- Childers (5/5): Noise issue - The room was clean and ample. The morning we were awakened by someone working in mechanical issues next door. It was a room w/o a number and looked to be a mechanical room. Seriously, pounding starting at daybreak. The $50 fee alarm seems more than a bit excessive.

Elevators could use some attention to the physical appearance as well. The fridge and coffee maker in the bathroom was weird. The fridge leaked water all over the floor. We unplugged the refrigerator and had to keep a towel under it

- Amanda (10/5): My stay was comfortable and and a good getaway from time to time - It was clean and quiet. The air didn’t very good. We had leave after our first night there due to a family emergency and they told us that they wouldn’t charge for a cancellation fee yet today is 9 days later and they just took the full 5 days out of my account. I used that extra money for what we needed for the emergency and thought I Thant $ plus what I had in my account so I’ve been spending it. I checked my account last night and they hasn’t charged it so me and my family splurged and went out that was before I check my account. Got to the room still not charged. Go to uae my card today and my account is overdrawn! I called the hotel and they said they aren’t charging a fee and they told booking.com to get my money back but I can’t find their number. Booking.com told me to call the hotel last week. I don’t know what to do!!

- Phil (6/5): - We wanted to check out the casino so the fact it was all connected was very nice. The office staff was hardly friendly and gave no information on elevators and how you have to use the room key.

- Kyle (8/5): If you are in Evansville to gamble, might as well stay at the hotel! - Rooms were clean. Front desk service was really friendly. Skybridge that connects directly to the casino is a big win. Well stock snack bar and a few different food options in and around the casino. The location of the premise within downtown Evansville literally couldn't be better. Oh and free parking! The hotel does show it's age a bit. Certains parts of the facility were not used or were otherwise closed. The rooms themselves did it's job (we could sleep!); however, walls are not the thickest. That being said, if you are going to be hitting the slots for a day or two, it's minor annoyances.

The smoke smell inside the casino was horrendous. The carpets throughout the casino & hotel were very worn and dirty. Front desk clerk was not friendly.

Location is the only plus side of this property Over 6 days, we received service 3 times, and last night I had to go to the front desk to get coffee refills; the staff didn't provide any. The parking lot is filthy, full of trash. Walking into the hotel from the parking garage, we didn't feel safe. There are always people hanging around the casino entrance by the parking garage. Not the safest environment.

Hallways on the second floor always have people sleeping in them. The smell of cigarette smoke on the second floor is overwhelming.

No matter where I've traveled since the pandemic hotels who offer rooms at this price give me filthy, non-smoking rooms smelling like smoke, with filthy carpet, filthy bathrooms and/or filthy and stinky bed linens. There are no reasons to complain.

- Cheryl (8/5): Expensive visiting - I loved the shower, made the place my favorite hotel. The bathrobe is wonderful, soft & comfy. Close enough i got to spend plenty of time with my mom. Staff needs to ask if you're 1st time guests, explain how elevators & doors work. Food, drinks & gambling a very Expensive Thanksgiving trip.
