(1) Shower glass door didnt shut properly, so water still leaked out to the toilet area. (2) My window view was the roof with a lot of bird poop, so there was no "view". (3) Room service order for my lamb shank rice took more than 30 mins to reach my room.

Merysia (10/5): - I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The swimming pool had an extremely strong chlorine smell — it was so strong that you could easily smell it from a distance. After swimming, my black swimsuit even turned brown, which was very surprising and concerning. The breakfast selection was also very limited. There were not many choices available, and omelette was not included in the buffet. When I asked about omelette, I was informed that it required additional payment, which was quite disappointing as most hotels usually include basic egg stations in their breakfast spread. Overall, I hope the management can improve the pool maintenance and expand the breakfast menu to provide better value and experience for guests.

P Raviwharmman (1/5): Regretful and exhaustive - Location is good. The breakfast is sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room door access key has serious problems. We booked 3 rooms. Two rooms have repetitive door access key card issues. Cannot access the room. In one instance, I went down to Front Counter from 3rd floor FOUR TIMES to sort out the room access key card problem. This happened at 10.00pm in the night. Same thing happened following breakfast next day. Aircond in the Family Room has serious leaking issues. Reported to front counter. Maintenance could not rectify the leaking problem. Total 3 phone calls were made to Front Counter to follow up for status and request for Room Change before it was done. Rooms have bad serious Mouldy smell especially the one with leaky aircond.

Amy (8/5): Lovely comfortable rooms - It was very clean, right on the water front. Rooms were nice and big. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We asked about the pool and no one got back to us. There wasn’t much choice at breakfast.
