Das Frühstück kann für einen Aufpreis von 16 € pro Tag dazugebucht werden – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut, es war frisch und lecker. We w - Location : far enough from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Istanbul but still close enough to enjoy it . Staff : the wonderful team and their energy (thank you Mahmut , Muhamed and the smiley ladies at reception and serving at the lobby) That I can’t afford to live there forever🤪
• Nur (10/5): Amazing staff, fantastic facilities , private underground parking - After driving all the way from the UK and crossing the Turkish border, we headed straight to the Park Inn Istanbul. We were greeted by Muhammed, whose friendly and professional energy was exactly what we needed. He looked after us from the moment we arrived until we were settled, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the hotel. We also want to give a special mention to Mahmut, who was a standout presence and clearly a key part of the team. He ensured everything was running perfectly and contributed to the high standard of service we received. All the staff are lovely and the hotel is beautifully clean. We are super happy and would highly recommend!

• ANIELA (10/5): Un sejur minunat! - Personalul de la recepție și de la restaurant este foarte amabil și receptiv, am comunicat foarte bine. Micul dejun este variat, totul este proaspăt si foarte gustos; am apreciat in mod deosebit varietatea de fructe proaspete si faptul ca omleta putea fi pregătită la cerere si in prezența oaspeților. Mâncarea pe care am servit-o la restaurantul à-la-carte al hotelului a fost delicioasa iar porțiile sunt generoase. Camerele sunt spațioase si luminoase. Vom alege acest hotel ori de câte ori vom reveni in Istanbul pentru ca oferă servicii la un nivel superior față de alte hoteluri la care ne-am cazat in zonă.

• ANIELA (10/5): Un sejur minunat! Excepțional! - Este cel mai bun hotel la care am stat in Istanbul! Este a treia oară cand am ales acest hotel, pentru că ofera servicii la un nivel superior celorlalte hoteluri la care am stat in Istanbul. Meniul de la micul dejun este variat, mâncarea este proaspătă. De asemenea, am servit masa la restaurantul à-la-carte, au multe opțiuni de meniu, totul a fost preparat repede, cu ingrediente proaspete si a fost delicioasă. Persoanele de la recepție sunt foarte amabile, zâmbitoare și comunicative. Camerele sunt foarte curate si amenajate cu bun gust. Am avut parte si de o gustare in camera, din partea hotelului, cand ne-am cazat seara târziu.

• BAHADIR (7/5): - It is practical hotel that you can find best in Kavacik. The room were okay to spend couple of days. They provided towels everyday and clean the room. The room size is very good and bed were comfortable. While we were taking shower, water comes out from the shower cabin. We had to clean the water everytime we took a shower. The windows are very poor - you hear all noise from traffic. I don't know why they did not put any noise cancelling windows.

• Engin (5/5): Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Die Zimmer hatten eine schlechte Schalldämmung. - Temizlik, Sauberkeit… The sound insulation of the hotel rooms was quite poor. I could clearly hear the traffic noise from outside as well as conversations from the neighboring room. Additionally, the noise from guests in the adjacent room knocking on the wall was very disturbing. This greatly affected my stay. Otelin odalarının ses yalıtımı oldukça yetersizdi. Trafikten gelen araç sesleri ve yan odadaki konuşmalar net bir şekilde duyuluyordu. Ayrıca, komşu odadaki misafirlerin duvara vurması da oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Bu durum, konaklamamı olumsuz etkiledi.

The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. We wanted to say thank you.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Mediocre Inn on the Asian Side - With my family, we stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. We asked for a baby crib. They brought a crib that had a broken latch, and they did not replace it. It was essentially broken and useless. The mattress was not very comfortable, and the sheets were very cheap, plastic ones. Worst of all, the bath towels were extremely worn out and smelly. The bed sheets were not replaced during the room service. Breakfast food was reused for multiple days. This hotel is located on the Asian side, which suffers from heavy bridge traffic even at 11 PM.

Otelin genelinde olduğu gibi odaların temizliği ve dinlenmeye uygun sessiz ortamı övgüye değer. Bütün personelden memnun kaldık ancak EDA Hanım güler yüzü ve içtenliği ile ayrıca teşekkürü hak ediyor. Memnun kaldığımız bir denryimdi, bizim gibi rahatına düşkün, dinlenmek isteyen kişilere tavsiye ederiz. Her şey için teşdklürler...
