Joanne (5/5): - Large spacious room, good breakfast, good shower, comfy bed. Location right on a really busy road so impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel and no amenities nearby. Traffic noise in room really loud all night.

At just after 6am on a Sunday morning they started blaring music for some dance session. The food was just crap for breakfast, don't bother

Joshua Wade (10/5): - Probably one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. When I got there after my trip back from Toraja they, updated my room. The bed was comfortable, I had a great view of the city, which allowed me to pick out some points of interest that I could take a look at the next day. Also breakfast, was good too.

It's available early, so it's good for those who travel. The a/c is very noisy and it was quite annoying during the night sleep. Also, there's some light that filters through the curtains even in the middle of the night.

The hotel is outdated and in deep need for good renovation and scrubbing. Aircon is not cold also even when we set it at 18 degrees with highest fan speed.

Garry (4/5): Disappointing, dirty and not very attentive staff. - Booked a non smoking room and was put in a room that had evidence of smoking, cigarette burn marks on bed side tables and other areas. The hotel needs an extra lift as the one is used by the staff and takes a long time to return to the ground floor. Check in could have been more fluid rather than making me wait until the allowed time, I could have checked in before and then waited for the key.
Eric (2/5): - Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room. I'd reserved a nonsmoking and made the same request at check in. After long delay and conversation between staff that I couldn't hear, I was given a room that had no windows, and had an air conditioner that was loud and could not be adjusted or turned off. I'd just traveled about 24 hours, and didn't have the energy to request another room. My mistake. It was a non-restful night. If you reserve here, insist that the room be nonsmkkng again before checking in, and ask if the air conditioner works. can be changed, and if the room has windows.

Richard (8/5): Very good - It was good value and located walking distance to everywhere I needed. Clean and comfortable. There are limited facilities. I didnt even try to get a beer ... so if u want to hav alcohol go somewhere else like I did (I walked to Gravity at the SwissBelhotel) or dont. Staff not well briefed ... I was asked to pay again on checkout even tho I paid on checkin. Safety box was locked .. it was only 1 night and I padlocked my money and valuables in my bag ... but it would b nice to have it working. Elevator seemed to take forever. There was random furniture and room make up cart left around the lift on 2nd floor all the time I was there.

It is also located in city centre with lots of meals options for you nearby. in my room 501, there was a dripping sound of water outside that was quite disturbing

Shower was good, but finding the right temperature was a bit tricky. We took the breakfast option, which we did not regret. There was a buffet with Indonesian and Western food (cereals, donuts, toast, fresh fruits, croissant).
