look at this matters.

- Siti (6/5): - The location of the hotel is good...near to Saturday night market and the beach...dissapoint with the answer by receptionist simply tell us there are no wifi even they give us wifi password...expedia must tell right info about the hotel if there are no wifi in each room...i felt a bit disappointed because i request large bed but i got twin bed...the receptionist tell me that there are several room only hv double bed...the toilet is a bit dirty ..I thought when i asked housekeeping to clean my room it become more clean but i can see dirt in my toilet sink...the breakfast is just ok because there are not many choices food...overall i can say it just ok...

- Cindy (2/5): - It was a horrible experience to stay in this hotel. Once we got into the hotel room, the room was smelly. The washroom was smelly and dirty too. Few of the rooms were experiencing black out due to electric power cut. Water pressure sound too noisy after each time we used the water closet, shower and tap water. The room's phone rang occasionally during mid night. The breakfast served was unpalatable. We were not satisfied in overall. In was a terrible experience!

- Bernard (10/5): Functional. - Functional. That’s the best way to describe the stay. It wasn’t lacking in anything, it didn’t have any specialities. It was just a room with a bed and stayable place to lie in for the night for whatever you need to do in Port Dickson. It is walking distance (5mins) to Avillion which is much more happening and where the bus will stop.
- Aza (2/5): Poor Service and bad room conditions - Woke up at 6am with no water in the room. In house phone - no connecting cable, mug with stain and ants. please imagine how bad in the room conditions. Seri Malaysia used to be a good brand but now the quality of rooms and services are poor. Was offered a new room but its messy room with strong paint smell. the lady at reception is not helping at all. Came a housekeeper question us without knowing the real issue. then maintenance staff came to check, not knocking the door. Communication among department failed. No apologize from the staff. What a bad day!

- Rihan (8/5): Nice hotel and good value with the price. - The front desk is friendly and nice. I had a problem my room which is the aircond is not functioning well. End up i have to change the room but its still ok for me. They solve the issue and there is no complaining for me..

Staff friendly and helpful and the place is just across the road from a lovely beach and within short walking distance of various eateries.
