• Sherrida (10/5): An excellent hotel. Would stay again. - Lovely hotel. Spacious room and a wonderful well thought out breakfast. Best on our trip. Ample parking. No complaints. A little away from bustling streets downtown but close to everything. Many country excellent restaurants within an 8 minute drive! We enjoyed our stay.

• Jill (10/5): Brilliant Ireland - The Staff were amazing, nothing was to much trouble, they are friendly attentive & engaging even though most of the time rushed off their feet. The food was great & plenty of choice. We had fantastic breakfasts & ate in Frankies ever evening for 5 days. Never had anything but great dinners. Tralee is a great centre for exploring from if your driving & want a permanent location for a holiday. All in all nothing but good to say about our stay here. There was nothing I didn't like !!

• David (8/5): A pleasant stay. - Arrived and tried to change a twin room to two single/double rooms but the receptionist couldn't make it happen for some reason other then we were told it was because we booked via booking.com. Could have been better but it was only one night and not that big an issue. The restaurant and bar staff were fantastic and Margo was great fun with friendly banter with our group. All in all it was a good experience and would consider using it again in the future. Just a shame we couldn't amend our booking on arrival.

Some areas of the hotel looked a little shabby , which was a shame because overall it was lovely. The food in the bar restaurant wasn’t cheap but it was just adequate.

• Doris (7/5): Gutes Stadthotel mit Schwächen - Adapter für Elektrokabel wurde auf Nachfrage kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, Familienzimmer mit 2 Twin-Betten für Familie ausreichend groß Trotz ausreichender Zimmergrösse so gut wie keine Abstellfläche, nur ein kleines Regal mit 4 Fächern im Schrank, daneben nur 8 Kleiderbügel im Minischrank und exakt zwei Haken im Bad, sonst nirgends ein Haken für Jacken etc. für ein Familienzimmer viel zu wenig Hotelzimmer eigentlich ruhig, weil keine Geräusche von Nachbarzimmern ABER Türen zum Flur fallen so laut ins Schloss, dass man das noch etliche Zimmer entfernt hört, generell vom Flur alles hörbar!

Dinner at the hotel was delicious with a tasty variety to choose from. ‘Cold’ breakfast was lovely with ample choice. Sadly the sausages & rashers at breakfast were very poor quality & inedible.

We got a great nights sleep ! We had drinks and food in the bar , and everything about it was lovely and reasonably priced too . I would recommend this hotel . Nothing really ! Ideal for a short stay .

• Alicja (8/5): Lovely hotel - The hotel is very clean and we had a spacious room with comfortable beds. I liked blackout curtains as this was very important for my kids. Breakfast was lovely with good selection of hot and cold food. The staff in the breakfast room was particularly nice and accommodating. The ventilation in the en suite bathroom could be better as water condensation creates some mould close to the ceiling. Also, I find this hotel expensive.

There were no signposts to follow from the main roads, which was difficult when Google maps didn't function and the hotel is a bit out of the way. I thought it was expensive.
