- rrshaver57 (10/5): Awesome Group Trip Experience! - Our experience this weekend was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment our swim team from Richmond, Virginia, arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. Matthew, the bartender, was fantastic all weekend—so friendly, attentive, and supportive of our entire group. Matthew went above and beyond his assigned duties to make our team feel welcome. Betty, the general manager, made our check-in smooth and seamless, which was a huge help with such a large team. Victoria, the guest services manager, and Cecilia, the overnight manager, were both amazing—so welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay exceptional. The housekeeping staff also deserves a huge shoutout for keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout the weekend. Also a huge shoutout to the amazing breakfast crew (Tatiana and Katrina) for taking such great care of our kids early every morning! They were up bright and early with big smiles, plenty of hot food, and endless patience for a pack of hungry swimmers, which made those crack-of-dawn starts so much easier for all of us. Their warmth and energy helped kick off each meet day on the perfect note, and our team coaches and chaperones were so grateful for how well everyone was fed and looked after. If you’re traveling with a swim team, soccer group, or any large event, this hotel is the place to stay! The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our whole experience unforgettable. Highly, highly, recommend!

- X8613SOwaynem (10/5): Wyatt to the rescue! - We had trouble the first day in that we had booked both conference rooms (Biggie and Small) and found out that the hotel had double-booked the room, so we were unable to use it even though it was in the contract. Wyatt was amazing in helping us set up our things so that we were able to make things work.

I am thankful to Evan Mullinex, who found my driver's license after I departed. - GrandTour28653915901 (10/5): Pleasant enough - This is a very clean and pleasantly decorated hotel. Our initial checkin was with a young lady who talked extremely too fast and seemed to be just going through the motions. Young people need to be trained to slow down their speaking and to look at the people they are speaking to. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction going on that we heard off and on during our three-night stay, but nothing that continued or disturbed our rest. The hotel has a lovely and spacious outdoor patio area complete with firepit and pool. The cafe was really Starbucks with limited food selection and overpriced coffee and tea. It would have been very nice to have a complementary breakfast offered such as we have had at other Marriott properties.

- Robert (10/5): - We were dropping our daughter off for her semester at NCSU. This hotel is in the ideal location with easy highway access. It’s also clean, modern and has a nice breakfast. We definitely plan to return here again whenever we visit her.

It’s always nice to stay here, the room is always clean and comfortable and all the staff are very courteous and friendly. The evening manager, Cecilia, is always so kind and helpful, even checking with us when we visit the lounge near the front desk to make sure we have what we need and asks how our room is.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Experience was horrible, it’s NOT a smoke free hotel. 3 out 5 nights, cigarette smell travel via the central vent as if someone was smoking inside the room. The electrical outlets and carpet are old, water leak at the shower door, no room service even when asked, only one staff at the front desk to handle all the guests’ requests.
- Brian (8/5): Good stay but bad breakfast - Overall, the stay was pretty good. But the breakfast, sadly, was one of the worst we have found at this price point. We stayed in two other Springhill Suites hotels this summer and the food was so much better at those other locations. On the other hand, it was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable.
- cltbnkr2010 (10/5): Highly Recommended Hotel - This hotel is my primary destination when I visit my Raleigh teammates each month. It is centrally situated, within driving distance to many places, including Fenton and Crossroads Shopping Center. Most importantly, it’s close to I-440 which I take to my North Hills office on Six Forks Road. Most importantly, every staff member is very friendly. Special recognition goes to Ms. Myra, whom I always see when I arrive each Tuesday. Her smile is very infectious and her attitude is always very welcoming and friendly.

- Roberta (8/5): - The hotel sits by the highway. This allowed to get to Fayetteville, Durham and Raliegh quick. The area has stores and restaurants as well. I was able to run across the streat and get an item that I needed.
