• Michelle (9/5): - We love the location and all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer Unit & furniture was a bit dated, the lock to the main sliding door out to the patio was broken so there was a piece of wood used to prevent the slider from opening - the unit was on the ground level so felt paranoid about always checking to make sure it was closed properly.

• Doyle (10/5): Lovely place and will stay again - The condo was lovely! Very clean and had everything we needed. Our particular condo was drafty. Several windows didn’t seal well and the wind slipped through.

The listed phone # reached an answering machine stating that I was calling after hours even at mid day. Kept receiving texts, but if I tried replying to them I got message we can't accept texts. This property listing is a total scam. Booking,com please do not list this property again. Keep people from getting scammed out of there money.

• Natalia (7/5): Good stay for one weekend. - Big space, free parking, quiet area, fireplace Bed mattresses were too soft for me. It is ok for 2 nights, but I would not stay here more than 2 nights. I would get back pain after sleeping on them. Kitchen was absolutely empty. I would prefer to see some spices and salt on the shelfs. Lighter for fireplace was not working and nobody could replace it because all stuff is not working on weekends.

• Kyle (7/5): solid option, close to Winter Park - club house and jacuzzi, good location, comfortable and spacious. late check in time (5pm) and early check out (9am). low frills kitchen (eg no oil, no cutting board).
• Grant (10/5): other than the water heater, it was a great choice rental options. - easy to get to, very clean, good value the hot water heater needs to be updated or fixed. you could only have a 5 min shower before the water turned ice cold and then wait another 30 mins for the next person.
