- YASUSHI (6/5): - I was asked to show the certificate that I have paid, and it took me sometime to resolve this issue. Finally, they offer that I deposit some money until they get notified that the money is paid by Expedia. Expedia should communicate closer with hotels.

- IKUO (8/5): - 5月2 ４ 5 に泊まりました。 お安いホテルでしたがねフロントの対応はとてもよく、癒されました。 食事は朝夕ともなく、すぐ隣のホ－カ－スに期待したのですが、ラマダン期間で全てしまっていました。 かろうじて開いていたスーパーで菓子パンと牛乳ホテトチップ ビールでつなぎました。 登山目的でしたので、登山中のランチボックスやロッジの食事も質素でした。 このホテルは市街地からも遠く清潔で寝られればいいという方に歯科お勧めしません。フロントの対応は親切でした。一晩中空調がうなり続け、どこででも寝られる人だけにお勧めします。観光目的で泊まるべきではありません。
- Verified traveler (2/5): 매우 실망. - 새벽 비행기여서 12시까 잠시 휴식을 취하기 위해서 예약한 호텔이였어서 기대를 안했습니다만, 그래도 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 벽지는 찢어져서 너덜거리고, 침대 시트에는 얼룩이 그대로 남아 있었습니다. TV는 리모컨이 없어서 켜지도 못했습니다. 2명으로 예약했으나 칫솔과 수건은 1인분 밖에 지원받지 못했습니다.에어컨은 안시원했고, 온도 조절도 안되었습니다.

- Becky (8/5): - The room was roomy and fairly clean. We had requested a queen size bed but received two twins. Grab cabs were quick to pick us up and you could walk to a store and restaurants. The front desk staff was not very helpful. Every question we asked was a "no". Also, there was no wifi our final day.

- KYUNGYOON (8/5): 공항이랑 가까워 비행기 소음이 다소 크게 들렸다. - 공항도착해서 잠만 자려고 예약했었다. 가격도 저렴했고 시설도 가격대비 만족스러웠다. 다만 공항근처라 비행기 소리가 좀 크게 들렸다. 그거말곤 뷰도 나쁘지 않았고 좋았다.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 가격대비 괜찮은 곳 - 밤 늦게 도착해 잠만 하루 잘 예정으로 갔습니다. 리셉션은 24시간 운영되어 바로 체크인하고 방에 들어갈 수 있었고 객실 내부는 사진과 똑같아요. 혼자 이용했기에 좁진 않았고 아늑한 정도의 크기였습니다. 침구에 뭐가 묻어있었지만 세제 냄새가 나고 보송보송 했고 아주 푹신해 그냥 그러려니 생각했습니다. 에어컨은 아주 잘 작동되었고 화장실도 나름 깨끗했어요. 어매너티도 준비되어 있고 온수도 잘 나오고 수압도 괜찮았어요. 전체적으로 만족스러웠지만 아쉬웠던 점은 와이파이가 다소 느려 핸드폰 데이터를 사용했던 것, 콘센트가 단 하나 였다는 것...이네요. 가격 대비 추천 드립니다. 후기가 애매해 고민하시는 분들을 위해 자세히 적어봤습니다^^

- Verified traveler (2/5): 최악입니다. - 페밀리룸 예약하고 갔는데... 사진에 나오는 페밀리 룸 외에 또다른 페밀리룸이란 방이 존재합니다.. 근데... 그방이 사진에 나온방의 반토막크기... 딱 스텐다드룸 크기.. 첫날 은 어쩔수 없이 그방에 자고 다음날 원래 사진에 나온 예약한 방으로 바꿨는데... 이방은 그냥저냥... 거짓말안하고 사기당한기분입니다.

- sapi (4/5): 一泊ぐらいなら - 空港に近いので飛行機の音がうるさいです。気になる方は耳栓を持って行った方がよいかも。近くにフードコートのある施設があるので、ごはんには困らないです。

- albeno (2/5): Outta There - Disgusting.....sadly pre-paid for four nights and left after the first. "Flight Path" hotel, mosquitos in an unclean room, no morning hot water and a bath sink which was very slow to drain. Nice desk staff seemed sympathetic regarding my early departure but had to get outta there asap. Grossly overvalued....flew to KL and for just a bit more money enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Empire Subang which comparatively seemed like a palace.

- kimyeowool (8/5): 꺠끗하고 좋아요 - 하루만 대충 잠만자느라고 창문없는 방으로 했는데 창문 없는 것 빼고는 진짜깨끗하고 에어컨 빵빵하고 깨끗해서 좋아요. 직원들은 친절한데 택시부르면 30분 정도 걸렸던것 빼고는 ㅜㅜ 다좋았어요 꺠끗하고 좋아요

- chee yen (6/5): comfortable stay - the hotel is nice and convenient, everything is good. Nearby airport, city center and eatery. But one ridiculous problem is where I need to pay for the iron despite I paid around RM140 for a room. I never had this problem in other hotel where the iron should be free. The room is very clean but there is a cockroach smell in toilet which should be investigated by the hotel.

- Eric (8/5): 寧靜，乾淨，位於小社區的酒店 - 1，職員非常有禮，讚！！ 2，有一晚花灑水流很慢，影響洗澡 3，四日三夜都無法用wifi上網，即使我肯定輸入了正確的wifi密碼，幸好我上網sim卡唔爆 4，遇上輕微地震，但冇事 5，酒店設有類似泰式的按摩，五十多馬幣就有交易，質素唔錯 6，距離機場只十分鐘車程，開窗的話會聽到飛機升降，但我要開冷氣，所以不受影響

Vi brugte valgte det da det laa taet paa lufthavnen og vi skulle flyve meget tidligt om morgenen. Hotellet fejler intet men er ikke noget luksus hotel. Generelt rigtigt godt til pengene.
- Linda Lithing (8/5): elegant design for an affordable hotel - through out my 3days 2night here, i shall said the reason i choose this hotel was it was near to KK airport and i love the design, the color, the lighting and the way they combine everything. hotel staff is good.. this hotel are near to a 5 star asiana restoran, some massage hub and handicraft shop for souvenir. you just need to call and book it if you want. even meals can be order through phone when you are lazy to go anywhere. they will just charge a 10% service as the staff will bring it to your room. Don't need to worry, this hotel room was design properly and i assume most of the room are with windows. all the walkways are with cctv recording at the corner. it just make you feel safe if you are travel alone. usually hotel mirror are facing the bed, as for chinese believes it is some spirit thing watching you but here.. they design the mirror facing the toilet. wish i dont have to cover it with cloth everytime i wanna sleep. it just understand the feng shui arrangement. the only thing i don't like was the room i stay have some irrigation system problem for the sink and the bathing toilet hole. the water kind of like sink very slow. others were working al right :)
- Lim (6/5): Situated near to the airport - We stayed at Asiana Hotel from 30th December 2014 to 3rd January 2015. It is located at Malay majority area. It is quite visible from the street but it doesn't have any street lights during the night. The room we stayed is located at ground floor, room 101. We couldn't sleep on the 30th night as we were constantly awaken by the noise from slamming the door and noise from the plane.(our hotel are close to airport). During midnight, we were again awaken by the noise from lobby. Apparently someone were having a big argument there. Nobody came to clean our room on the 1st of Jan but they should have put a notice to inform us in advance. The staffs were pleasant and kind so thumbs up to this. The massage at Asiana Hotel was awful. The lady who massaged for me kept texting during the session and the way she massaged me was very unprofessional. Poor service given by them.

The service given by the hotel staff was not bad except for the toilet condition which was not that good but it was quickly repaired. I would like to introduce my friends to stay at this hotel. Overall I would like to stay at this hotel in future provided I would be inform of any promotions with cheaper rates.Thank you.

- Doch (8/5): Comfortable room. - Staff are friendly and helpful. Surrounding area of the hotel is quiet but inadequate street lights. Hotel policy is a letdown- charge extra for things like borrowing the iron to iron clothes.
