Had a situation with a barking dog, but that ended when I asked the front desk about it. Unique place in walking distance to food! Easily the best place to stay in Monticello.

- Doug (8/5): Nice facility. Comfortable room and bed. Property fronts on a very busy highway with lots of trucks so it can be noisy. - Very clean; recent renovations; friendly staff; comfortable bed. Highway noise. Number of trucks passing by decreased in late evening but never stopped completely.

Bathroom was great, but only very small shampoo and conditioner were available. The lady let us check in very late so big thanks to her Everything was fine, just note that there will be nothing around you (even food places close early if you arrive late). But nothing you can’t see for yourself online

- Carla (7/5): - The hotel was very cute, clean and comfortable. Check in was very quick and easy. By no fault of the hotel or staff, my room, located right off the road was quite loud. The increased number of tractor-trailers and other traffic felt like the noise was perpetual and I arrived at 9:15pm and left at 7:30am the next morning. Luckily, I had ear plugs with me.

- Rod (10/5): Brilliant - Everything. I was on a road trip and booking a day ahead as I made it up. This place is super-friendly and exceptional. It has a uniquely welcoming character. It looked as though I was the first guest in my room. Everything felt brand new. You will love this place. I feel like I'm required to make something up here. I can't. I've road-tripped across the USA and this place is way up there.

- Michael (7/5): Excellent value and certainly worth staying in. - It's an older facility, but our room was quite large, comfortable, and quiet. The quiet may have been since it was maybe half occupied, but it still was good. Super old school motel but was clean and in fairly good shape. I thought for the price, around $100 for 2 queen beds, that it was a very good deal. Coffee machine was pretty poor in the room, not worth even turning on.

- Pascal (7/5): Nettes kleines Motel in modernem Stil - Es gab Parkplätze direkt an vor dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr nett und hübsch eingerichtet und hat freundliche Farben. Auch das Badezimmer ist in einem sehr schönen Stil eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, jedoch nicht zu 100% (s.u.). Insgesamt ein nettes und schönes Hotel, was ich weiterempfehlen würde. Die Kopfkissen waren leider viel zu hart, sodass man nicht darauf schlafen konnte. An den Wänden ist bereits viel Putz abgebröckelt, was leider sehr abgenutzt aussieht (bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in 2023, war dies noch nicht so). Auch an den Türen und Möbeln war viel kaputt, was leider keinen guten Gesamteindruck macht. Der Stöpsel vom Waschbecken war voll mit Haaren und Dreck, sodass das Wasser nicht ablaufen konnte. Es scheint, als wäre dieser seit langer Zeit nicht gereinigt worden.

It was hard in the dark to see where the area to pull in and out around the curb was.

Some road noise as we were so close to a busy road, but it didn’t keep us awake. We would still stay again, we were very comfortable.

- Małgorzata (9/5): Super październikowa noc. - Pokój, personel, czystość. Było bardzo przyjemnie. Wystarczajączy zestaw kanałów tv, bliskość parkingu, kosmetyki przygotowane dla gości. Bliskość ulicy, z uwagi na jakość szosy niestety mocno odczuwalny ruch ciężarówek , szczególnie nocą.

The hot water came through the shower immediately which was nice. Nothing that the hotel could do anything about, but the location is a bit noisy with semi trucks going by at all times day and night, so it was a bit of a noisy night of sleep.

- David (10/5): Perfect! - It was perfect for our one night stay. Parking in front of the room. The room was spacious and very clean. People at the front desk were very friendly. Nothing.
- Trask (8/5): Best hotel in Monticello for the price. - Very clean and with a 1950's remodel. They embraced the age of the hotel and did a great job. Room and lobby were better looking than newer hotels. Friendly staff at both check in and check out. Hotel also had a professional coffee machine in the lobby to create made-to-order drinks. Rather than breakfast, give me coffee. Hotel is next to the main highway in town, so you hear some traffic noise. The bed was a bit hard, but so are most hotel beds.

- Cleveland (9/5): Wonderful stay despite the bad circumstances. Justin made a bad situation tolerable. - I hit a deer on the way to the hotel. Jason , the owner, put my room key in an envelope on the front door so I was able to check in late. He gave me some advice about how to get out of Monticello without a rent car, since you can't rent a car for the next day in that area of the country. You can rent one for next month, but I needed to get home that week. I ended up having to get a U-Haul truck and car dolly to get my car back home. Jason was VERY helpful during my ordeal in Monticello and next year when I come through (this is a yearly business trip for me) I will plan to stay at the Atomic Blue Motor Inn again, I'll just drive a little slower between Moab and Monticello. My first night my room was out by the main drag, which was a little noisy. The room was very comfortable but I didn't get much sleep because of the traffic noise (and probably a little bit of "How am I going to get myself and my car back to Houston"). The second night I was in one of the rooms in the back, no traffic noise and I was actually able to sleep.

- Temple (8/5): A very good value in Monticello Utah. - An old motel that has been nicely remodeled. Clean, comfortable, with very good Wi-Fi too....and excellent value for the money, I will go back if I ever need a room again in Monticello, Utah.

- Elizabeth (10/5): - This witty refresh of a traditional motel is just fun! Love the colors. Easy walk to several dining options. Comfortable bed, shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Only downside is traffic noise if room faces street.

No hay mucho más en el pueblo, salvo un pequeño supermercado y gasolinera. La habitación es bastante pequeña y justo al lado de la carretera por donde no paran de pasar camiones durante toda la noche....

Slept like a stone. Solid walls kept the noise outside. Easy parking right in front of your door makes for quick unpacking and packing. Friendly helpful staff. a couple of very good eateries with short walking distance. Reasonably priced and very near the golf course.
