Large window in room with view of ski slope. Lots of power points in room. Free wifi was good. Tea and kettle in room. Excellent heating in hotel and room. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Outdoor onsen. Spacious lounge on top floor with excellent views. Luggage storage. Staff friendly and accommodating to language difficulty Rooms too small. No wardrobe and no space for luggage.

- zeeta (9/5): - The hotel is huge, compared to the typical hotels in Japan. The facility is great for either family activities or teenager activities. The food is neutral. Few staff members who can speak English. You need to purchase a bus to the hotel. The wind from the aircon is slightly weak, can't adjust that much.

- Jennifer (9/5): Lovely ski resort for families - Clean, renovated rooms (resort twin room), friendly staff, ski in ski out access, comfortable beds and beddings, great mountain views, indoor and outdoor onsen so relaxing! Half board (breakfast and dinner) recommended. The buffets are adequate with variety! In the room they give spring water Nothing much. Maybe it’s remote location. You have to drive very carefully when there is snow and/or ice on the windy roads. Make sure you get winter tyres or chains. Other than that, it was really comfortable to stay at! I would come back again.

- Shigemi (3/5): 最悪 - 建物等の設備、ロケーション等はとてもよかったです。 ①食事時間のシステム。待ち時間が長いのに、それでも終わりの時間は変わらないと言い放たれたこと。会場に入って終了するまでの20 分弱で食事を終わりにするようにと言われた。待ち時間は30分を超えていた。会場同士でもっと連携をして、人を移動させるなど工夫をしてほしい。だいたい、終了時間前に片付け始めているから、落ち着かなかった。受付と受付後に並んでいる人の区別もつきにくかった。捌く人の問題と受付の場所の問題もあると思う。 ②露天風呂に行く時のスリッパと館内のスリッパの違いをもっとわかりやすくした方が良い。名前シールの工夫は良かった。 ③作務衣のサイズは、Lでも袖が短いし、初めからMしかそろえていないのはどうかと思う。サイズ変更のために、何度も係の人に手間をとらせてしまって申し訳なかった。また、ポケットの位置は右利きが多い中、どうして左なんだろうと思った。両方にあれば解決するのでは？ などたくさんあって、非常に居心地が悪かった。ホテル滞在を楽しめなかった。

- 由紀 (6/5): 良い思い出になりました - 広々していて部屋からの景色も良かった。トリプルベットでも窮屈な感じはなく露天風呂、大浴場とも混雑なく、ライブラリーでゆっくりできてよかった。 夕朝のバイキングどちらもメニュー豊富で楽しみました。 部屋が暑かった…！事情は聞いたが、異例の暑さとはいえ、なんとかならないのか…。せっかくの朝風呂後に暑くて残念でした。

Only the roast beef and tempura was worth eating. Dessert section was good. We would rather have a set meal like a teishoku! It was so disappointing we ended up ordering separately a sukiyaki set.

Cleaning staff banged on our door very loudly and tried to barge in. Despite explaining to them that we would like to sleep in, they insisted on coming in to clean the room. We ordered extra pillows and the staff that delivered it was rude. Also be careful with payment because they double charged us

The outdoor onsen was enjoyable and relaxing! It’s an older property and should consider investing in remodeling to modernize the property, it could help attract more of the younger age group to come stay at this property.
