• Shelia (1/5): Beware they could cancel your reservation without any prior notice - We were not able to stay. We got to the hotel and our reservation was canceled without them notifing us. I even contacted them in the morning to confirm our reservation and was told they had our reservation. We had to scramble to locate a hotel. We were offered another hotel 5 states away in Tenn. They canceled our reservation without contacting us that our reservation was canceled.

• Brad (6/5): Good except the timeshare. - Front desk staff amazing. The downfall was no where in the booking did it mention timeshare presentation. Got hit with that when getting water park bracelets. Took a deposit for the timeshare meeting so I’m sure I forfeited that and who knows if any penalties coming for skipping it as far as room rate. Other than that it would have been excellent but I didn’t sign up to go to a timeshare presentation and didn’t appreciate being cornered into it t and billed for it as a well

We booked a 1 bedroom and found out at check in we were uograded to a 2 bedroom condo. The only negative i have is only certain pools were open at certain times. Ut we get it.. .

• Justin (10/5): Why would you look elsewhere?? This is it!!! - The entire property is very inviting from the beautiful front lobby to the awesome and very helpful staff. The room was in an easy to access location for me (who is disabled) and our room was extremely nice and comfortable! The only downside I would give our room was we were missing a remote, we had to borrow pillows from our 2nd room because we didn’t have enough for our king bed, and our jacuzzi tub jets turned on randomly on our 2nd night stay and would have to battle to get it off after a little bit. But outside that I would give our entire stay, room, staff, shuttle drivers, golf cart drivers, pontoon boat drivers and resort 100/100! Perfect score. We stay 2x a year and we are already booked for our next trip! Can’t wait to see you guys in a few short months! Thank you so much for another amazing experience! Can’t think of anything!

• Kristal (6/5): - We went during spring break. Not many restaurants open. The main water park isn’t open daily. The room was comfortable and had all of the amenities of home. LOTS of walking but you can get where you need to be without going outside.
• julie (4/5): - The club wyndom condos are pretty run down. Very poor in sound. Anyone and everyone in the hall you can hear loudly and if you have anyone on each side or above you will hear everything from footsteps to voices to someone falling out of bed.

• Keo2025time (10/5): Winter Getaway - We had a great time in a great resort. Celebrating the wife’s birthday we decided to go north from Arkansas. Had not been to the dell’s in over 25 years. The room was. 5 Star+ with fireplace and a great view. We did not have one problem all week. Restaurants in the resort were very good. Highly recommend even for us older seniors.

• johnbQ7941MZ (6/5): Not as good as previous years - This was the 8th year in a row that we have been coming. The staff are wonderful, and we always enjoy the waterparks and Arcade. This year, we did not feel our room was up to par. Starting with check-in, we did not get a room until after 5 pm on Sunday when we checked in. That was after I went back to the desk at 5:15 to see how much longer it was going to be. I was told, "Oh, it's ready. I think we just forgot to text you". In our room, we were provided with a towel with holes in it. The dishwasher was not working, Finally, I figured out I needed to turn the valve on to let the water flow. These are just some minor housekeeping issues, and this is the first year we have not been excited about our room. The pools were all clean, and the water temperature was perfect. We have done polka dot pots painting, Take flight, bought food and drinks and its a bit expensive but what you expect to pay at a resort, for convenience. The new Aquavina lumina was 25.00 a person and was ok but not worth that amount of money.

• Layne (8/5): - All in all it was a good stay. There is an offer for a presentation and Resort cash which we knew about this going into it but we took it anyway. On the morning of checkout we did the presentation and it went longer than expected and a little bit awkward and tense at the end because essentially they are going to try to sell you a timeshare for an extreme amount of money and monthly maintenance fees with terrible interest rates. This is often referred to as one of the worst financial decisions you can ever make. We said no and will continue to do so and if they want to continue to incentivize with $175 worth of gift cards and Resort cash which we used to eat out and do other activities that is on them not us. Overall though we think Wilderness is the best option in the Dells and really enjoyed the two bedroom condo unit at the lodge.
• Brandon (8/5): Good stay with some bad ideas by the resort. - Checking in should only be checking in I shouldn't be forced to go into a member service room for wristbands and a guide map only to be persuaded and convinced to sit down for a 90 minute presentation which I'm sure is only about buying into a time share it's already bad enough check in isn't until 4pm let me get my vacation started I don't want to hear about a presentation we came to relax and enjoy our stay.
• GrandmaJojo58 (10/5): Great stay - wonderful room - Easy check in. Great room, we were put in a Presidential Reserve room with upgraded furnishing and a fireplace. The beds are very comfortable and the room was top notch. We walked to the pool area. Be sure to check the hours of operation because not all the pool areas were open on a Monday. But I will definitely stay here again.
• John (4/5): Bait and switch - Beware when booking here, the property plays bait and switch, a few days before your trio they will call and say due to inventory issues you have been moved from the main resort to one of the satellite properties, so if you were planning on walking between waterparks via indoor hallways and back to your room again in the frigid winter, good luck!

The other that the check-in process seemed a little tedious and even though I had changed reservation name before I arrived we still had to do it again. Overall would recommend if you are staying with a larger group.

I recommend buying the unlimited wristband if your child is over 10yrs old. Otherwise the one-time pass works great for ages 6-9

The only issue was almost losing the room during check-in even though it was already reserved and paid for. Room was advertised as sleeping for 8, but only allowed 6 people to occupy the room. After discussing it with the manager we were allow to stay.

For a small fee you can also buy a wristband for unlimited go carts, laser tag, ropes course, mini golf, climbing wall.

• Led2665 (10/5): Great for families! - We had a great time at all of the indoor water parks. Everything you need is on site! We only left once in 4 days to go out for dinner. Great size/layout of the units. The 1 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4 and we were able to use the oven to reheat leftovers for lunch each day, saving tons of money. We would love to stay here again!

• Lee (10/5): Wilderness great, timeshare horrible! - Our 4th year staying at the wilderness and is always excellent. Our boys love it and we celebrate their birthdays while there. However this time we opted to listen to the timeshare deal and tour with Kyle. It was okay until the part where he was very rude once he knew that we were on the fence about purchasing the timeshare. He used every tactic including belittling us, telling us if we don't purchase now we will always be renters, asked us multiple times if its because of finances which it's not but insisted we open a credit card which we told him we are opposed to since we pay cash for everything. We also stated we were very interested in this but we would have to talk it over before committing to something long which he didnt appreciate. Used foul language multiple times and also talked about how while his wife was giving birth "she pooped on the bed" They gave us other offers which I was in favor of and wanted to purchase however my wife talked me out of it due to being harassed and belittled. We will no longer be staying at the wilderness in the future. We will spend our money as "renters" somewhere else.
• Matt (10/5): - Everything was good except for some staining on the sheets. We also wouod like to see some speed bumps installed by all the entrences. People do not abide by the 10 mph speed limit. Easily doing 25-30mph thru parking lots and flying past the pedestrian exits from the buildings. (A-D) specifically. People were also not stopping to let pedestrians cross at the walkways.

I would highly recommend and will visit this resort again. The room comes with wrist bands for use of the entire waterpark on the resort and attached. So many great options.

• K6659YNjasonh (2/5): Accosted upon arrival, said no many times, o ly to be insulted by the staff. Zero star review. - Be prepared to be accosted by the Wyndham time share people immediately after check in at the Wilderness resort. They refuse to take no for an answer, regardless of how many times they are told no. They use dirty tactics, prevent you from leaving the building by blocking the exit, and reduce themselves to insulting guests who refuse the time share sales pitch. The Wyndham employee I had the displeasure of being accosted by demanded that I look her in the eye, followed by an expletive, when I say no to her. Incredibly unprofessional, and a terrible start to my stay. Wyndham will continue to call your room with sales pitches, even after being instructed not to contact. The indoor water parks are decent, when they are open. The queen sized mattress on top of the twin sized boxspring made for an uncomfortable slumber. Overall, the price was decent, and the kids had fun. So if you're ready for a mediocre stay and want to be insulted upon arrival, this is the place for you!!!

I booked months prior and the resort overbooked and canceled my booking with no contact to tell me. The employees were kind, but could not tell me any information as to why the booking was canceled and no contact was made. I will never return to this resort!

Great Master suite with jacuzzi tub and separate bathroom with shower. Great amenities, just wish we could have stayed there longer!
• 888jamesh888 (10/5): A Great Week at Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon. - My wife and I stayed at Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon in a Deluxe 1-Bedroom unit from Dec 3-10, 2023. The unit was absolutely gorgeous with 12-foot ceilings, beautiful appointments (chairs, couch, tables) excellent kitchen and fireplace. The kitchen provides superior pots and pans for cooking with all utensils that you will need. Our bedroom was great - our King bed was very comfortable, lighting was good, numerous closets were provided, and two sinks, a fine shower, and toilet area comprise this area. The resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The waterpark features are secomd to none and provide for high-quality enjoyment.
• LaTasha (8/5): - This was my second time staying at this hotel and I overall enjoyed myself and the amenities offered. The area has a lot of things around it (food and activities). The downside was that I was not able to check in until 40 minutes after check in time due to them cleaning and they wouldn't even give me an estimate of when the room would be ready and offered no remedy. Also, check out time on here says 11am but the hotel said it was 10am. Another thing I didn't like was when I asked for more towel cards the woman at the front desk asked me so many questions and lectured me on how the towel cards work for an unnecessary amount of time before just giving them to me and she did the same when it came to getting extra towels.

When we got there we were told we got bumped and sent over to wilderness villas instead. We didn’t get to stay at club Wyndham glacier canyon because someone last minute offered them more money for our condo so we got bumped to the villas at wilderness lodge

• MNDiana (8/5): Good place for families and those visiting the Dells - The campus of this facility is vast but they have taken steps so that, regardless of the weather, you can enjoy the facility amenities. The wave pool is big enough that if you time your swims correctly, you would be able to do laps between the wave functions. In addition to the water parks, there are other activities to appeal to visitors of all ages.
• therealzena2016 (8/5): Beautiful Resort, RCI Points Members can't access Summer months - Stayed our first time and loved it. We have learned, however, that RCI Points Members have no access during May through September. Very disappointing. We planned to bring our nephew, but would have to take him out of school to access with points. Pretty sad, since the resort is designed with youth in mind based on the 8 waterparks.
• S9753WXdanielk (4/5): Room is wonderful...front desk staff is not.... - First off the room is gorgeous. We stayed in a two bedroom and the master bath with the "bubble tub" was one of the best I have stayed in. The room was spacious including a washer and dryer. HOWEVER....the check in process was atrocious. I have never been in a hotel that stated check in time "STARTS at 4:00." Every other hotel that I have stayed in guarantees the room by check-in time. This is the first time a hotel (without explanation or apology or some type of resolution) stated that the time is approximate and it was said in a manner that made it sound commonplace. We didn't get into our room until close to 5:00 PM. Disappointed.
• duanesdeals (10/5): Fantastic stay - All of the staff and sales dept. Bent over to make my stay pleasurable! Maintenance was very quick and friendly(Gene and Dave were the best ones). The beds were to high and needed a stool, the dishes were placed to high in cupboard. Asked for additional things like, riser on toilet seat, stool in shower, recliner in living room and maintenance staff brought right away.
• Medicalisons6 (6/5): good family experience - lots of activities to do on resort and in area but on resort everything costs extra except the use of waterparks, room had some hiccups, burnt light bulbs...not just one..3 . When asked for more towels, was questioned about the number of towels in our room and then given a ratty ripped towel, very noisy above us with the ceiling shaking with people walking late into the night, disappointed about the little things that shouldn't be an issue for members
• Eileen (10/5): - We have stayed at the Wilderness Properties for around 24 years, when our daughter was under 18 we would come 2-3 times a year and rent a villa, condo or cabin. Always a wonderful experience. This year we did book through expedia as we would normally do and we got the confirmation from expedia for the condo. When I arrived on our check in day I came in early so we could pre check and get our wrist bands to start enjoying our day. Well Wyndham's system never confirmed our reservation so I had to sit and wait 2 hours for a manager to come in and work through their systems to confirm my room that was booked around 6 weeks earlier. That took about 45 minutes. This is a very poor system, the staff was very apologetic and I understood why the front desk couldn't help but this should never have happened. I was very patient as causing a scene or being mean never helps any situation. This will not deter me from staying there again but they need to work on their confirmation systems from 3rd party sites or stop letting 3rd party sites book with them.

The only real issue is that the arcade and food our just so overpriced that its really hard to have a good time with a family of 5 when you get price gouged at every turn.We stopped in the candy shop in the Wild West water park and all got a piece of candy and the total was $33.00 dollars for candy pretty ridiculous.

However the glacier canyon condos could definitely be cleaned and maintained better. 2 of the closet doors were broke on top so they wouldn't stay shut. One was the garbage closet so this was frustrating with little kids. The kitchen vinyl plank floor was coming apart and looked dirty in the cracks. After the sheets were pulling off on night 1 I realized the fitted sheet was inside out and likely the wrong size for the bed. I didn't notice until the night of day 2 that the shower floor and track were quite grimy. Just makes you wonder if things like this are overlooked, it might not be as clean as you'd hope. (I took pictures but the app won't let me attach)
