Location to great food etc. The shower head could be higher, im 6’2 so gotta lean to get under it, only discrepancy i have but still not too phased, difference between like 95-100% satisfaction sort of thing.

- Monique (8/5): Comfortable, Easy and Convenient Location. - The location is very convenient. There is no parking, however a big parking lot across the road. Having to cross the street with bags, etc could be difficult for some. Aside from those two things, the price was great, and the staff went above and beyond - were extremely helpful. The room itself was small, but comfortable and had everything one needs. I would recommend this spot to travellers in the region, especially as Isa can be very expensive for a room that isn't kept as nicely as this one. Facilities were modern and clean. The mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable - it made it difficult to rest well. The shower water leaked underneath the glass - which was annoying because the floor would be saturated after a quick shower. It's not enough of an issue for me to avoid staying here - They're small maintenance issues. Everything else was great, especially for the rising costs in regional areas. A similar room elsewhere was double the price!

- Andrew (7/5): Great location at a reasonable price. - The rooms are fresh, modern and relatively recently refurbished. Entrance to the property is electronic using your booking name and your phone number. The room was equipped with a tea and coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom was good. The property is in a great location. Since a microwave was supplied, no plates were provided for use with the microwave. Only cutlery was two teaspoons. There were no knives, forks, beer, or wine glasses. The bed was very soft.

- Jose (4/5): Disappointed - I can't say what I liked about the place as I checked in with the digital pad provided outside and then I tried to see where I could park my car. There is no parking in the hotel grounds and we have to park out on the street. Unfortunately there were a large number of locals hanging around the car area so we decided not to stay there. If i wanted to stay there i would had to take everything from my car that I had on the roof rack inside the bedroom. I never ended up staying the night. I decided to drive to another hotel and stay there I didn't like the fact that they're was not really parking. There was parking our on the street but you would not feel confident that things from your car would not have been taken. The website does say there is free parking, but I think it should say the parking is out on the street around the corner from the hotel. They should be more specific about parking

- EMMA (10/5): Best spot for work travel in The Isa. - Rooms are beautiful here at Icon on Isa. I prefer to stay here every time. Check in is easy with the computer interface and downstairs is a great Anytime Fitness gym. Shops, takeaway places and pubs are just walking distance away, so perfect location. Rooms are very clean and modern and spacious, and beds and pillows are very comfy. Amenities are very good too. Bar fridge, microwave and kettle super appreciated! A/C always great too.

Whilst the view to the mine site was great I felt a little exposed. The room smelt a little like urine, but I think that was just the air freshener they used.

- Peter (7/5): Great inner city one night bolt hole - Very clean and modern room The parking is across the street, so a struggle if you have lots of luggage. The room was a bit small and you could hear next door.
- David (8/5): Very good - The check in was super easy. There isn’t a reception so it’s all codes. It’s vey new which is nice. The rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

- Victor (9/5): Just right for our one-night stay. - We did not have breakfast. But location is great! You must install a lift for people staying at the top floor. When we have heavy luggage, it will be a challenge for older people to lift their luggage to the top floor.
