- Nereida (6/5): - The room was okay. The hotel was okay. A couple points I didn’t like are: I was charged $1850 pesos for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Come to find out if you get a DiDi ride yourself it would have been $600 pesos at the most. Not cool for the hotel to charge that much when they know it doesn’t cost much. I didn’t like the pool. It needs to be renovated asap. All the caulking around the pool is mold. Not okay to be looking at if you want to enjoy the pool. The buffet needs better flavor. Honestly, it was horrible. For the price you paid to be in this hotel, breakfast sucks. The staff was great. Overall, the hotel was clean. But it needs some urgent matters to fix as soon as possible.

Now, if you look for a quiet place, this is not an option, unless you stay at your room. Loud music almoat everywhere. However the location is waling distance to a nice shopping center and plenty of dinning options there.

- AnthonyR0382 (6/5): There is nothing stand out, but it’s a good hotel. - The hotel is located near a busy main road/ motorway however you wouldn’t know this in your hotel room. The rooms are clean and has everything you need to get by. I was in a standard room before upgrading to the suite room with bath tub. The benefit of the suite room if your English is that you get English to stations, you don’t get this in a standard room. They have a room that you are able to do laundry which was great for myself. Breakfast was limited but I did manage to find something from the small selection. You are within walking distance of the shopping mall and cinema which was good to escape and have a change of scenery. There is also a Walmart and other restaurants close by.

Y el hotel debe hacer un llamado a los huéspedes ruidosos. El check in es muy tarde y el check out demasiado temprano.

Solo mejoraría el flujo del agua del inodoro, la alberca podrían mejorar el mantenimiento de la limpieza diaria en temporada alta; y nos tocó una zona de habitaciones cercana al restaurante y se escucha el ruido constante sin llegar a ser un problema para dormir, seguro en otras zonas es súper tranquilo.
