Guest Reviews
- Darla (8/5): - Good location
- Winda (10/5): - We were very accommodating for my husband‘s physical disabilities. They’re hot tub was nice and hot.
- Brian (1/5): alot of money for little value. - whole in the drapes. front office staff was rude. no breakfast . front office staff.
- Zapata (10/5): - Our room was cleaned while we were out on our second night. No complementary coffee or tea in lobby.
- Paul (6/5): - Property was easy to get from the freeway and close to the outlets for shopping. Felt safe to go to car and back in hotel in the dark. Unfortunately, lits of dogs staying at the hotel, poop in the hallways and barking could be heard from multiple rooms including the one above us multiple times throughout the night as well as something on the floors in constant door noises, people going in and out with pets all night. Elevator and hallways smell like vinegar. They said breakfast went till 10 am, but we we're told the kitchen had already closed down at 9:45 am on a saturday morning. Shower in our room leaked and the beds were super hard.
- Larry (8/5): - Was comfortable but have to find people in cafeteria. Often not there or looking for them.
- Kody (10/5): - Very clean and quiet. Nice place to stay.
- David (10/5): Clean and up-to-date - Room was up-to-date and very clean. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The staff were very professional.
- Brenda (8/5): Seven nights at Marriott Courtyard in Levi, Utah - Very friendly staff! Breakfast was included and good. Room cleaning was average. They never ran a vacuum. Shower was very nice. Appreciated the handrails in shower. Liked the bed mattress. Shower faucet and toilet paper holder needs work.
- Dyana (10/5): - Extraordinary customer service + large, spacious, and updated rooms = perfect vacation!
- akanshak139 (10/5): Wonderful - Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Room was clean spacious. Smiling staff always add points to a visitor’s stay. Although breakfast can do with some more options preferably veg or vegan friendly.
Overall stay was very nice. Will definitely stay in again and again.
- Nathan (9/5): Superb -
- Jeff (10/5): - Loved the shower!!
- Isis (10/5): - Great customer service. Nice hotel; I got my money's worth.
- Gregory (8/5): - .
- Jason (10/5): - My family and I really enjoyed staying there.
- Gregory (6/5): - Nice and cozy and comfortable and clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): Poor communication - The housekeeping staff knocked on the door before we were dressed and ready to leave at around 9am. We were overcharged by this booking site an additional $10 for the breakfast that the hotel told us is included with every stay. They were friendly and it was clean. Just some miscommunication.
- Travis (10/5): - The hotel was super clean, and service was outstanding but the beds were absolutely horrible.
- jeseg-anthony (10/5): - Staff were super friendly. Quiet and safe. Lots of places to eat and shop around the hotel. Very convenient.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (10/5): - Really excellent property. Everything was comfortable and easy. Highly recommended.
- Egbert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angella (8/5): - Clean, and comfortable. Accommodating and friendly desk clerk and staff. We will surely stay again on our next visit.
- Ron (10/5): - Our room was clean and well prepared. The facilities were also and our stay was most enjoyable
- Danie'l (6/5): - Nice property but pretty lame that the bistro isn't open unless there's enough occupancy (seriously?!). One of the reasons I booked this property was the convenience of being able to grab a glass of wine at night and a coffee in the morning. Corporate should at least have a slim staff to cover an advertised amenity.
- Scott (8/5): - I couldn't use cash to pay for my room. We do live in the United States right?
- Carole (10/5): - I always love this Courtyard Marriott! Clean and comfy!
- 745rykers (2/5): Worst Customer Service! Do not stay here. - I would give this less than one star if I could.
Do not book with this hotel. The customer service was incredibly poor.
My wife and I had booked a room with them and had inquired about the room cancelation process due to a potential family medical emergency. We did not cancel our reservation but when we called back to confirm our stay we were told the rooms are no longer available. The hotel booked our rooms with another reservation.
On top of that, we called customer service so that a resolution could be found. We were told we would be contacted and that a resolution would be found. We were never contacted and had to reach back out to the company on multiple occasions. This has taken over a month of our time and in the end we were passed around from person to person and be told there is nothing they can do and that "we could contact them for months and they would not do anything."
This has been my worst experience with customer service.
I would never book with this hotel again.
- Nick (4/5): - For what facilities were here, it seemed very expensive compared to our previous hotel.
- Charlie (10/5): - Stayed here for the storytelling festival. It was perfect for that event.
- Jaime (10/5): Great place - Location No Coke products
- Ewell (10/5): - The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Courtyard usually has better quality of mattress and pillows.
- Robbin (3/5): I don’t think I’ll be back - The tv wouldn’t let us select to watch a channel or movies
The toilet needs to be fixed, it whistles when the tank is filling up
- Cheryl (10/5): - Beautiful room
- MaryDawn (10/5): Stayed in Lehi - Nice stay, fairly unimpressed that it is a cash free business. We couldn’t buy our breakfast since there had been a major Microsoft outage and we were unable to put a card on file. Staff was friendly enough.
Room was very nice, big with a double couch. Comfy bed
- Mindy (8/5): Great Stay! - Beautiful room! Truly a great stay but not all of the rooms come with pull out couches like they advertise. Our room was specifically labeled "king bed with pull out couch" and there wasn't one. We were in a bind without having enough beds. The manager was very kind and offered to help make it right due to the situation. Time will tell if he follows through. Everything else was great though!!
- Carson (10/5): - It was clean, quiet, convenient, and the rooms are good size. Recommended
- Ashley (10/5): - Very nice stay while traveling with a dog.
- Carl (8/5): Very good - Room was nice. Bed was great. Room attendants did a great job. The breakfast was marginal at best. More like that one would get at a convenience store. Breakfast and late night staff not very engaging or personable.
- Heidi (10/5): - Room that we stayed had chips in porcelain tub. They had water available but 5.00 each. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
- KAREN (6/5): TOO NOISY!! - TOO NOISY! ALL NIGHT LONG YOU COULD HEAR CARS AND MOTORCYCLES RACING UP AND DOWN THE STREET. MY ROOM/WINDOW FACED THE STREET SIDE. I DIDN’T GET ANY SLEEP. THEY REALLY NEED TO INSTALL SOUND PROOF WINDOWS.
- Patrick (3/5): Poor - Room smelt very musty
- Coakley (8/5): Very good -
- Luciana (10/5): - Everything was very good.
- Thomas (10/5): - Super fast check-in. Nice staff. Clean room.
- Juanita (8/5): - Not at this tome
- Dennis (5/5): Passable - Nice hotel and clean room. Pigeon poop every where near the side entrance and the pull out sofa was VERY uncomfortable.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary Jo (8/5): - There is a 7-11 right next door and close by restaurants such as a pizza joint; a salad, bowl or sandwich melt restaurant, Firehouse Sub restaurant, Lulu restaurant, Carl's Jr., etc.
We were there over New Years and were awakened at 2am with very loud voices, doors slamming and threatening yelling. The voices sounded like they came from outside, but the door slamming was definitely in the building.
- Odyssey60874023339 (10/5): Pleasantly surprised! Great little hotel! - We had amazing experience at this hotel. Marriott is my favorite brand, but we usually don't stay at Courtyards.
I'm glad we decided to try this one out, because we now found our favorite spot in Lehi!
From super smooth check in, clean rooms, great clean pool, to such a nice front desk personnel!!!
They made sure to accommodate us the best they could and truly made us feel welcome... It's a small hotel with big heart, that's what it felt like. Management was great and quick to respond and help us with few things we asked for. We are definitely coming back!
- ericisom (2/5): Fallen from Favorite to Fail - For years this has been our favorite place to stay when traveling in the area. We got to know the staff & management, and they got to know us. The service was excellent.
The new manager, Kenan Hafovich, is terrible. We won't be returning.
He wouldn't let me wife check in because he said she's not on the account. We've stayed at Marriotts 767 nights over the past 20 years, and the only other time we've had trouble checking in was at the Marriott in Beijing that required my passport, and my family arrived a day before me.
His attitude was rude, not helpful. When she started to call me, he interrupted her, and with a patronizing tone, he said that he could not speak with me on the phone. Of course she needed to call me to let me know to call him.
I called and verified my identity and reservation confirmation code with the lady at the front desk so that they would let me wife check in. I then asked her about this policy. She said her manager was right there, so I asked to speak with him. He could not explain why he was enforcing this policy when no one else seemed to be.
After talking with him for a minute or two, I discovered that they were still not allowing my wife to check in. When I asked him why, he said that he wasn't going to let her check in until I stopped talking with him. They had already confirmed everything. There was no reason to make her wait. I told him so.
He insisted that he would not check her in until I hung up.
I called Marriott. They confirmed that the policy is that if I'm not present at checkin, then I need to add my wife to the reservation. I told them that they need to make it more clear on the website how to do that.
They said that you can't do it on the website; you have to call Marriott for each and every reservation.
Marriott's quality of service has been declining these last few years. There are still some great people working there, but there are also some who seem to have no interest in providing quality service.
Poorly-designed policies don't help.
After 20 years with Marriott, we're looking for a new hotel brand to frequent.
- Mineta (10/5): - It was noisy but it was convenient
- Verified traveler (4/5): Skip it - The room was clean and well kept.
The staff were friendly.
There was a repeating mid-pitched low-volume hum that happened every hour on the 3/4 hour that went for about 10 minutes that woke me up several times in the night. This happened on both stays at this hotel. I won’t be returning.
- Beau (8/5): - I liked all the different options for food close by. I didnt like that the hotel was cashless
- Blake (8/5): - Average. Rooms a little dirty and in need of some TLC.
- Patrick (5/5): Passable -
- Stefanie (8/5): Very good - Clean, safe location. Typical hotel heavy doors that slam loudly. (JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, MI has solved this problem).
Could hear the guests above us because the hotel does not have concrete between floors.
- gabbym470 (10/5): Awesome Experience! - Emma was so cool upon check-in that she went out of her way to accommodate my stay even though I had erroneously booked the stay for December as opposed to September, despite this, she was able to book the room for Sun-Mon on the fly for the first two nights. The next day I spoke to Asia & the General Manager, and they made an exception and extended my stay for Tuesday evening so I didn’t have to switch hotels. I travel to Lehi often, there’s no way in the world I will stay anywhere else provided there are rooms available. I felt loved. Also, I prefer this hotel to SpringHill Thanksgiving Point as it is cleaner, the staff is more accommodating, the amenities are superior, and I prefer the bar and, Starbucks coffee and food options. Well done team!
- Michelle (6/5): - This was our third stay at this property and it did not meet our expectations. Previous stays have been excellent! We were put on the second floor and the guests above us were very loud, jumping, running, etc., after 10:00 at night. I called the front desk and they said they would talk to them. The noise persisted until nearly midnight. After a long day of travel, we simply wanted to sleep, but were unable to because of the loud noises coming from above.
In the morning, we noticed that the body wash in the shower was empty.
Simply not the experience we have come to enjoy from this property.
- cameronrmoore2015 (10/5): Fantastic Courtyard - I don’t write reviews often, however I felt inclined to here. The hotel for a Courtyard was a 10 out of 10 with cleanliness and modernized rooms. The staff was very accommodating and valued Bonvoy Elite members, and went above and beyond with requests. Keep up the good work!
- Beverly (10/5): Great - Great!! The staff was very accommodating.
- Janie (10/5): Nice place to rest your head. - The hotel is very clean and the night check in clerk was very friendly. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable as well.
- Taela (8/5): Very good -
- Lizzy (7/5): Good - The property was in close proximity to the things I had planned. It was clean and the staff friendly. For the price I am surprised a continental breakfast is not provided. Hotels in the area were a similar price and offered breakfast. I failed to note it wasn’t provided but had I know I would’ve booked elsewhere.
- Brad (10/5): Great experience! - The room was very clean and the service was excellent! I requested a wheelchair accessible room so I could have the space needed for my needs. The bathroom and room had plenty of room. The shower had a bench that folded down from the wall. It exceeded my expectations! The service was amazing!
- Ronald J (8/5): - Nice place, clean and friendly. The cost of two yogurt cups was outrageous. I usually stay at a hotel that serves complimentary breakfast and was shocked when I was charged over $21 for two cups of yogurt.
- Kassie (6/5): So that happened. - The manager, Brittney, was great. The room was comfortable. The restaurant employees were not in sight when we went in. We found them sitting in the corner when we went to the counter, after asking if the restaurant was open. We were the only two customers in the place and they got our order completely wrong.
My friend slipped in water next to the elevator, by the pool. When I told the front staff, no one even came to help or check on her. She hit her head hard against the desk. The front desk lady did call the manager and tell her about the incident, which we heard while going to the counter to make sure someone was cleaning up the water. That’s when we also overheard that they were getting ice for her head as well.
The manager was nice and apologetic but also stated that there were plenty of people who walked by the water and didn’t slip. 🤷♀️
Weird situation, but at least my friend made it out with only a goose egg, bruised face, and a damaged ego.
Room was nice. Bottles of water are tempting but $5 a piece, so make sure to read the tag on the top.
- Dan (6/5): Noisy. No breakfast included - Nice room layout Ac unit in room too noisy to sleep. Had to open window. Then listen to freeway noise. No included breakfast
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional - the convenience to everything we needed.
and it was clean and everyone was very pleasant
- ugogrrl (10/5): Perfect rest after a long drive across country - I stayed here as a stopover between two days of a long drive. I had never stayed at a Marriot Courtyard before. I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and quiet. It had a very comfortable couch and ottoman. The room and the facilities were modern and clean. I would totally stay here again.
- Laura (10/5): - Friendly staff. Nice room
- Esther (10/5): - Very clean facility and nice rooms! Staff were friendly and it was easy to get to. Thank you!
- Roberta (10/5): Exceptional - great location convenient to Lehi activities as well as activities at the Great Salt Lake. parking recapture fee of $3.87/ 24 hours.
- Seaside609472 (2/5): Terrible marriott motel, at Thanksgiving - The AGM was a cool lady. But only she can't bail out the bad performance of this motel. As a titanium member, I was shocked. There is no proper "making u feel a proud marriott member".
Cons*:
1. No breakfast. That's terrible. They give 10$ voucher for 25dollar breakfast
2. Toilet design sucks. It floods wit water mostly. No proper drainage
3. Charging carpark charges.
4. When u wanna get that expensive breakfast, u need to wait an hour. Kitchen was terribly slow. People were making noise. It was a chaotic situation
That place sucks!.
- phyllismE9305WY (10/5): Beautiful clean room! Friendly, helpful staff. Great experience!! - Took the grandkids on a little trip for spring break. Went to Thanksgiving Point, when it came time to head home they were so disappointed, they loved the room, the swimming pool, and the bistro for breakfast. It was so clean and comfortable.
- AM735 (10/5): Energetic Match between property, staff, and guests! - We had a fabulous stay! Truly, five stars! We haven’t had a staff and a team that we’re open to our needs and anticipating our needs since we stayed at the Le Blanc in Cabo San Lucas about 10 years ago. Well done! We were there on business, attending a conference on the Condor Approach. We had a great stay and conference, and pull that off, it’s not just one person, it’s a team of people that are all on the same page and goes beyond just money, there was an energetic exchange between all of us. Thank you for hosting the Condor Approach integration conference!
- Chris (10/5): - Convenient
- Bryan (4/5): Better options for the same or less money in the area. - The staff was excellent. We arrived and asked if there were any double queen bedrooms and they were able to accommodate the change from our reservation at no charge. We checked in but did not stay. However the room and first floor corridor smelled musty and the room was not cleaned as expected. We also found out that breakfast was an additional expense and there was no self serve coffee. You had to buy their starbucks (yuck). We elected to find something else down the street. Also the booking ad was somewhat misleading in that it stated it was now open. We thought it was new... it was not and may have been remodeled, but you could tell it was old bones. Not that that is bad but cleanliness is a must!
- 132caleighs (10/5): The most friendly, comfortable stay - The Courtyard crew is so friendly and welcoming! I stay here monthly with my colleagues and they greet us by name and ALWAYS make sure we have the best, most comfortable stay. The location is perfect for business travel with great restaurants and coffee within walking distance.
- GrandTour64006644872 (10/5): Above and Beyond - This is my home away from home while traveling for business. The staff is stellar - personable, friendly, attentive, and responsive. They go above and beyond! They take pride in their duties (which with travelers is often thankless) and care in every customer interaction.
- Holly (5/5): Passable - The restaurant was closed. This changed the trip, planned to eat dinner at hotel. Drove around the city I’m search of food. Caused chaos. I would not have booked if I knew restaurant was closed.
Too many people in the pool area. Hard to relax and visit.
- BELINDA (2/5): - Staff was extremely rude
Upon checking in and service at their inside eatery serving Starbucks. Server was extremely rude . She should not be in hospitality.
Upon check in, no smile and attitude. Is this the Utah greeting you give to out of state travelers?
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - the location and it’s quiet
- DougRob59 (10/5): Great help and hotel - These guys were great. Jess was exceptional as our nigh receptionist. Helped me with a business overnight thst had to go out. Great customer service at this hotel and very friendly. I would highly recommend these guy if visiting Lehi, UT. I truly appreciated the fact they had a nice hot tub and heated pool that we used after going skiing up at Snowbird, UT.
- laceyh252 (10/5): Home away from home - The front desk staff is unbelievably amazing! I frequently stay here for long business trips and it feels like a second home. The rooms are in great condition and the bathrooms feels clean and spa like. All of the facilities including the pool, laundry and gym are well-maintained. I can’t recommend this place enough!
- 638aph (10/5): Good Hotel for Business and Excellent Staff - Great hotel for business travel and excellent staff. I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 4 years. The hotel is well maintained. The service and the staff are excellent. The best choice for lodging in the area.
- Kristine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were really nice and welcoming, and my room was very nice and clean. It was kind of hard to find.
- brady (8/5): - Very clean and friendly staff
- Judd (4/5): - Nice place to stay, but... we were told pet fee was $20. $68 was charged to our credit card, the explanation was that whoever checked us in didn't know what they were doing. Lame. The receipt even listed charge as $20. We feel ripped off.
- Heather (10/5): Quick overnight getaway - Easy on and off freeway access. Nice place overall with great amenities.
- Jonelle (10/5): Ideal for our little get-together. Lots of space and great accomodations. - The room we stayed in was fantastic. Very close to the elevator. Lots of space, seating, and worked great for out get-together.
The staff was friendly. Nice indoor pool.
- Vanessa (6/5): Pleasant - very friendly no room cleaning during stay, extra charge on credit card that is yet to be explained
- BeachWoman7 (10/5): Great Place to Stay… Here’s Why - Whenever I stay at a Marriott property where the staff is focused on the customer, this usually means they operate as a team who enjoys what they do and each other. At this property, under Brittany R’s leadership, this is what I experienced. Next time I am the area, this is where I will stay!
- Suzanne Harmon (10/5): - This property meets up to Marriott standards. Spacious rooms that are nicely decorated.
- annabellec152 (10/5): So glad we found the perfect hotel we’ll continue to stay at! - We had such a pleasant 3 night stay here! We were unsure which hotel to book since we’re from California & so glad we made the best choice! Their customer service was so friendly, we loved the delicious bistro menu, the overall cleanliness & perfect location. We will definitely plan to stay here again soon!
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tajhliah (8/5): beautiful hotel - location , set up options for food
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional -
