• Craig (2/5): Baited & Switched by Wyndham - Wyndham ruined our anniversary trip!!! We booked the Villas because my husband was golfing there, they have a full service gym (am a professional bodybuilder) & because they catered to adults. We made plans all around the resort so we had to drive as little as possible. But when we got there, they “baited & switched” us to an awful room overlooking the garage at the Towers on the Grove, next to a very loud family (the whole floor was full of loud families) 6. We told them it was unacceptable to do that to us the day of arrival & they said we could move to our reserved villa the next day. But the next day, they said we had to stay where we are because there were no villas left for us. My husband had to Uber to our original resort each morning, I had to join an off site gym because the Towers had an old unfunctional fitness center. I hardly ever saw my husband (was going to watch him from the room we had booked); I asked to be reimbursed the $300 difference between rooms & spoke to numerous supervisors; was treated like a peasant..,we checked out a day early- just couldn’t take it any more.’ received a call from someone with no name nor call back # saying they were going to offer us compensation for part of the trip; I called the hotel & someone was to call me back & never did. I think this is a classic case of fraud. Just need to find the right people at the state or in law to help us. It’s not the money- it was treating us poorly & not asking before they downgraded us
• Robert (10/5): Just Book this property for your golf getaway. - The property was amazing. The location was close to everything. There was plenty of free parking. The unit was beautiful. The service was excellent!!! I cannot recommend this property enough!!!! Nothing!!!
• Howard (2/5): - No hot water the first night, hot water heater was off, turned it on and still not much hot water…after some searching G discovered the valves were off for The hot water to the rest of the unit. Office closed before 5 to check in and did t open until after 8 the following day. Calls to number provider went to Wyndham and they were not helpful.
• Angela (10/5): Wonderful - Our stay was wonderful. The room was very nice, and we had everything that we needed. Great location! Will definitely stay here again. I wish the beds would have been softer, but that's my only complaint.

I left a jacket hanging in a bedroom closet and they contacted me immediately. We were only minutes away. House Keeping met me in the room for me to pick up. We will return. The only thing I would suggest would be an 11:00 o’clock check out time . 10:00 AM is to early! 🙂 Cindy, thank you and your staff.

• Kimberly (8/5): - I really liked the condo. Very clean ,roomy and beautiful. However, I did notice cobweb in lamps. King size bed and pillows uncomfortable. Head sinks in pillows and bed very hard. I didn't like having view of golf course instead of beach. The restaurant and bar close at 4pm. But! The food for breakfast very good. I feel the bar should be open in the evening. Not too many people drink early in the day. Plus it takes too long to receive your deposit back.

This hotel is nothing less than exceptional. I honestly think this resort is better than being on the beach. It feels like you’re at your own home, at the beach. . They made sure you was in and everything was fine. They made me welcome to come by the office or call if we needed something or even a cup of coffee. Eventhe men that worked out on the golf cart was nice stop and hope me get i to my room . I havent been treated like this in a long tome maybe in my life and ive stayed at many motels/ hotels.

• Ms. English (10/5): Last minute trip - We usually stay oceanfront but this was a last minute trip. We didn't even care about not being directly on the beach. The rooms were so nice and the staff was very helpful. We can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this location.
