Guest Reviews
- Latisha (9/5): Nice condo location - The location and layout of the condo was very good. People on 2nd floor above us were noisy.
- DUNCAN (10/5): will come back if can - room was ready, clean, furnished well and functional nothing
- James (9/5): Great spot in Fraser - The condo/unit was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was a great value compared to standard hotel stays in the area.
- Luis (10/5): - It was an amazing experience. Nice clean place and nice river passing near by.
- John (10/5): - Twin Rivers is located on the Frazier River in Frazier, Colorado. Excellent value for the money. Spacious, well maintained property close to shopping, outdoor activities, and great restaurants.
- James (10/5): - Very nice unit, well maintained.
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aaron (7/5): Good -
- Kelly (9/5): the three bedroom unit is very nice for two couples +/- kids - When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned. Julie responded quickly and moved us to another unit that was clean and larger than our original reservation.
- Mariana (10/5): - The river walk is a must. You migjt be lucky and see some wildlife! The apartment was nicely set up, with everything you need and more. Great place for every season!
- THERESA (10/5): - Really nice place!
- James (8/5): - Hot tub was out of order
- Ming-Yeh (10/5): - the property is great. One drawback is too close to train track. The horn is loud at night
- Joannett (10/5): - Muy bonito el apartamento
- Xavier (10/5): - Very pleasant experience even though we only stayed for one night.
- Kexuan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The condo is great, also has a nice view at the back
- Krishna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monique (4/5): - The reasons I chose this property was for the hot tub, sauna, and fireplace. The hot tub and sauna were closed for use and the fireplace was fake LED flame show.. the check in was and hour later than any place I have ever stayed and check out was at 9 am!!!! No early check in or late check out allowed! For these reasons, I would NOT stay here again and believe I should get some refund due to the spa facilities being non-operational.
- April (8/5): - Would have been nice to know sauna and hot tubs were closed but otherwise nice place.
- Eileen (10/5): - Property is clean, river is super close!
- Charlene (10/5): - Easy to find and right next to the river. Loved the large deck. Watching the stars was beautiful!
- Chandrasekara (10/5): - Staff accommodated early check-in and the location is near by the Fraser Valley trail. One side creek and another side River. There are few flies / insects inside the property (flying around)
- Phillip (10/5): - It was a fabulously kept property and close to everything.
- Dana (10/5): - great condo super close to the resorts!
- JUAN (8/5): - Very nice place to rest your head after a long day of snowboarding.
- Lynn (10/5): - The unit was clean, comfortable. Great price for the area.
- Priscilla (10/5): - Very comfortable stay. Clean, quiet accommodations with fabulous views of mountains and Fraser River
- Chris (8/5): - Nice, comfortable property with a few quirks. Nice new furniture. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen well stocked with with what you need. Wifi was terrible and really didn't work for the most part. Walls are a bit thin and could hear neighbors here and there, but overall noise wasn't an issue. Good stay and would stay there again.
- Krystal (6/5): It's fine for a couple nights. - The location was wonderful! Beds in rooms were comfy. Great for a ski in and out trip where you will just sleep there. Had the bare minimum of everything. Okay for a couple nights if your just sleeping there. If you have kids, bring games for entertainment. The hot tub hurt our eyes due to chlorine so we got out right away.
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Great time in Fraser! - Spacious condo with lots of amenities. Very clean and easy access to Fraser and Winter Park. Will return.
- Qin (6/5): - It took a while to get inside though with multiple emails and calls before we arrived.
It is a condominium saying with washer and dryer available but not in the unit!
The building is not soundproof and I was awaken by cars or trains
- Rachel (10/5): - Great property. Excellent communication.
- Spencer H. (10/5): Great spot for access to Winter Park / Fraser - The listing photos do this place a bit of a disservice as the property is much lighter and brighter (and therefore feels bigger and nicer) than advertised. Everything was clean and in good working condition and we had all we needed to sleep 5 adults and 2 kids for our ski trip. It's a condo complex so, yeah, you're going to hear the neighbors a bit. Wasn't an issue for us or disruptive in any way for getting good rest after long days on the slopes. Great value for the money and would be happy to stay there again.
- Linda (10/5): - Loved having the half bath. Property was clean. Great beds. Coffee pot did not keep coffee hot
- Lance (10/5): - This condo and complex was much nicer in person than it looked in the pictures. That rarely happens. I was very pleased with my unit. The furniture was nice and new, everything worked and it was nice and clean with a great patio. Definitely a really good value and I would stay there again when going to Winter Park.
- WADE (10/5): - My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property.
- Mark B. (4/5): Walking on floor - Everything we walked on made any kind of sound. We made a conscience effort to be quiet and respectful to the people below us and they complained about the noise. Perhaps some sound or vibration barrier is needed. Otherwise everything was very clean and nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location. Very clean and the only thing that could’ve made it better were sheets for the pull out sofa and some extra blankets as we were there over a chilly weekend (didn’t bring extra bedding-thought it would be warmer!) Also, maybe some dish towels? Other than those little things, we had a great stay!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The water running around the unit was nice to hear in the mornings. It was a great stay no complaints
- Andra (10/5): Awesome Stay - It was an amazing stay and comfortable!!! Love the view!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was clean and cozy, close to the Winter Park resort and a grocery store near by.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property management company was incredibly rude. Then on our check out day, the cleaners showed up at 8:45 AM, with someone that I assume represents the company, telling us our check out was at 9, in spite of all documentation from Expedia saying 10. On the day of daylight savings changes so for us, it was 7:45 when they knocked. The condo is fine, nothing special but totally fine, nice sized, no personal or fun touches and the beds are very uncomfortable...kind of feels corporate. Well priced but they need to be nicer to people who are paying them money. It’s not that hard!
- Samuel (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable.
Have stayed here many times, place has always been clean, and management office is very good at responding for any additional needs. The condo is dated a bit, but the bathrooms were just remodeled and looks nice. Back patio would be nice if they shoveled to be used for the ski season.
- Brad (10/5): - I enjoyed the location in Fraser and having a bath and a half was a plus.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Convenient Condo - Comfortable and not overly fancy, just what the doctored ordered for a nice ski trip weekend. Kitchen supplies were limited, but there were plenty of coffee cups, which is always a plus
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great place only thing is the hot tubs were not correct on the temperatures. One aid the temp was 82 but it had to be at least 110 or hotter and the jets didn’t really work. Then the other hot tip said it was 78 but it was more like 50 it felt like ice water but the jets were good?
- Gail (10/5): Comfy, clean & convenient - Comfy, very clean & convenient condo in Fraser. Condo had everything we needed for our stay, VERY clean and located two minute walk to Lift bus stop to take you to Winter Park. Hot tub in clubhouse was added bonus!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable lace to stay - Two families stayed. Comfortable space for 7 of us. Nice hot tubs located in a separate building. Located really close to the Winter Park shuttle. Note that they don’t stock any food items, so bring your own salt and pepper.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It’s a really nice property with updated furniture and fixtures kitchen was very nice
- Nicole (10/5): Perfect for a family - The place was super clean!! Great location! Had everything you need in the kitchen.
- Victoria (10/5): - It was excellent, except too far from Granby.
- James (8/5): In need of remodel - The facility is in need of remodel. However, it was clean and comfortable. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. I would like updated appliances before I would considering staying again.

- Robert (10/5): Affordable, spacious condo in Fraser, CO - Everything was very clean and comfortable. The service staff was excellent, especially since I had a really late check-in. They made accommodations for me and made it really easy to arrive late. The beds were great, carpet seemed very new and all the appliances worked well. The only possible issue was that the bathroom was a bit dated. However, certainly not a deal-breaker. The location was great! Right next to a creek and with close proximity to Winter Park and Grand Lake. I would stay there again. Awesome WiFi.
- ruby (10/5): Wonderful view - After hours Staff was helpful and very nice condo was beautiful inside and out there was no TV upstairs that had DVD inputs was the only thing that was disappointing other then that all was very nice
- George (10/5): Cozy condo in Fraser providing comfort and time t - We had a great time in this lovely condo. We were very surprised that there was a( private) hot tub inside the condo. It was also awesome to have a large size deck with beautiful views and hearing the babbling brook from the well equipped kitchen to the front room. The loft was a neat asset as well. We will return for sure.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Dated but decent value. - If a property is available on 2 days notice, well your getting an unpopular place. For good reason since I wouldn't return either. Nothing really bad except the thin walls and floors. Anyone moving or talking next or above you will be heard. What if they had a party??? Kitchen is fine but bring everything you need including pots as the supplied ones are insufficient. Bath is dated but works-best feature is the extra half. Furniture will give you a backache-beds are mushy. No view, but location is on bus route and there is a trail system. In a pinch-go for it. Got time-pass.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Dated but good value - As state by other reviews, the pin code for the door was not working when I first showed up. Usually not a problem, but since there is no one on site, we had to wait for a call back from someone that is on call to get the door reset. A little troubling...
Place was dated but a good value for the price, plenty of room. Hot tubs need work, as the jets didnt work on one. Good location overall, and great if you just want a place to sleep for a night or two. Didn't feel cramped at all with 6 guests.
- Debbie (10/5): Beautiful condo - We went for a nephew's wedding and fell in love with the area. We will definitely return. Lovely condo, well worth the cost. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. I love that the condo we were assigned to happened to be my maiden name. Wonderful facilities with hot tubs, sauna, and laundry on site. Fully furnished and convenient to Granby and Winter Park. Truly enjoyed our stay and found people so friendly. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we had everything. Great trip.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location - Was able to only stay 2 nights but it was nice.
loved the river behind us
liked sitting on back porch (even though furniture was broken and not comfy)
- David (8/5): Decent place. - Had problem with electronic door lock freezing open but was fixed promptly. Ceiling fan squeaked so couldn't use it. Otherwise was a Very nice place to stay!
- John (8/5): Pleasant accommodations near Winter Park Ski Resor - Condo had plenty of space and provided adequate privacy.
