• Darren (6/5): Decent Hotel - It was right off the highway. The room was ok for the price. I booked it on booking.com I ended up getting charged twice. I don't understand why I was charged when I checked in!? I already paid when I initially booked the room. Also, the lighting on the property is poor. Their sign wasn't on so, it was hard to find.
• Mathis (4/5): Spend a little more and do not stay here. - Hot water. Small motel low noise level. Easy access to shopping. Clean sheets comfortable mattress. Regular size clean refrigerator Heater worked real well. No breakfast. Filthy front door Dirty Tub. No channels to watch but one advertising news channel. The remote only had on/off and volume up or down. No other buttons worked. Room furniture needed dusted. Old building with bad remodeling. No internet. was not given any password. I will not stay again because for about $11 more could have had a cleaner place with something ti watch on the tv, internet, and free breakfast. The breakfast would have been worth the extra money.

• Russell (3/5): There are many better places for only slightly more money in Granbury. - Friendly receptionist This is distressed property. It appears most of the guests are transients. I didn't have any trouble but don't stay here unless you're looking for a no-tell-motel experience.
• DonnaS286 (8/5): Spacious and Clean Room - I recommend the Granbury Inn & Suites by Best Western in Granbury, Texas. The room was large and clean and quiet. It was near restaurants. The desk personnel was professional and helpful. Breakfast was standard but attractively presented.
• bridgetroe (2/5): Stuff of nightmares! - This is the hotel out of your nightmares! It is old, dirty, and uncomfortable. I was desperate, or I would have left. Sleeping in the car would be better. The cat piss smell was so terrible it kept me awake. The mattresses are as old as my grandparents. The blankets don’t even cover the top of the bed. The vinyl floor is so dirty you don’t want to take your shoes off. Seriously, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
• BransonHotelLady (2/5): Owner Opened Chained Door! When I wasn't dressed - I was on an important phone call. My room phone began ringing repeatedly till I had to take it off the hook. Next, the hotel owner began pounding on the door. I did not answer because I was undressed waiting to get into the bath. Next, I heard the door open and the owner was trying to force her way in, even though it was chained. Otherwise she would have flung the door wide open while I was butt naked!!!!! At the same time, I was waiting for an inbound call for a scheduled job interview. It seemed like all hell was breaking loose and I really needed that job. I politely called the owner to see why she was trying to enter my room while I was still in it. The owner explained she had a water leak. I checked the bathroom and there were no leaks. Nearly everything was tile. She argued the bath tub must be overflowing. However the water line in the tub was 4" from the top of the tub. No overflow, no signs of leaking. I then explained I had an important job interview but she did not see anything from the customer's viewpoint, only her own. She was blind to my needs or what I was trying to explain to her. She kept insisting there was a leak in the room. I did not like the fact that the owner did not respect my privacy within the room I had rented from her.
• P4082KZscotts (10/5): Great service, great price and great location. - This is the second time in two years that I have stayed at this location for at least 5 weeks. Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk 24/7. Plenty of parking. All major credit cards. Good central location with all shopping close by on the same road. Starbucks, Hy Vee ,home depot, Cvs, and everything else you need.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Room smelled like smoke, but was non smoking. Parking lot was poorly lighted. Hairs found in the towels in the bathroom. We went to another hotel and it was worth losing our money that we paid for this place.
• 789Gail (10/5): The best people ever - We spent a week here and they definitely gave us the best service possible. They made it possible for all 4 of us couples to be together and printed out information on places to see, etc. We couldn't have asked for better service.
• rebeccas17 (6/5): Quiet and Comfortable - Spent 4 days and 3 nights with cold ac, hot water and privacy. It was a personal trip for me to visit with my husband who was staying there for business so having the mini refrigerator and microwave along with a decent closet and a couch with a sleeper in it made for my visit to be nice and relaxing. It also provided with a patio door that led out to the courtyard which was very peaceful at all times. The cable would be my only complaint for the overall stay. It is not the most beautiful up to date hotel in Granbury however it was still comfortable and quiet. It was close to all restaurants, shopping and gas stations. And just minutes from the square which is full of awesome shops. We were there during a wine walk and it was still great with all the people.
• jonja04 (10/5): I will always come back - I travel for work and stumbled on Granbury Inn and Suites. I stayed here for 5 weeks, and had an incredible time.The hotel was clean, private, and quiet. The owners and staff were most friendly and helpful. I encourage anyone staying in Granbury to go here, it is close to all the local attractions. I plan on returning to Granbury this Sept. and will stay here again!! You guys really meant alot to me!

Secondly the toilet was messed up handle was broke off told office still wasn't fixed never was had to take lid off to flush . Next tv was to fuzzy to watch . And lastly they cahrged my card even though I left and told them I was . Theve been saying for 2 weeks I will be refunded has not happened yet ! This place is dishonest !
• aglgbg11 (2/5): Horrible! - We reserved a room here for a wedding we were attending. We asked for a room with two beds, but they did not have any available. We asked if we could reserve a roll away and they said yes. We called back the day of and asked if we were sure to have a roll away as we were travelling with two small children. We arrived at 2:00 am. When we got there the old man working the counter answered the locked door. I told him we needed to check into our room. He said "You have a room?" I told him yes. While he was looking for our information, I also reminded him that we had called earlier and asked for a rollaway, he said there weren't any roll aways. We went ahead and checked the room just in case he was wrong. Of course, no roll away. The room smelled awful and WAS WAY OUT DATED. Everything was gross and there was not even 1/2 the ammenities there was supposed to be. I went to get a refund and the guy was a total Jerk about it. I called and complained to his manager the next day. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
• traveler6245 (6/5): OK for an overnight stay - The Days Inn at Granbury is okay for an overnight stay. It's obvious it's an old hotel, but efforts have been made to update it, i.e. paint, newer carpeting, etc. The plumbing does need work. The toilet didn't always flush and the hot water faucet in the sink was difficult turning off. The mini suite consisted of a very large room with microwave and refrigerator, large closet, and sliding glass doors that overlooked the pool and garden area, which was very inviting in spite of the hot, Texas heat of August. Beds were reasonably confortable, but the very thread-bare bath towels and washcloths need replacement. I didn't want to wash my face with what was available. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, and a large variety of calorie-laden sweets, orange and apple juice, and coffee and tea. Effort is made to provide travelers with an adequate room for the night. Because Granbury is a tourist area, the $75 spent for this room is a fairly good deal. A typical Bed and Breakfast for one night would run around double that amount.
