Luke (1/5): - AVOID! I was locked out, not giving a code to enter and no one picking up/answering the phone at midnight. Another group were given the code only to find out the keypad was jammed and didn't work. We had to force entry and was told I would not be refunded. Very disappointing, the owner hasn't cooperated at all either with booking.

George (4/5): - The lady on reception who I can only assume is the owner was lovely, really friendly and welcoming It’s a “no smoking” property but our room was right next to the front door which meant everyone just smoked right outside our window and the smoke blew into the room. The bathroom is tiny and the doors don’t close properly. The walls are paper thin and I could hear a kid crying upstairs like it was sat next to me and there was no COLD water (I know people usually moan about no warm water but it’s not pleasant to brush your teeth with warm water)

Altin (10/5): A warm, welcoming stay made unforgettable by the amazing people who run the place. - The hospitality was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Their warm attitude made all the difference. There was nothing significant I didn’t like. Everything was well taken care of and met my expectations.

Akshun (6/5): - The accommodation is really close to the beach and there are plenty of shops and cafes around. The parking on the street is limited and on first come first serve basis. The accommodation is slightly old but has the basic amenities for a decent stay. Our room had a portable fan to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of narrow staircases to get to the top floor. the bathroom was quite small.

claire (2/5): - This was not worth £110 a night......more like £30 and that would be generous. the lady who checked us in was very polite and friendly but the guesthouse its self is the worst i have ever stayed in. the place is rundown with paint peeling every where , half painted walls in the hallway and in our room was even worst. there was exposed wires just cut off and left , the bed was horrible and left me with a bad back. the towels were all different colors and rough. the quilt cover was cut off at the bottom and didn't even go down to the bottom of the duvet leaving it exposed with stains. the pillow cases were from the 80's bed set of the pirot clown. there was stains all over the carpet ..... i could go on . i could hear another couple moan about the place as they checked in so i cant imagine where all the 8/10 ratings came from because the pictures this sight is displaying is not this hotel ............

Rosalina (5/5): Bem localizado. - Gostei da localização, da hospitalidade da recepção. Deram-nos um quarto no subsolo, sem ventilação. Cheirava a mofo e só havia uma janela grande de correr que dava para o pátio e não deu para abrir muito durante a noite porque havia risco de entrar algum animal ou insectos no quarto. Tirando a dificuldade de respirar durante a noite, de resto foi bom.

Richard (8/5): Fairly basic but clean. The lady who runs it is delightfully nice and friendly . You won’t get a sea view or a gold tea - Location is perfect. Sea just around corner but in a quiet side street. It was fine.
Sarah (8/5): Good location, clean - We have big luggage (travelling for a while!) so requested a low floor and we got the lower level with only a few stairs :) kettle, mugs, wine glasses! We parked down the street next to the park for one night for about 12€. You can also use the park and ride (summer) at withdean leisure complex but it doesn’t make much of a difference price wise after you pay for parking and then the bus in and out of town to get back to your car. Depending how long you’re parked though! The room was really cluttered with heaps of nick nacks, 4 chairs, multiple tables. If there was less furniture it would be much more spacious. Not a deal breaker obviously, more feedback for the hotel :) Small bathroom and shower

Maka (2/5): I need to share for someone who will might be willing to book same room ! We’ve booked one room for one night for £130 o - Only location was good and reception people who welcomed us very well and friendly. It’s not hotel, could call fest house but my room was shorter than 2 meters.

I wouldn’t even allow that if I were having guests over at my home so it’s ridiculous that they are still using those covers.
