- KD (9/5): - Comfy beds in gorgeous old property. Friendly staff
- Annamarie (9/5): Convenient location for Stansted airport and for the wedding venue (the reason for the visit). - The team were very helpful with all our requests to help with wrapping presents, first aid and space to work. The house is at the lower end of the village so not disurbed by aircraft noise Pity it was very, very wet as the garden looked lovely and we couldn't enjoy it.
- Evert (9/5): GEWELDIG!! - Vriendelijk belangstelling, en heel schoon!! Alles oké!!
- Richard (9/5): A beautiful and clean accommodation providing a great stay. - The room was very clean upon arrival and spacious. The bathroom was practical with the shower and had all of the amenities required. There was a TV and wifi signal was good which was important for me to carry out my work. The bed was huge and very comfortable. In the morning breakfast was very good with a cooked english breakfast as well as cereal options with coffee brought to the table and fresh orange juice available too providing a great start to the day in a beautiful room within a picturesque setting. Being an older building the sound insulation wasn't great meaning there was some sound transference which did disturb me at times and I really struggled with the door lock. These were minimal though and didn't effect the nice stay I had very much.
- kevin (10/5): - lovely and clean.
- Dorothy (10/5): Everything was great thank you - Breakfast was really nice, everything was comfortable & spotless Nothing
- Raymond (10/5): - Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The property and grounds were well presented in a peaceful location. There wasn't anything that I found negative.

- MDINCER (10/5): Sakın güzel bir otel özellikle aile ile kalınır. - Butik, temiz ve doğası harika Ulaşım sadece taksi ile yapılabiliyor.git-gel 20
pound bunu da bütçenize ekleyin
- Ijaz (8/5): - I arrived very late...flight from Bergerac was delayed over 2 hours. Reception was understanding and my bag was carried up to the first floor. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I left early and again had help with my bag. Difficult to locate in the nighttime, but a good overnight stay.
- Alienor (10/5): - Very cozy cottage. Comfy bed. The host was lovely and the breakfast was yummy. I also got excited about the local honey they harvest from their own bees!
- Deborah (8/5): - Atmospheric, period property with cottage garden surroundings. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed & was very peaceful. The breakfast was excellent but not included in the price. I was initially asked to pay a further £15 for an early check in as we were going to a celebration that started at 2pm. However, upon arrival this charge was waived.

- Stuart (10/5): Great place to stay - Lovely old building, very peaceful, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and was really tasty. Despite having a broken foot the owner couldn't do enough for me. Will definitely return
- Anthony (8/5): Very good - Good sized rooms, pleasant staff and handy location to airport. The front door lock that had to be locked on going out and in. Key was awkward. Being requested to pay a fee for being one hour early for check in. 4pm is a late check in.
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucy (8/5): Lovely, comfortable stay - Was very accommodating to our earlier check in need (must be organized prior). Lovely little B&B, breakfast was lovely, very easy to find. Nothing
- Karen (10/5): Comfortable welcoming and felt at home - Not far from the motorway ample parking quite but not far from where I needed to go Everything was spot on, thought it was a bit expensive as didn’t include breakfast that was another £12

- Claire (8/5): Really nice stay and I’ll be back if in the area - Super clean, lovely staff and so peaceful.
Yoghurt and berries with fresh fruit and cereals great at breakfast before the hot food.
Very comfy bed Larger cups would be good and the little details like a nozzle for the hairdryer.
Would be good to invest in a coffee machine for espresso etc for breakfast. Nit picking really
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - Really beautiful cottage in lovely gardens. The breakfast was perfect.
- Jill (9/5): Beautiful and restful - Warm welcome, great location- so so much nicer than an airport hotel as situated in a little village so could walk out and through the countryside.
And the gardens here beautiful too making it a very restful place.
The room was spotless and very comfortable and so quiet. ( no door banging through night!).
Would definitely stay here again for a Stansted early start Nothing
- Peter (10/5): lovely - Beautiful Gardens, lovely room, all imaculate , friendly host, nice bed, pillows and linen, peacefull setting
- Rosemary (7/5): Adequate but perhaps too expensive for the type of room - Clean and tidy Not to have a room where ceiling was so sloping. Walking in room and visiting the bathroom was tricky. I could not recommend this room

- Maroline (10/5): Exceptional - I like the area nice and quiet, with a lovely garden the view from my room was the best, the place is so so clean with a very comfortable bed. It was easy to find. The welcoming wasn't very good, the stuff was a bit 😕 I booked the place for myself, a friend who lives in the neighbourhood dropped me but the stuff was mean to him thinking he was going to sleep there, even when I explained that he just dropped me and helping me with my luggage upstairs. She was looking at my passport as if she didn't believe it was me,like who will just turn up like that? But it the morning she was a bit okay asking me how the night was.

- Darren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): A 5 star stay - Everything - meticulously clean,
well appointed and functional
Beautiful linen, comfortable bed and pillows Nothing
- Julie (9/5): A spotless, cosy stay. - A very clean, well-run establishment. The bed was massive & very comfortable. We found the hosts to be pleasant and helpful, & the breakfasts were delicious.
We would recommend The Cottage and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There is a bit of an issue with the water system. It's noisy, & the pressure is weak in the shower if someone else is showering. We also had problems with water temperature in the shower - at one point we couldn't turn it down.
- Sharon (10/5): Stunning location excellent service - It seemed amazing but I came in the dark and left in the dark early morning Reception closing at 9:30 pm meant I had an incredibly stressed bus ride from stansted airport to get there in time as I booked late. When I arrived however my host was very accomodating given I was a last minute booking and changed my room to accomodate my large suitcase not needing stairs she went above and beyond to order a taxi and process my arrival and departure. It was excellent service. She also stayed in the line to help me find the right bus in time. Without her help I could not have arrived from my very delayed flight in time nor could I have arrived for my next 7 am flight in time .. excellent service
- William (9/5): Superb - Lovely and clean and a really good pub in the village for dinner
- Richard (8/5): Good for visiting family - Breakfast was adequate if not brilliant All OK
- Helen (10/5): Host was fabulous, polite and very attentive. 100% would stay again. - The property was in a lovely location, set back from the lane so you couldn’t hear any passing traffic. Beautiful garden and trees around the property. Breakfast was plentiful, nothing unthought of. First view from outside you may think it wasn’t a very well kept place but actually it was spotless and beautiful. The property has history and once you step indoors you actually realise the detail and high level of upkeep taken. Hairdryer not in the room, but easily obtainable, I just didn’t realise when I entered property. Maybe a conversation at the beginning as it could have been an issue if I had needed to get ready to go out quickly.
- Customer (4/5): Disappointing - The owner was not flexible on a check in time. We were delayed and couldn’t get there by 9:30 at night and there was no accommodation given or flexibility in reaching a solution for that night. The location was great. The bedding was very uncomfortable.
- Andrew (9/5): Stress free - Everything. A beautiful old building with beautiful gardens, the kindness of the owner, the breakfast and the location.
It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable- individual preference meant not quite firm enough. Definitely a place we will return to stay. Nothing
- Lucinda (9/5): Beautiful house in an attractive setting, comfortable rooms, well located for Stansted Airport. - Beautiful house, in a very convenient location for Stansted Airport, with a spot to park my car. The owners were welcoming, and my room was really comfortable, with windows looking over the garden. The breakfast was particularly good. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. I couldn't really fault it.
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sian (9/5): Lovely staff and lovely B and B overall. - Really comfortable bed and very nice room. £15 early check in fee.
