- ROSSELLA (7/5): -

- Naama (10/5): - Great hotel, next to a huge green promenade, lots of sweet dogs in the area (with owners). I really liked the hotel, the rustic design and the cleanliness was great. There are hot drinks 24/7 with a sweet snack on the side and always new bottles of water that you can take. The service is above expectations, the employee there just made my whole vacation much, much better, a credit to this hotel that they have such a person. In the end, the people improve the whole experience. Thanks for the hospitality, Naama

- Claire (7/5): Bed and pillows affected stay due to sleep. - Room was clean and nicely decorated. Owners are friendly and helpful giving advice getting to the hotel. Hairdryer available. Access to outside seating area from the room (not all rooms). Bus stop 2 minute walk that gets you to the centre of verona and train station easily. No breakfast offer as such but a kettle, tea and coffee station with packaged goods are available throughout the day which is a nice touch. The area is quiet and safe and perfect if you were to hire a car as free parking all around. Aircon worked well. Plug by bed. Mattress and pillows could do with being replaced. Bed frame creaks at every small movement. Spare pillow in wardrobe stained and one pillow was very flat. Downside of being out of the town centre the last bus was around 8pm depending which part of town you are in and with the patio area if there are other guests outside you can hear very loudly in your room.
- D (7/5): Value for money, efficient! - Breakfast was self served. Staff kindly offered us forks and knifes as we brought additional food of us choice. Really efficient check in and check out process! Breakfast was kind of basic.
- Verdolin (10/5): - Colazione gratuita a self service
- Cecilie (1/5): Would not go here again. - Nem fleksibel indtjekning. When we opened the door to our room we were hit by a wall of smell - Old, musty and moldy. We had to sleep with the windows open and the AI blasting "fresh" air into the room. The cozy ceiling beams were dusty and one beam in the bathroom seemed engulfed in white mold. And the shower was dirty and rusty in all corners. The bed was not very comfortable - although it was a full mattress with no gap in between.
- Supun (10/5): - Free and calming place.
- Katharina (6/5): -
- campoli (6/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): - Frühstücksservice - Selbstbedienung Die Betten waren sehr ungemütlich: zu schmal, zu harte Federn
- Patricia (10/5): - Todo. Habitaciones limpias, cómodas, tranquilas. Fácil aparcamiento. Zona para desayuno.
- Hannelise (10/5): - Close to bus stop.
- Antony (8/5): Nicely mirroring the romantic vibes of Verona - Breakfast was simple but okay if you want to enjoy a coffee location was just a bit difficult to reach especially at night with no buses nor taxi or cheap Uber. Apart from that it was all great to rest the night
- Tamara (6/5): it was a pleasant stay. - The walking distance from casa magnani to the center of verona is only ca. 30-45 min. Also the bus stop to the city center is nearby (behind the church)
- Brookes (7/5): good rooms, made for a good base for our trip - loved the beds, the shower and the bathroom facilities a kettle in the room wouldve been great
- Pertti (8/5): Very good -
- Wilson (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - We loved the location as it was a lovely quiet neighbourhood but with a bus stop nearby and a park across the road. The beds were very comfortable. The key pick up was easy and clear. There was a helpful information sheet regarding restaurants. We would definitely come back! Thank you.
- John (9/5): Lovely place and people - Very quiet in a nice village location but we were directed to 4 restaurants within easy walking distance.
- Alissa (9/5): Verona stat - Great size room and comfy beds with snacks provided
. Clean and easy to check in Everything was great. Notnright in verona if you are looking to be close, but was perfect for my needs.
- Yoram (8/5): Reasonable place to stay near Verona - Very nice owners, shared kitchen nicely equipped Very small room, need a car to ho to the city. Bed was not comfortable
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Simple, straightforward accommodations in a great neighborhood where everyone was so helpful, including the nun from the local church who helped us locate the front door and keypad . . . We had a long stressful drive from Lake Bled and were too tired to focus on small details when we arrived. Another neighborhood woman helped us with our bags & made us feel totally welcome and at home upon arrival. We’ve never experienced anything quite like that in many years of travel abroad.
The room was well stocked with everything we needed and the breakfast (only 14Euros for two) was off the scale with fresh fruits, yogurts, Parma ham, prosciutto, cheeses croissants and a baked coffee style cake to die for. Perfect cappuccino and fresh orange juice topped it. Hotels that charge 4 times the room price should feel ashamed!
It’s not fancy there, but they are just darned good at what they do for their 110 Euros rate!
- Rich (7/5): Decent place to stay - The location and setting was nice. The shower was great The bed was not comfortable
- Helena (8/5): Really good hotel for the price and the service is excellent - Late night check-in was perfect and suited our travel plans. Very personalized service too. The mattress is very hard and almost feels like cardboard. The sleep wasn't comfortable unfortunately, BUT, it was fine for the price. The shower doesn't drain and we stood in 5cms of water the whole time.
- Levy (7/5): Good - We had a very quiet room, off-street parking, very handy and a great shower. If you have a car, you are only 10 minutes from the historic centre. The room was dark and under street level. Terrible mattress. No breakfast was provided, and while I was sure it was part of the deal, the proprietor explained that I didn't book it and if we wanted it it was extra but at no point they told us how much it will be or give us the opportunity to have breakfast the second day of our stay.
- Raquel (10/5): Exceptional - The host is such a sweet lady and an icon. Very sweet. A good 20-40 mins away from everything by transport which in the heat it’s not great but not a bad thing either just something to keep in mind during the summer months.
- Uranie (7/5): Good - Location was good, not too far from the city
- Vibeke (9/5): Cosy place in walking distance to Verona's city center. - Very cosy, nicely decorated rooms, modern bathroom with rain shower. The walk to Verona center is pleasant and takes about 20-25 minutes. There is a dedicated cycle/pedestrian path that is nice to walk also at night, since it is illuminated. Check in was effortless, we could enter with a key code. Beds are a bit short and stiff. We'd have loved to try the breakfast but it was not possible to arrange anymore on arrival, so be sure to request it a day in advance.
- Cathleen (9/5): Superb -
- Teresa (6/5): Pleasant - I really want to write it was good, but I would not be honest in doing so. A lot
- Naziko (8/5): Very good -
- Fabiola (7/5): Good - It was clean and not so far from the centre
- Adam (1/5): BEDBUGS!!!!! ROOM 1!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! - Stinky bathroom
Hard chloride water
BEDBUGS!!! BED IS INFECTED!!!!
- Kynan (8/5): Very good -
- Ghezzi (7/5): Good -
- Natallia (10/5): A beautiful and quiet area, a clean and cozy room, amazing breakfast. - Everything was perfect. A very clean room and super friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfast was exquisite, a big veriaty of fresh and tasty food, a good coffee. We didn't even need lunch after this huge breakfast. It was easy and safe to park, we also liked the restaurants nearby and the area. It was also easy to reach the city center by bus. Thank you for your hospitality! No complains.
- Nelson (3/5): Poor - The place was nice, well located with restaurants nearby There was a lot of dust in the room, mainly in the furniture and paintings. We reported the problem to the management, because my wife is allergic to dust, the management preferred to make us understand "if the room does not suit you, you can choose another hotel" rather than being understanding and resolving the problem. question right away. The next day we noticed that there was less dust, however, there was still some remaining, which shows that the job was not done properly. We loved Verona but will not be going to this establishment again!
- Kremena (3/5): Poor - The location was good. Also the hotel staff was very kind to let me in in the middle of the night. I am very thankful for that. The room in in the basement and it is moldy. The smell of mold was very strong.
The breakfast was just a croissant from the store. Nothing like in the pictures.
- Rita (10/5): Fantastic - Paola and Flavio were amazing hosts, the breakfast was out of this world, so much choice, the coffee was outstanding. Really nice, quiet environment, the rooms had air-conditioning but are so well placed that even without it the temperature stayed nice and cool. Highly recommend. If you rely on public transport like we did, check the bus timetables for late evenings and Sundays as the bus 23 runs up to 8.30ish on weekday evenings and the 96 which replaces it on late evenings and Sundays runs from Ospedale Maggiore and not directly from the city centre. Just an advice, as we messed it up a few times. Nothing to do with the accommodation itself, as there isn't a single negative thing about it.
- Evelina (10/5): Very nice - Great staff, they were kind and very helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good as well.
- Gaby (9/5): Superb - It was in a very quiet part of Verona in the hills which was nice. The bus station is outside the property which is great as we didn’t have a car.
The room was a good size and bathroom was ok. The breakfast the morning was fantastic and had a good range. Hosts were very easy to contact as well. If you miss the bus then you do need to wait and hour to the next one.
