There is a Nova supermarket right next door, which was extremely convenient and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. If I have to nick pick it would be their Internet. Good enough for browsing and videos, but not for Zoom calls. Anyways, we loved our stay. This is a great choice and easy on the wallet. Only minutes by car to all the sightseeing locations without the higher price tag.

I couldn't call my heavy suitcase up, so had to leave it in the car. Very inconvenient. No on-site parking. We had to park in Novus parking lot.

The place is ok, I wouldn’t say it’s anything special or exceptional, but the service is a bit of a let down particular when it comes to the breakfast that’s included, again I think this is due to Covid though. Breakfast is What appears to be shop bought wrap, a muffin and a large actimel type drink
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I recently stayed at this property. It’s nice and clean. But I booked a suite and they gave me a family room, telling that there’s a problem with a bathroom. I was told that it will be switched in 3-4 days but it wasn’t . I stayed there for 2 weeks. It was quite upsetting. Because of the corona virus the kitchen was closed. With all this I would give a 3 star.

Ordered roomservice (breakfast) at a given time for me and my colleauge in two rooms since we were in a hurry. 5min past ordered time I called and asked for iy, he replied it would be 5min till roomservice. We got the plates after total 25min, the toast was cold, sausages was taken straight from the refrigerator and a few other things that wasn't as described. I gave the receptionist every chance to make ammence, but after speaking to the manager they only removed the charge for roomservice - we still payed 2x250UAH (ca USD 20) for the breakfast. It's easy to get good scores if your guest' are in generally satisfied. Proper service is done when you can please a unsatisfied guest.

But its staff was friendly, my room was clean, breakfast was pretty tasty but "continental", wifi was at a good speed. A metro station is in 5 min walking distance. There is a supermarket right next-door. Convenient. However this hotel is not near the center of the city or anywhere near any great attractions. However, you can get to anywhere with a taxi. Taxis are not that expensive here. Overall not a bad place for a night or two.

- andrew (8/5): Overall - it's a nice place to stay. - This is a nice place to stay. I like the staff and a lovely parrot in the lobby(Bosha). The hotel is not really big, but it's new, clean and right next to the big supermarket which is a plus for those who never visited Kiev before and don't know the city and where to buy food. The Subway is less than five minutes walk straight down the Drujba Narodov Blvd(rus. Friendship of Nations Boulevard). It's four stops away from the city center. For my two week stay in this hotel I found only two downsides. One was not a big deal, but another one caused some inconvenience. a) The bed - it's soft. Not really a big deal and could be a plus for some folks, but it's a small con in my book. b) and this is where "b" stands for BIG ONE - "Free local calls" feature shown on in the listing. This is a somewhat typical catch 22... You can call any local LAND LINE number, but not on cell phone (and just for the record - about 90% of phone calls in Kiev are made via cell phones). And besides that all incoming calls to my room could not go through for some reason. They could not connect an outside call to my room. Other details: Although they list daily housekeeping, and they do, but they don't change the bed sheets daily. Personally, I am fine with it and it's not a con for me, but for some people it might not be pleasing.
- David (10/5): Very nice hotel, great staff and a nice Parrot - A very nice hotel that isn't too far from the center of Kiev. Very nice western style hotel rooms. Friendly staff and a very talkative Gray Parrot in the Lobby, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. And they have a nice cafe, if you don't have time to grab a meal somewhere else.

- HENRY (10/5): Excellent Hotel for Staying in Kiev ! - I had wonderful experience about the services in this hotel ! After staying for almost 2 weeks in BonApart Hotel , I would give the all the services 5 - rating for each of category . The facility is very nice and clean ; the hotel has all you need just like a small apartment with kitchen utensils, microwave oven , refrigerator, kettle ,mini laundry room, etc...I The bonus is this hotel is next to a supermarket with a pharmacy , ATMs , and a booth for currency exchange . The supermarket business hours is 8 AM -11 PM . The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly . They are willing to go out of their way to help you for whatever needed as you stay.
- Bartosz (8/5): A very good hotel but staff needs some training - I greatly enjoyed most of my experience at BonApart Hotel. The place is easy to find, modern, and clean. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional. In my experience, many hotels in Kiev have rather uncomfortable, cheap mattresses, but not so BonApart - it was one of the best sleeps I've had on a business trip. For me that is one of the most important things on a business trip and so I rank it highly. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a great job. On arrival, my TV didn't work and being late I could not address this issue till the next morning. By the time I returned in the evening, it was working again - great responsiveness. The only area that needs improvement is the restaurant staff. The earliest the breakfast is served is 7:30, which is a bit late by business standards. Furthermore, on my second morning, I did not receive the food I requested the previous night - it was never brought to me and with breakfast being so late, there was no time to remedy that. The food (when served) was delicious - again, one of the best breakfasts I've had in Kiev. Overall, the place is definitely worth consideration for any business traveller but some issues need to be addressed to make it a 5-start rating. I will, however, give them another opportunity and will stay there again.

Staff is helpful, the room was spacious, clean and modern. Room rate includes breakfast that's done in an old-school Soviet manner of pre-ordering from a fixed menu a night ahead. The only possible downside for the foreigners is hotel location - it's basically in the middle of nowhere and you have to get a cab or, if adventurous, walk to the nearby metro station and travel 3-4 stops towards the centre. But otherwise a great hotel!

We had one small issue during our stay that was resolved beyond our expectations, and done so before we even made it to our room. Great job, thank you! Breakfast each day was very good, and we had dinner at the hotel one night, which was very good as well. A very BIG thank you to the young lady that took care of us at dinner and all but one of our breakfasts. The gentlemen that helped us with breakfast on the last day was not as friendly. Maybe because she was so great! Would stay here again...
- Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful stay in Kiev (couple) - It is small, but it is WELL decorated. Minimalist, beautiful colors, very clean, very inviting. I would recommend anyone to stay here. They asked us to pick a breakfast from a list for the next morning-- which was different that what I was used to, but it was filling and delicious. Other than that, it was a great choice to stay here. The bed was exceptionally comfy!! And what great staff! They welcomed us right away, helped with luggage and explained how some things in the room worked.

- Reanna (8/5): Business trip. - we stayed at Bon-apart hotel for 5 nights,the staff were very polite, customer service was very good, the food was also good,the only thing that I would politely advise is that they purchase some lids for transporting food,we ordered room service a couple of times, when the food arrived it came uncovered. planning to return here for my next business trip later in the year.

- Patrick (8/5): What a great Hotel - It was a very pleasant stay at the BonApart Hotel in Kiev. The staff was pleasant in every way possible and always helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and had enough space to move around comfortably. I would rate this stay as a (5) Excellent but the TV was not working properly for the days I was there. Two or three channels worked at best. I didn't watch a lot of TV but there were times I would have liked to.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Bonapart. Thank you. - Good location. Very close to Metro station and supermarket. UK cafe 5 minute walk away. Hotel is just like the photos. Clean, modern, comfy. Nice bedding and furnishings. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Would not hesitate to return.
- Mark (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - Hotel is very clean and well run. The staff is well trained although some could use a little better understanding of English. We did not have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant in the evening but did enjoy the limited breakfast menu they offered and found the service very good.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice hotel. Value for your money. - I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel has a nice location - close to the metro station "Druzhby Narodiv", next to the big supermarket. The hotel itself is pretty new with the a very good facilities. They offer a very good breakfast but for the extra charge (which I think should be included in the price). Staff is very helpful. They also upgrade my room to the studio, that was very nice of them.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean & modern. Very good. - This hotel is great. It is very clean inside. Room service was good. Stayed here couple nights. I had my own vehicle, so it was really close to downtown(Kreshatik) Overall I was satisfied.
