Our room was huge and really well appointed with kitchen area, sitting area and a comfortable king bed. We loved having the Italian restaurant in the same location. Rochele (8/5): One night stay - The experience with front desk was great - they were very pleasant. The room itself was huge. The couch was quite uncomfortable since it was leather. The bed was good. Only issue was the fact that the lights are turned off in the hallway at night. Apparently they are motion sensored but just doesn’t feel safe having them turned off after a certain time.

Television could use an upgrade to allow you to sign into your own personal streaming services. Lovely experience and an added bonus that it is attached to Johnny Rocco’s Italian grill.

The Inn is up to date, has all the amenities I need and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant below is great for lunch or dinner and behind the Inn is a Starbucks and grocery store plus more food shops. Easy to get to.

The room was very spacious. Although it seemed to be soundproofed, I could still hear the noise from a ballroom hall rental on the same second floor. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor.

Bruce (8/5): - Enjoyed the Italian Restaurant, Johnny Rocco’s, right on the main level. Cuisine very tasty and reasonably priced. The room’s large feature rock wall created a cool vintage ambiance. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot tub and shower both worked well as did the AC in 35 C outside. Bed was comfy. Only one small negative: our coffee machine did not work. But Tim’s was close so NP! Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Verified traveler (10/5): Charming and lovely hotel! - We only spent one night here but we would definitely stay here again. Our room was lovely, with exposed stone walls and very comfortable. In addition, the entire room was clean and spacious. The hotel rep that checked us in was friendly, courteous and completed check-in quickly. We went for drinks in the attached restaurant and again, our server was extremely pleasant and friendly. The area around the hotel is convenient and we were able to walk to local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Niagara area and we would definitely stay here again.

TIMOTHY (10/5): - This is a lovely property. The room was impeccable with comfortable bed, and very quiet. One nice feature is that there is a freezer of ice on the 3rd floor (vs ice machines). The checkout was a bit odd, though as there was no-one at the front desk at 10:45 (11:00 checkout) and the person at the office behind was rather offhand. Perhaps their informal style. But all in all a great option for a visit to NOTL (25 minutes away). I would go back.

Dan (10/5): Incredible value in a boutique hotel - This is a great place to stay! Its an amazing conversion and renovation of a heritage property. Very large and clean room. It is also very quiet and great for sleeping. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a large boutique so it has advantages.

Be aware that it is not a walking type destination with adorable shops and places for coffee. It’s more like laundromats and homeless folks in the adjacent neighborhoods. Nice hotel, god awful location.

The building has so much character and charm, with a perfect mix of historic details and modern comfort. My room was spotless, cozy and beautifully styled- felt like a peaceful retreat. Everything was easy and stress-free and the quiet surroundings made it a great place to unwind. We'll definitely be coming back next time we are in the area!

Room was smaller than the one we had booked a year earlier for about the same price so not sure why, also ac fan was noisy on start up, and there was a strange red stain in the tiles in washroom but it wasn’t a surface stain. It was just an OK stay, everything else was very clean. Would be nice if they offered room service with the restaurant on site. Instead you order for pickup then awkwardly walk through the restaurant to pick it up.

In 2025 it should be standard that hotels offer some form of usb charging system. Currently, you have to unplug other appliances and lights in order to have a socket close to the bed to charge your phone, watch, and iPad. Just provide it.

I have bad arthritis and with all the rain we were have I was in a lot of pain. She brought us up a space heater. For me I couldn’t get warm. She then put us in a room with a fireplace. Couldn’t thank her enough. We had difficulty signing into internet she came up and signed us in our devices. The building was beautiful and we wish we could have explored more but with rain rain and more rain. This was a birthday trip for my husband who turned 70. He loved it. If we ever get back that way again we would definitely stay there.
