Pierrette (8/5): prima oplossing voor een weekendje ijsspeedway !! - alles was prima !! het eten was meer dan voldoende! over de rest valt niet veel meer te zeggen omdat we maar 2 nachten zijn blijven slapen en verder geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van al wat het hotel te bieden had ii er was bijna niets aan te merken behalve het dure ontbijt !! het was voldoende en erg afwisselend en voor ieder wat wils ! maar toch : meer dan 20 euro voor een tas koffie , 2 croissantjes , 1 glas fruitsap en 4 stukjes ananas !!

Não gostei de ter pago por uma noite um valor elevado para reservar uma suite e acabei num quarto duplo standart com um anexo com beliches que estava no chão com restos de panos e materiais de construção no chão. Como cliente habitual deste hotel foi me atribuído um quarto standart médio sendo que paguei suite. Apesar de me ter garantido que o diferencial do dinheiro entre a suite e um quarto standart duplo iria ser devolvido para o meu cartão, ate ao momento não recebi qualquer devolução deste montante.

Uiteindelijk heb ik zelf een medewerker van het restaurant aangesproken die ervoor zorgde dat ik geholpen werd. Het ontbijt was rijk gesorteerd maar er was geen beschuit.

Fijn dat er een rolstoel beschikbaar was en dat we die ook mochten lenen. Jammer dat er veel geluid van de gang door de deur kwam. Ik had graag mijn dagelijkse baantjes getrokken in een zwembad, maar dat was helaas niet beschikbaar. Een kamer voor mindervaliden zou handig zijn, met handgrepen bij het bad en een douchestoel.

Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again! I was not satisfied with the bathroom — there was no bidet, which was inconvenient for me. Personally, I find it important to have access to water for personal hygiene. Overall, it was a good stay, but I hope such details will be considered in the future.

Lisbeth (10/5): Really nice hotel - Virker som er veldig nytt hotel. Fint og rent. Rommet var stort med utsikt over vannet. Senga var litt hard - ellers ingen ting jeg kan klage på. Veldig fornøyd og kommer til å bo her igjen.

Hui (9/5): Good environment, clean and comfortable room. However, the restaurant is so bad. The steak was just reheated😠, but break - The restaurant env is good, but the food is bad, doesn’t match a 4-star hotel at all. The steak is just reheated, and ribs are just bought from supermarket and reheated. Unbelievable that a 4-star hotel could have such a restaurant😱

Patrycja (5/5): Unfortunately not a 4 star experience - I liked the size of the family room, playing space for kids was also nice, the baby cot had a proper mattress Just the conditions in the hotel didn’t provide us with rest. We didn’t like the noise, my daughter couldn’t sleep because of the sounds that were coming from other rooms through the ventilation. The air in the room felt stuffy and it was far too warm. We couldn’t get the temperature down and all slept very badly.

Spittle (10/5): A great hotel - Every thing was great and relaxing and the staff made you feel at home, and the breakfast was a great start to the morning. And the late finish of the restaurant suited us well. Nothing
Jeannie (10/5): Royal mag royaler. - Voor een Royal Suite, mocht bij de aankomst wel verlichting en haard aan zijn. Je kwam er ongezellig binnen en er hing een toiletlucht. Er lag hier en daar wel stof en er zat een grote grijze haar in mijn badjas. Voor zo’n dure suite, nog geen flesje water in de koelkast. Het mag voor de prijs wel wat ‘luxer’ geregeld zijn. Verder een hele mooie ruime woonkamer en slaapkamer, en nette badkamer.

Soraya (8/5): Beautiful hotel - It was very spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff was very friendly even when we wanted to add another person to our booking. The breakfast buffet was really nice and delicious. I would definitely recommend it! It could be a little too expensive.
