Martina (8/5): Posizione top! - Posizione top e struttura carina. La nostra camera aveva un patio quindi per il cagnolino è stato tutto perfetto. Colazione con tutto il necessario. Non si può pagare più di 200 euro la camera e non avere la wifi funzionante la sera. Di giorno funziona perfettamente ma la notte è spenta (dalle 10). Per chi deve lavorare in smart anche di sera è veramente difficile.

La chica que nos atendió el día que llegamos fue amable, pero la chica del check out muy seca y un poco borde, discutiendo cosas que no tiene que discutir con un cliente. no funcionaba una lámpara, aunque la arreglaron cuando lo dijimos. la nevera estaba desenchufada. luz de la tele justo encima de la cama supletoria la chica del check out

MARINA (9/5): Dias perfeitos no paraíso. - Foi tudo incrível, principalmente a recepção que tivemos quando chegamos, a Rossana foi extremamente solicita, educada e amável. o Café da manhã incrível, delicias regionais, cafés e capuccinos deliciosos. A atenção da Anna no café da manhã, também foi um ponto muito importante, ela foi incrivelmente solicita e atenciosa. A cama era conjugada, no meio da noite meu marido quase caiu no buraco que ficava entre as duas camas. Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi a falta de cuidado do recepcionista (homem) que ficava no periodo da tarde, pedi a gentileza de fazer uma reserva em um restaurante para nós, pois nosso italiano não era muito bom e ele simplesmente se negou, falou que lá todos falavam inglês, que era para eu mesma tentar. Achei deselegante e não condiz com o cuidado e atenção que o restante da equipe teve conosco.
Angela (8/5): - Great view. The hotel is located up a steep hill and out of the main part of town so no close restaurants or grocery store. They are within walking distance as long as you are ok with the hill.

Suely (10/5): Vista imbatível com muito conforto! - O hotel é muito bem localizado. Fica a alguns minutos da cidade murada, num lugar tranquilo, e com uma vista espetacular. O quarto que ocupamos tem um jardim privativo, maravilhoso! É espaçoso e confortável . Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã ótimo e funcionários gentis e prestativos . Excelente opção em Montalcino!
Crystal (10/5): - The breakfast was great, some good GF options. Room was clean. Kind staff. I can't comment on the pool or restaurant as it was closed for the season, but otherwise it was great! They even have an elevator which was rare in Italy.

Debora (8/5): - A vista do hotel é linda! O quarto garden é antigo e básico , mas muito limpo. O secador de cabelo não funciona bem, o chuveiro é ótimo. Não oferecem touca de banho. O café da manhã é delicioso e o atendimento é muito bom. Ficaria hospedada novamente !

Tom (10/5): Easy to recommend - we will stay again. - Nice location - albeit a good 20 minute walk from town/restaurants/bars. Excellent pool Great rooms - each with its own courtyard area. Good breakfast. The hotel does NOT have a restaurant offering lunch/evening meal. So the only option is to walk/drive to town to eat. There are no local taxis ( the hotel does warn of this) - but a selection of umbrellas would help on rainy days ( we had rain)

Holly (6/5): - Good breakfast and staff was helpful. Aging property where rooms need updating. More cleaning attention needed in room and bathroom. Bedding was very poor with think pillows and a worn comforter.

Jeffrey (10/5): - We checked in quickly with a friendly staff. We were exhausted after driving from Rome Airport and a long flight from LAX. We purchased a bottle of wine and enjoyed the patio area. We slept from 9:00 PM till 7:00 AM. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of all breakfast food groups.
Mara (10/5): Maravilhosa, o único arrependimento é não ter estado mais tempo. - Tudo. Acomodação espaçosa e muito limpa. O Banheiro é moderno e o quarto muito aconchegante e confortável. Os Funcionários são todos maravilhosos e não pouparam esforços para fazer da nossa estadia ainda melhor. Todos nos trataram com muito carinho e as indicacoes dadas por eles foram as melhores. Nada.
