• Dragos Arman (6/5): - La ubicación y el desayuno Lo primero el olor tan fuerte a cañería que salía del cuarto de baño. Al llegar de visitar teníamos que tener la ventana abierta una hora para tener un olor normal en la habitación. Se vende como habitación de luxe pero los muebles viejos y desconchados. En 3 noches no limpiaron los baños. Solo repusieron papel y toallitas. La limpieza de la habitación fue hacer la cama y pasar un día la aspiradora. Esperaba más por el precio pagado. El colchón ha visto muchos amaneceres . La nevera no es una nevera es un enfríador de vinos que no tiene regulador de frío. Metimos agua y la sacamos más caliente de como estaba en la tienda. No hay recepcion después de las 10. Nuestro avión salía de madrugada y no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno ni pudimos pedir nada a la hora que nos marchamos. Un bonito sitio, personal correcto, desayuno decente pero instalaciones y limpieza de hostal de carretera.

I když byla okna na frekventovanou ulici, odhlučnění bylo dostatečné. Vynikající snídaně, ochotný personál. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni i s umístěním hotelu blízko centra. Celkově skvělé ubytování. Vše bylo v pořádku!

• Myke (3/5): Selbst ein halber Stern wäre zuviel - NICHTS Unsere Wohnung sollte Rollstuhlgrecht sein, was es absolut nicht war. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation bekamen wir nicht unsere gebuchte Wohnung. Die Wohnung war völlig runtergewohnt. Die Couch war dreckig, hatte Flecken und gerade im Kopfbereich ordentlich Haarschmalz. Barhocker gab es nur einen und bei den Essstühlen blätterte das Kunstleder ab. Im Flur klapperten die hohlen Fliesen. Das alles wurde schön des öfteren bemängelt und abhilfe durch den Vermieter versprochen. Passiert ist hier allerdings nichts.

• Andrea (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wundervollen Stadt. - Lage ist direkt in der Nähe zum Zentrum, zur Oder, zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, alles prima erreichbar. Anfahrt zum Parkplatz auch gefunden (anhand der von Hotel bereitgestellten Skizze). Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel frischen Salaten, Obst und Gemüse. Der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein und eng.

• Aleksandra (6/5): - Lokalizacja blisko rynku, komunikacja miejska pod nosem. Pokoje ładne i czyste. Łóżka wygodne, na psa czekała miska z wodą. Na dzień dobry przywitał nas ciasny parking z częściowo zapadniętą powierzchnią. Mimo windy do pokoju i tak trzeba się dostać schodami, do tego uszkodzonymi. W pokoju dziwny zapach w łazience. Tu, po interwencji w recepcji przyniesiono nam ozonator,ale w takim obiekcie spodziewałabym się nie musieć interweniować wcale. Przed końcem pobytu zapach powrócił. Lokalizacja blisko rynku, co mimo oczywistych plusów sprawiało,że było strasznie głośno. Mimo zamkniętych okien słyszeliśmy ścigające się auta i imprezowiczów z pobliskich knajp. Stosunek jakości do ceny był moim zdaniem dość zawyżony.

Camera grande, letto comodo, bagno con anche il bidet, doccia grande e con dispenser shampoo/bagnoschiuma/sapone mani. Bollitore, ferro e asse da stiro. Luminosa con grande finestra e tende oscuranti. Silenziosa io ero al 4° piano. Pulizia ottima, perfetta la biancheria bagno e letto. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio alla partenza. Lo consiglio a tutti, è stata un ottima esperienza.

Pokój od ulicy kompletnie nie wyciszony - 1,5 od okna jeździ tramwaj, a przez całą noc słychać ryk motocykli. Co dziwi - brak kosza na śmieci w pokoju.

• Katja (10/5): - Die Lage perfekt. 5 min.bis j In die schöne Altstadt. Frühstück sehr lecker und das Personal ganz hilfsbereit. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr schwer zu finden. Wenn man dann einmal weiß wo es ist, ok.
• Benjamin (9/5): Stilvoll und gemütlich - Großes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Viele versch Lichtquellen im ganzen Raum, sodass für alle Eventualitäten das richtige Licht vorhanden war. Ausreichend Spiegel sowohl im Badezimmer, als auch im Schlafzimmer. Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Lage zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig und so waren die Nächte sehr erholsam. Großer Kleiderschrank mit ausreichend Kleiderbügeln, generell viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet mit polnischen Köstlichkeiten und warmen Frühstücksoptionen (Eierspeisen, Pancakes, Würste) auf Anfrage (ohne Zusatzkosten). Die Duschtrennwand. Diese war zwar vorhanden, jedoch zu kurz (hat nur ca. 1/3 der Badewannenseite abgedeckt), sodass nach jeder Dusche das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand.

• Paweł (8/5): Ogólnie nie było źle jedynie chalas od ulicy był irytujący - Fajny gustownie urządzony pokój, starający się personel Niestety nieszczelne i słabo izolujące okna od ulicy spowodowały że gdyby nie zatyczki do uszu sen byłby chyba niemożliwy. Miękki materac też był średnio wygodny ale znośny. Nie działała też klimatyzacja.
• Renee (10/5): Ideale Unterkunft für Städtetrip. - Alles sauber, gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Sehr. ausgiebiges Frühstück ! Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz liegt im Hof. Beschreibung der Einfahrt wird bei Buchung mitgesendet. Trotzdem etwas herausfordernd zu finden. Auf keinen Fall in das gebührenpflichtige Parkhaus fahren sondern links daneben die Hofeinfahrt nehmen vor dem ersten Schranken rechts und erst beim nächsten Schranken läuten. 0
• Rafał (10/5): Dokładnie takie hotele lubię zatem pobyt dzięki temu we Wrocławiu był udany. - W zasadzie wszystko. Gustownie urządzony, butikowy hotel. Duże, wygodne pokoje. Cicho i spokojnie. Dobre śniadanie. Miła, uśmiechnięta, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa.
• Heather (8/5): A lovely comfortable stay in a great Polish city - Generally, the room was really well decorated, although a little dark. We were in the black room. The shower was very dark. The water pressure was excellent. Heated radiator was hot. Room was well appointed and warm. No night time noise from inside the hotel. Location of the hotel was excellent. Didn't like the tv being piped into the bathroom. The only English speaking channel was sky news and there is only so much Donald Trump a person can take. The double glazing is ineffective, which is a shame as its obviously all new. City workers worked till 3 am doing road repairs then the trams started, not the hotels fault but if the windows were a better fit. Lift was very slow and hazards on stairs due to tile damage waiting of repair

• Dmitry (5/5): - Завтрак кстати был вкусный, тут вообще без претензий... Но мне не понравилось. Темные стены, темные лампы, у меня были включены все, ВСЕ люстры и лампы и светильники, которые были в номере, я НИЧЕГО не видел. Найти отель в темноте на машине нереально вообще, я 3 раза мимо него проехал, ни вывески не видно, ни знака, потом уже в истерике позвонил на ресепшен, мне сказали что нужно как-то из-под-за угла заезжать на темную парковку внутреннего двора, где ТОЖЕ НИЧЕГО НЕ БЫЛО ВИДНО. Я конечно понимаю, цены на нефть и все такое, но это просто ненормально настолько экономить на освещении. Сам номер тоже очень такой, какой-то гангсташик, со всеми этими обоями непонятными, кровать выглядела так, как будто просто матрас на полу лежит, очень низко, боюсь представить, для чего это было так задумано. В общем абсолютно неуютно.

Ist hier die Beschreibung zum Hotel zu benennen, es sind zuerst 2 Aus- und 1 Einfahrt einer externen Tiefgarage, ehe die schlecht erkennbare und nicht beschilderte Zufahrt zum Hotelparkplatz kommt.

• Sergey Vandalovsky (10/5): Вроцлав в феврале. - Отличная гостиница. Прекрасный и просторный номер. Хороший вкусный завтрак. Идеальное расположение. Отзывчивый персонал. Уборку номера делали часто, но не пылесосили.. Диванчик в номере был сильно потасканный и без покрывала, что делало сидение на нем не особо приятным.

• Joanne (9/5): Fabulous place to stay for a weekend moseying around Wroclaw. - Room was very spacious, bathroom was spotless. A fridge, tea, coffee and bottled water was left in the room. Location is 5mins walk to the main square and the staff were lovely. Nothing

• Wioletta (10/5): Godne polecenia :) - Wystrój wyjątkowy, nam osobiście się podobał. Bardzo klimatycznie. Lokalizacja w stosunku do ceny super. Kontakt z personelem bezproblemowy. Bardzo miła, młoda obsługa. Mieliśmy zostać na jedną noc, ale przez sytuację losową potrzebowaliśmy wykupić kolejny nocleg, co również poszło sprawnie, dlatego też byliśmy w dwóch różnych pokojach. Czysto i ładnie :) Będę polecać dalej. Delikatny problem z dojazdem na parking, ale wszystko jest oznaczone, trzeba się tylko dobrze przyjrzeć. :)
