- Victoria (3/5): Je vous déconseille. - Le personnel Rien n'allait, je suis partie et j'ai changé d'hôtel !!! - Douche et évier bouché - Mal situé - Pantoufles qui sentaient les pieds - Frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas - + on m'a fait par par carte bleue à l'arrivée, je laisse la personne qui voyageait avec moi partir seule du logement et on lui demande de payer une seconde fois !!!!! J'attends de voir mon relevé bancaire. Vous n'êtes absolument pas professionnels.

- TOMOKI (10/5): - 旧市街の喧騒から離れており、落ち着いた雰囲気。設備は古いが綺麗にされており、部屋が広く窓も大きいので開放感がある点は素晴らしく、リラックスできる。 ロッテの巨大スーパーも近いため、お土産を買うのに便利。

- 徹 (10/5): friendly stuffs and convinient location - Lotte, Vincom(Metropolis / Nguyen Chi Thanh) or Kim Ma street is quite neer for walk. At Kim Ma, there are expressbus from/to airpot (#90 of Hanoi bus). It is very convinient. Hotel amenity and faility are so so, but all stuffs are friendly and polite. I like this hotel and stayed many times.

- Todd (8/5): Good hotel, ok area - We stayed 3 nights here because a friend recommended to stay in this are near his work. However there isn't much nearby so we mostly had to uber to the old quarter each day.
