Unfortunately the property is in poor state: our room had mold, broken tiles in the shower and the door was damaged so it would not close properly. Moreover, it is sold as a room with a window and we knew it wouldn't have a view, but the window is actually not facing outside at all, it's facing a wall that is not even outside, as if the room was made shorter.

MGB (1/5): Disgusting and effectively a theft of money. - The staff tried to apologize for the horrible experience. The whole hotel need to be properly cleaned. The room was very dirty with hair in the bathroom, previous user's waste in the shower and dead cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting. They rely on a teenager to "clean". I had to as 3 times to have the cockroach removed from the bathroom. The bed was hard as were the pillows. Breakfast was horrible. I would never stay there again. Also, we payed top price for the most expensive room after seeing the initial room was much worse and not what was advertised.

Very helpful and kind stuff, nice amenities, clean, perfect location, many tasty options for breakfast also healthy oprtions with cooked veggies with I appriciate a lot. Stuff helped me with ordering taxi and on the arrival I have received welcome drink. Nothing to complain highly recommended:) Nothing

Esme (1/5): Uncomfortable, unpleasant and loud - Location is good Rooms were very small, we were on first floor for the first night which was so noisy, the next day they said they would move us to the 8th floor but the room wouldn’t be ready till later. We went out for the day, super tired from arriving late and having a terrible sleep due to noise. Came back to our new room which was not clean. The floor boards were smashed up. The bed was without a mattress and had hairs on it. Mould on the skirting boards. We booked 3 nights, stayed 1, asked for a refund on the following 2 baring in mind we checked out of our room on the morning after night 1. And didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in the new room. They refused to refund us, only gave us a refund for half of one night.

My only remark for the rooms would be that may require some renovation soon, as they start to look old. Breakfast is nice too. Value for money. Some rooms have no window view

Se (8/5): Fabulous stay! - Clean and cosy hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Location is in the Old Quarter. Easy to find eateries and shopping is everywhere around the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Grant (10/5): Great little boutique hotel. - We were in a street front room on the 4th floor. It was quiet. It was comfortable, clean, light & bright. The staff were very pleasant and so helpful.. Could with with some USB points.
Pek (9/5): It was a memorable stay and would come and stay there again as the location of the hotel is very strategic. - The rooms was clean but small. However it was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem with communication as all of them can speak good English.

ALBERTO (2/5): - Terrible experience in a room that was dirty (even food left behind in the fridge by the previous clients), internet not working, no hot water, limited food for breakfast…but the location is really good. A hotel to avoid!
Cathy (7/5): Great location but needs updating. - The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. In the Old Quarter but close to the lake. Bed was quite comfortable. Could have been cleaner. Room was rather cramped. No bath towels had been left…. Although the young man on reception provided them quickly when I called down.
