Lots of car parking and garage and shop next door which was useful. Quiet despite being close to busy road. When I brought it to the attention of the staff nothing was done about it, instead we were told the “heating is on”. Very poor reaction to our complaint. I would however like to thank the young girl who went above and beyond to help me get to my destination by giving me a lift to Ballygawely. I really appreciated her kindness! I didn't dislike anything I had a comfortable stay.

Decent bar and friendly staff. Hadn’t realized that there is no night porter in this hotel. I generally prefer places where there is someone on hand if something happens.

Wished I had stayed there for the remaining duration of our holiday. - Location was beautiful landscape view from chalet room with outdoor space you can sit in sheltering form the rain. Quiet. Peaceful. Very friendly staff. You can buy breakfast and other meals. Rain. There was some building work which made the view ugly. But no work was undertaken during our stay. The rest of the place was beautiful.

• Matthew (8/5): - The location is convenient for those needing a break whilst travelling on the A5, perhaps to Omagh, but without wanting to stop in town. It was convenient for my work location the next day. The room was comfortable (but perhaps work in progress?) Breakfast was made to order and the selection was good. The main door from the car park is locked at night - you don't get a key and there isn't anyway of getting back in to the hotel unless you have the phone number for someone inside.
