Swimming pool under construction for years. There is nothing good about this hotel. Think twice if you want to book even for 1 day.

- Noor Mohamed (1/5): Hotel Seri Malaysia - going down the drain! - Nothing Overall service was bad. I ordered buffet for Ramadhan. The prawn used was old and the soup too salty. It was terrible. The cafe staff name Sabri, refuse to arrange our dining table into one long row because it will be difficult for the cafe team to do cleaning. I lost my wallet. I call up the front table. Mr Faiz told me that if the lost is more than 2 days, it is considered lost. I have to force him to double check. Obviously, the staff running this hotel will endure loyal customer like me, will STOP GOING TO HOTEL SERI MALAYSIA!!!

- Archaana Karunagaren (6/5): - What made my stay pleasant was the excellent service from the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude really made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. I was a bit disappointed with my stay. The room looked old and not very clean, especially the bathroom. The facilities also need better maintenance. I hope the management can improve the cleanliness and upgrade the rooms.

Room is passable, have towels and heater, TV, complimentary coffee tea, clean beds The toilet. The smells is terrible. Need to do something with the sewerage system. If you open the toilet door, the smells overpower inside room too. Maybe just for this room they need to do something
