- Charline (7/5): - La proximité avec les pistes de ski. L’endroit est grand pour un logement de ski et assez bien équipé. Il faut prévoir des frais supplémentaires pour les draps et serviettes mais aussi pour le ménage ou alors il faut le faire soi-même. Il n’y a pas de four. Ce sont des petits frais qui s’accumulent petit à petit. La piscine est ouverte de 12h à 18h en ce moment, ce qui est pendant les heures des ouvertures des pistes et ne laisse que peu de temps pour en profiter. Le spa et bain nordique sont également en supplément.

La vue depuis le balcon, la proximité de télésiège - Propre, facile d’accès, très belle vue, personnels très agréables, bon service. Isolation sonore entre les appartements voisins, proximité du parking; peut être des fruits au petit-déjeuner (j’imagine que c’est dur d’en avoir des frais en hiver) ?

- Martine (8/5): Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour, dans un cadre calme et enchanteur. - L’hébergement est composé de plusieurs bâtiments de style chalets en bois, très jolis et bien intégrés dans un bel environnement montagnard. Un grand parking gratuit se trouve à proximité, ce qui est appréciable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le confort et la situation de la résidence, avec une navette gratuite toute proche permettant de rejoindre facilement la station. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien agencé, avec de nombreux rangements. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique. L’équipement est globalement très satisfaisant (micro-ondes avec fonction grill), même s’il n’y a pas de four électrique ni de lave-linge. L’appartement était trop chauffé et il n’était pas possible de régler soi-même la température (chauffage au sol), ce qui nous a contraints à ouvrir les fenêtres malgré des températures extérieures très basses (jusqu’à -10 °C la nuit). Concernant la piscine extérieure, l’eau à 27 °C nous a semblé insuffisamment chaude pour l’hiver. De plus, la cabine chauffée pour se changer se situe à l’extérieur, à quelques mètres du bassin, nécessitant de marcher dans la neige. Il manquait également des patères ou crochets à l'extérieur de la piscine pour suspendre les peignoirs, ce qui aurait été plus pratique.

Nous avions le logement maxi tribu sous les toits (bergerie) et étions 10, l'appartement est très grand et beau, les chambres sont spacieuses, toutes avec des rangements, deux sont équipées de baignoire et lavabo. La résidence est proche des magasins de location de ski, des remontées mécaniques et de la navette gratuite pour monter à 1650 ou 1800, ce qui est très pratique. Séjour parfait, nous étions tous ravis et avons passé un super week-end ! A prévoir : papier toilette, sel, poivre, huile etc.. car il n'y aucun équipement de ce style (1 seul rouleau de papier toilette dans une boîte d'accueil) Possible de louer sur place des appareils raclette, fondue etc..

- sandrine (10/5): appartement maxi tribu - l'appartement maxi tribu esr fantastique , très joli , très cosy. l'équipement est complet , les chambres spacieuses , le nombre de salles de bains et douches plus que suffisants , il est bien situé , navettes, location de matériel de ski , télésiège ... la buanderie 24/24 est appréciable et bain nordique sympa . manque un balcon ou terrasse , literie trop souple, 2 frigos mais un peu petits .

Заселение и выселение по часу. Девочка на ресепшене просто нет слов. Завтрак просто ужасный. В ресторане не вкусно. Белье в аренду это дико. Самой застелить и расстелить и отнести сдать использованные. Это очень не удобно. Мыло не предоставляют. Забронировали сауну. Она была холодная. Оказывается не сказали работнику. Так зачем тогда бронировать? Бассейн подогреваемый не работает. Перед сауной переодеться негде. Очень все не удобно. Депозит при заселении 400 евро. Девочка на ресепшене все путает, не понимает кто оплатил наличными, а кто банковской картой.

La piscine est petite, mais c'est largement suffisant. Calme absolu. La possibilité de commander des poulets rotis a prix raisonnable pour repas, service de livraison de pain et viennoiserie à condition de commander la veille. Un bonheur d'avoir ses croissants accrochés à la porte de l'appartement dès 08h00. L'ensemble du personnel de la réception est plus qu'agréable, rien à redire sur ce séjour, on reviendra avec plaisir. Possibilité de déposer les clés dans la boite aux lettres si départ tôt et réception fermée. Rien. Tout correspondait à mes attentes

- Damdam (10/5): Super sejour - Très belle résidence, logement de 40 m² fonctionnel spacieux moderne confortable. Vue exceptionnelle sur le massif des Orres. Le personnel était très serviable et attentionné plusieurs activités proposées durant la semaine malgré la dernière semaine d'août. Excellent séjour tu es en bas des heures 1650 un peu à l'écart de la station. Insonorisation des habitations un peu légère.

Het restaurant blijkt maar zeer sporadisch open, voor een zeer beperkt aantal gasten. De speelhal is niet meer dan een (betaald) airhockey, pingpongtafel, kleine poolbiljarttafel en een 4-op-een-rij-spel. Ook is er geen privéstrand bij het meer. Dit wordt allemaal grootser geadverteerd dan in de praktijk. En het is afgelegen, dus een ritje heen en weer naar de bewoonde wereld kost tweemaal een kwartier, en terug bergopwaarts klimmen is erg brandstofintensief.

Prenotato con uno sconto e il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo. Al check out hanno cercato di farci pagare 15 euro per l'hot tube, senza che fosse scritto da nessuna parte che fosse a pagamento o che ci fosse detto al momento dell'utilizzo. Avendo fatto presente la pochissima chiarezza alla fine il servizio è stato offerto. Il personale fa molta fatica a parlare inglese, la comunicazione non è semplice. Il monocale viene venduto anche per tre persone, ma è assolutamente troppo piccolo per tre, va bene solo per due. Sala giochi molto bella ma con orari di apertura che la rendono quasi inutilizzabile.

- Sabatier (8/5): - Le site ou se trouve la résidence est magnifique. Le personnel accueillant. Exterieur abîmé notamment les lattes de bois cassé et se soulevant aux risques de buter dessus. Clim réversible dans le salon mais pas dans les chambres nous avions un double studio. Château gonflable plein de guêpes et jeux pour enfants très restreint.
- Maureen (4/5): - Le logement n était pas super propre… mais bon un petit coup et c’est réglé. Ensuite certaines choses devraient être renouvelées. Matelas de lit très très mou. Il est temps de le changer! lampe cassée, juste recollée à la colle forte. Vu le prix payé une petite lampe neuve ne ferait pas de mal. Et concernant la communication. L équipe rien à redire, elle est top. Mais la responsable! Non seulement elle ne sait pas dire bonjour. De plus elle invente de nouvelles règles dans son régalement en fonction de la tête des clients. les taxes annoncées étaient 3 fois plus élevés sur place car il y a la taxe adhésion club pour les activités. Pour une famille de 2 personnes et 1 ado. Compter presque 70 euros de taxes! L’animation est pauvre et les activités limitées pour un ado! Le cadre est superbe, les logements pratiques et beau mais beaucoup de choses sont à revoir.

- Audrey (5/5): - Malgré un surclassement, nous avons eu le sentiment que ce logement avait été attribué car plus rien d'autre. Très grand ok mais très sombre, un ménage plus que douteux. Le sol était très sale, des poils de chien partout, de la saleté dans les angles. Nous avions soi-disant un extérieur privatif mais personne ne doit être au courant. Les enfants des autres logement jouent, les chiens viennent faire leurs besoins pendant que l'on mange, les locataires du dessus jettent leurs cendres. Bref très désagréables. Nous l'avons signalés mais ça n'a rien changé. Le prix pour un chat est de 10 euros par jour. Nous avions de bons souvenirs dans cette résidence. Dommage, nous ne reviendrons plus. Nous sommes d'ailleurs parti un jour plus tôt. Déçu. Je ne recommanderai pas.

- Erwin (8/5): - Mooi rustig gelegen in berglandschap. Fijn met skiliften naar boven ook onder zomer. Verkoelende omgeving. Zwembad viel wat klein uit, voor kids eerder. Jacuzzi was betalend. Half uurtje afdalen met de wagen tot Embrum.

Les points positifs sont : Proximité des remontées mécaniques Grand parking gratuit ( mais en mauvais état, pas déneigé et pas éclairé la nuit) L'appartement est fonctionnel Le service de livraison du pain et viennoiseries Les points negatifs Mauvaise insonorisation des appartements Le chauffage au sol qui n’est pas réglable, nous avons eu trop chaud donc nous devions ouvrir les fenêtres, c'est dommage Pas de prise dans la mezzanine Pas suffisamment de prises dans les chambres pour charger les téléphones Une planche à découper serait utile dans la cuisine Un seul lave linge dans la buanderie c'est un peu juste (pensez à acheter les jetons pendant les horaires d'ouverture de la réception Pas de chauffage dans la salle de jeu

Cependant, plusieurs choses ne vont pas (logement V25) : - la ventilation dans la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, et absence de hotte aspirante, d'où les tâches d'humidité au plafond qui doivent commencer à dater - l'isolation phonique du logement, on entend le voisin ronfler comme s'il était dans la pièce à côté. Un jour de plusieurs centimètres au niveau de la porte d'entrée, ce qui n'arrange pas l'isolation, et qui de surcroît laisse entrer l'odeur nauséabonde (vomi ?) qui émane du logement du voisin. - la "terrasse", qui sert aussi d'allée pour accéder au logement des voisins, et qui devait avoir en tout et pour tout 30 minutes d'ensoleillement dans la journée. - les oreillers ne sont pas confortables pour moi (beaucoup trop épais) Malgré tout, j'ai passé une bonne semaine.

- Frederic (10/5): La vue est à couper le souffle ! - Nous avons passé un agréable (mais trop court) séjour dans cette résidence en été. L'accueil est top et l'ensemble du personnel est très serviable. C'est vraiment a souligner car tous ont le sourire et se plient en quatre pour vous, même en fin de saison. Bonne communication avant la réservation et pendant le séjour : des affiches, des SMS chaque jour. La résidence est plutôt bien située, juste en dessous des Orres 1650. On peut d'ailleurs accéder a la station directement à pieds en 15 minutes en utilisant la piste tout en haut. Nous avons trouvé quelle était à taille humaine. Tout est pensé pour les familles et les enfants : salles de jeu, piscine, structure gonflable, toboggans, un enclos avec des chèvres... En fin de journée, il y a toujours une animation pour petits et grands : marché de producteurs, jeux en bois, Nous avons testé la piscine, rien à dire si ce n'est que la plage avec les transats est sous-dimentionnee et c'est dommage. 6 ou 7 places tout au plus, cela n'encourage pas à rester flâner. Nous avons testé le bar au dessus de la piscine mais pas le restaurant par manque de temps. L'offre et les prix ont l'air très correct, avec des soirée crêpes, barbecue... Concernant l'appartement, nous étions dans le bâtiment BellaVista et il porte bien son nom : la vue est tout simplement splendide et à couper le souffle !!!! Les montagnes environnantes, le lac de serre-ponçon...

- Owen (4/5): Very disappointing treatment of returning guests - The apartments were close to the chairlift. The apartment we got was not the one we had booked and paid for. We booked a large apartment (with Mountain View) with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, for 9 people, made up of two families. No-one was going to have to sleep in the living room - everyone would have had a bedroom. The day before we flew out, on 8 February 24, the Sunelia Logis d'Orres phoned me in the late afternoon, and told me they had double booked and we could not have this apartment that we had booked 10 months in advance (booked in April 23). They said they had another one for us, but it was smaller, with 2 people having to sleep in the living room, and 2 shower rooms and only 1 toilet, for 9 people. I said this was not good enough. We had paid more to get the bigger apartment. They said that they were the same price. (Which they were not, at the time of booking.) I said it was not like for like and she offered free sheets and towels. After I looked at the apartment plan online, I contacted them again and said it was too small - all of our children are nearly adults and certainly adult sized. I said that one toilet was not enough for two families - that it would be too stressful and not a relaxing holiday. I asked for another apartment as well so at least no-one would have to sleep in the living room. She then offered a smaller 3 person apartment, where 3 of us slept at night. But the problem is this - when I first took the call from her, she said it was a Booking.com problem. She said if I had booked directly with Sunelia Logis d'Orres, then this would never have happened. I do not understand why she said this. Whose fault was it? Is it a mistake caused by Booking.com? Is is double booking by Sunelia? What caused the problem? Even though we had 2 apartments, the holiday was not the same. It was not the fun, all-together atmosphere that we wanted, and carefully selected this apartment for.
