• DifferentPerspectiv (4/5): 3 Star Hotel Acts Like 1 Star Hotel - I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was deeply disappointing. I checked in at 9:00 AM and were told the room would be ready by 1:00 PM. By 3:30 PM there was still no text, no update, and no way to contact the front desk directly. Communication at this hotel is virtually nonexistent, which forced us to return in person just to find out what was going on. When I finally received a room, the issues continued. The television did not work, and a simple request for regular pillows was acknowledged but never fulfilled. The overall lack of communication and follow through was striking. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, across all categories, and while this property is marketed as a three star hotel, the service experience felt closer to one star. To make matters worse, the front desk associate who handled our initial check in was indifferent at best and unprofessional in demeanor. Hospitality starts with people, and that piece was entirely missing here. This property has potential, but until communication and basic service standards improve, I would not recommend it.

• PJN450 (6/5): Don't KNOCK ON THE DOOR!!!!! - Dog and cat smell asked for new room then this AM the maid knocked at my door very early after getting in very early from road this AM. She said the do not disturb sign had fallen. Not sure how or why but if it has fallen then this is a sign that the person DOES NOT WANT TO BE DISTURBED. Customer concern should come first not cleaning rooms!

Nice restaurants nearby. The renovations and remodeling did not bother us at all. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant too. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

I had to go shower for a meeting at a friend's house. Thank god I knew someone in town. LOL. They were very sweet about it and I know it was out of control.

No hot water for 2 days, tried to get snacks from lobby food kiosk at 6:45, waited 10 minutes no server arrived, tried to ask at front desk, no one there either. Restroom off lobby had no hand soap for at least 3 days. Not typical, we have stayed here many times since it opened.

Spacious room and bathroom. Unfortunately on the morning we were checking out there was a maintenance taking place of the water system at the hotel so we weren’t able to shower (luckily it was the last day).

I was just pointing out that I didn’t appreciate being made to wait while they had their conversation. This is at a hotel where I was paying $800 a night for two rooms. This is endemic of a poorly run hotel. I would seek out better options in Jupiter.

• David (10/5): - I’m not sure of the girl’s name at the front desk but she was outstanding. I think her name is Ari. She helped us out when we needed to change a room and she was very helpful and anything else that we asked for so I give high praise to her. There were three problems -number one when you open the door the lock came on and you couldn’t close the door so we had to change rooms -number two when we changed rooms. We got into a new room and the air conditioner leaked on the floor and there was water all over the floor by the air conditioner. They came in and fixed it but it was like that for a full day before they did. Also, the bartender was a bit on the shady side. He pushed us to get doubles in a drink, and it turned out. He gave us no alcohol at all. It was just soda. I do believe his name was Jason. I spoke to the front desk about it and they reimbursed us for the drinks. he also said there was no bottled wine or beer and they had run out of a lot of the liquors.

I think it has to do with the pillows. Also the breakfast takes long to wait to order in line, then long to wait. It’s not a buffet style.

• Gatos47 (8/5): Very nice and clean hotel/room/bathroom - We actually had a reservation at another hotel but left after finding it dirty. We were so glad to find this nice-looking hotel in what seems to be a safe area. The front desk staff member was very friendly, and check-in was quick, even though we were a walk-in. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room kept our items cold. Elevators worked well. The pool looked nice, although we did not use it. The only things that could have been better were a more extensive fitness center (such as weights and mats), and the bathroom could be even better with the addition of a nightlight and one or two more towel hooks or bars.
