- Michael (8/5): Good value hotel on the edge of town - Staff are super friendly and very helpful, breakfast was a good price with plenty of choice, comfortable bed Not really a didn't like but the rooms are a little dated, no issues with them but could be a bit modernised. Equally, although not really far this hotel is on the outskirts of town, around a 10-12 minute walk from town, just something to be aware of.
- khogg (6/5): Ok but needs improvement - Location is excellent
Bathroom very good No one at reception mid afternoon
The decoration is very tired.
Garden is untidy eg. Rubbish all over the place
Room right next to bins that get moved at 6am ..so very noisy..

- Roger (7/5): It was a comfortable hotel bed and the hotel was close to our friend's house - We had a full English plus cereals and tea and it was excellent Curtains did not keep out all the lighte to

- Helen (6/5): Great location, comfortable bed.. the rest needs looking at. Wouldn’t recommend based on room cleanliness and worn deco - Fantastic location for the parade and lots of spacious parking. Outdated furnishings, grubby surfaces, needs decor maintenance.
- Paul (8/5): - We asked for a room with a bath, they aid they were giving us one of their
- Konstantina (7/5): - Clean The sound of running water in the heating system was horrible. They have to fix this. I had to go to reception and ask to stop the radiators in the room because I had not slept the previous night . Still you can hear it from the surrounding rooms! The breakfast did not have a single fresh vegetable. It’s almost impossible to fit in a diabetic diet. I know it’s typical English but most of the guests are on work visit( foreigners).
- Matthew (8/5): - Comfy bed,good shower Squeaky floorboards

- elizabeth (7/5): Convenience and comfort - Clean and comfortable Bathroom light didn’t work and also people bang on the door early in the morning to clean the room
If you’re checking out you need a bit of a lie in

- Kirsty (9/5): - Clean , staff friendly, parking None
- James (6/5): - The staff were very helpful The hotel needs some money spent on it as it really shows it's age in certain areas. My room had a radiator which didn't work but also an electric heater

The staff were welcoming and helpful

Thebreakfast was varied and the cooked adequate for one kept in chafing dishes The fan or something like a fan outside room 21 that was noisy all night. That said we would stay again.

- Clara (7/5): Nice hotel for a nights stay, great if you're travelling by car. Lovely staff. - Easy to book and the hotel is a beautiful building with an easily acceptable car park.
Nice bar downstairs and super friendly and helpful staff. Room could have been cleaned a bit better as there was dust on the shelf’s and stains on the carpet.
Bed was okay, not the comfiest. Needs a bit of a spruce up!
- Martin (5/5): It was not as nice as when we have stayed previously - Location The room was small , and very noisy from extraction fans
- Krisztina (7/5): - Friendly staff, clean room. Unfortunately coffee maker didn't work. The noise of people walking in the hallway could also be heard very clearly and very loud in the room during the night including the doors opening and closing in the corridor.
Lack of fresh vegetables or fruits during breakfast.
- Tamilla (9/5): A calm and comfortable hotel with an excellent location -

- Sonya (9/5): Great place for a group of friends to stay and hang out - The hotel was great Room was perfect Breakfast was brilliant esp the fact they served till 11.am on Sunday Also the bar was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly Doors in bathroom wouldnt stay open but it wasnt a major problem
- Angela (10/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): Great value hotel you won’t be disappointed - Stayed here 3 times now it’s a short walk into town, free parking is a bonus, super comfortable beds, breakfast great value and delicious and the staff are very friendly 😊 Could do with more space in the bathroom to put toiletries, we only had one small shelf.
Biscuits and bottled water would have been a nice touch.
- Barry (7/5): the area was residential - so was quiet - Breakfast could have been better - dry scrambled eggs in a bain-marie on the buffet each day with no grilled tomatoes available at all - and as there was only an orange or an apple as the fruit choice we felt this was lacking.
We stayed over the Easter weekend and there was no reference to this in the hotel. We were surprised that there were no hot cross buns offered at breakfast on Good Friday or Easter Sunday and thought that as there were children staying in the hotel over the same period, a bowl of easter eggs at reception on the Sunday would have been a nice touch.

- Mariam (7/5): A great short stay with friendly staff - The male staff member who was on shift on 14th March night time was very helpful, as I needed some help carrying my suitcase due to a health condition. He was happy to do so. The female staff member who was on in the morning on 15th April kindly helped give me an ironing board which I needed in the morning at short notice. I only stayed for an overnight pitstop as I had a wedding to attend the next day so I can't comment on anything else, but it was a comfortable and peaceful stay for me. Whilst I was happy that the stay met my needs, I had to climb behind the bedside table to get access to a plug socket to charge my phone as I prefer to keep it by my bedside. However this was a bit difficult for me due to my health condition, so I wonder if to be more accessible there could be an extension cord available.
- Stephen (8/5): -

- Carl (10/5): -
- Jackie (6/5): Few issues but only stayed one night. Would use again as it is central and offers good parking. - Convenient, parking, price Bathroom lights didn’t work. Creakiest floorboards ever.
- stuart (10/5): - Was a very good hotel
- Helena (1/5): -
- luke (7/5): - Cost A bit dated
- Rebecca (6/5): -
- Sidney (5/5): Lovely staff, very helpful - Great location
Building needs updating Bed was not very comfortable
- Robert (10/5): - Very clean and great value
- Daniel (9/5): Lovely hotel in Leamington - A lovely little hotel just outside Leamington. The rooms were tastefully designed, recently refurbished, and very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the town centre. The prices were unbelievable. Very little. Parking was a tiny bit confusing at the front but there were plenty spaces around the back. Also, they sent way too many emails before I arrived, about upgrades and pre-checkins. That's fine but 6 emails is a lot.
- Nick (4/5): Soulless Single Room Stay - 10 minutes to the centre of town. Room felt grubby. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed to have no springs. Smallest bathroom sink in the world. No mirror in bathroom so had to shave in the bedroom.
- Giglio (8/5): -
- Lindsay (8/5): Location and Breakfast. - Large car park. Lovely breakfast. Location. The cold room i walked in to. Although there was a portable heater.
- Wendy (10/5): 2 night stay in Leamington - Hotel is warm and welcoming. Staff very helpful and happy. Had a single room for two nights. Had everything I needed. Very close to town. Car park was a bonus because recent visits to Leamington I found it is hard to park anywhere. Only thing was bed mattress too hard. But that didn't spoil my stay.
- Chunga's Revenge (9/5): A good hotel but still needs work in terms of updating decor - The hotel is a little dated in terms of decor and carpets - a bit worn. But it's a good price with good parking facilitities and a good location - jus a 10 min walk into Leamington. The floorboards creaked very badly and I felt sorry for whoever was beneath me.
- Kerry (10/5): - Very welcoming and nice and clean .
- Kelly (9/5): -
- Hicks (5/5): Noisy and not clean - Noisy and not clean
- Beverley (6/5): OK. Was central, generally clean and had parking. Damp carpet and dodgy towel rail were annoying. - Reception on arrival friendly and helpful. Staff at breakfast friendly. Bathroom and linen spotless. Breakfast OK. At 11pm we realized there was a damp carpet in one bedroom, and that this was the source of an odd smell we'd tried to get rid of by leaving the window open over dinner. We didn't ask to move rooms at the time as it was already late, but it was annoying and probably should have been noticed by housekeeping before we arrived. Also the towel rail in that bathroom fell off as soon as we put a towel on it, and the bottom shelf of the cupboard was extremely dusty - both should certainly have been noted by housekeeping and fixed before we ever saw the room. When we reported the problems to morning reception, she seemed more worried that we'd ask for a refund (we didn't) than about arranging to have the problems fixed, but hopefully she did. The small doubles are indeed small (1 person against wall), but I guess that's to be expected from the name.
- Jenny (8/5): Great location, hotel done up since I last stayed. Very clean. - Location was good and it was very clean The way the breakfast was displayed as help yourself but then you ordered and they took it from there and made it in the kitchen. The guy on the door showing you in was standing right by so you felt really self conscious when helping yourself to the continental bit.
- Tilly (9/5): Very satisfied - I had prebooked and paid, and was literally just there for sleeping! But for me that was perfect as it was near where I needed to be, quiet and clean. The staff were very pleasant, and all the admin was in place requiring no long questioning , forms etc.
I hope to be visiting Leamington spa regularly and I shall happily book here again. Can't comment as I only used the room and not other facilities.
- Alexandra Daniela (10/5): -
- Terence (5/5): Altogether this seemed like a hotel in need of some energised management and TLC. - Location. Car parking good. Underwhelming reaction from staff on arrival. Unwelcoming directions and instructions on signs. Room was too hot and although appearing to be largely unoccupied, we were given a ground floor room overlooking the waste bins at the end of the building, so opening the window was not an option. The bed/mattress had protruding springs, making sleep difficult. Very uncomfortable, no sleep. Bathroom design was ill thought out. Nowhere to put your things. Breakfast was adequate, self-service but attended by an unkempt member of staff in jeans and trainers, on his phone.
- Samantha (8/5): - Nice & quiet, friendly & helpful staff, good food in the evening (I had the chicken schnitzel and fudge cake with ice cream the first night & a pizza and lemon meringue pie with ice cream the 2nd night). Hotel is decorated nicely with some interesting little areas to sit in.
Plenty of free parking at front & back of hotel which is great. Floorboards in my room (single room, number 8) were the noisiest I've ever experienced!
Bed was rather hard, but in the morning I asked for an extra mattress topper & an extra duvet as I was a but chilly the first night & both were fitted for me by the time I got back in the evening.
Breakfast food was plentiful but cooked buffet had been sitting a while although was still warm enough. Would have been nice to have some prepared fruit, even if just tinned, although there was whole fresh fruit available.
There are currently extensive roadworks with traffic lights right outside the hotel entrances which makes getting in & out a bit tricky.
