Arnoldo (8/5): Deben mejorar el desayuno. - La ubicacion, un sector tranquilo una pizzeria al lado muy buena, la atencion del personal, un problema con el aire acondicionado lo pudieron resolver. El desayuno absolutamente malo, muy pobre, no hay huevos revueltos, poca variedad, para el nivel del hotel una mayor exigencia en este punto. Al ser un centro de convenciones no daba mucha seguridad, deberia ser un ingreso controlado o por un acceso distinto.

Juanjo (uy) (5/5): Buen Hotel. Vamos siempre ahí. - El Hotel bien. Ubicación, trato de los recepcionistas buscando soluciones, buen desayuno, dormitorio amplio con mini cocina y baño acorde. A cuadras del Shopping Del Hotel solo que en planta baja y la piscina que a su vez tiene una churrasquera se desarrollo en la tarde noche un evento. Mucho ruido, mucho humo y olor de la parrilla. Por otro lado había una edificación en construccion lindera al fondo del hotel y otra en el frente donde estan las oficinas de REMAX. Pedimos habitación tranquila porque fuimos desde 400 km y teníamos exámenes médicos. Nos dieron 2do piso con vistas a la piscina y por ende a la churrasquera y reunion social, sumado a la obra en construcción que daba también al fondo de la piscina.
valetta (1/5): Muy mala - Las instalaciones están bien y el parking es bueno. No había jabón en la ducha, reclamamos y no cargaron el dispensador. No había mantas. Había personas hospedadas que molestaron durante horas con gritos y corridas por los pasillos hasta la madrugada. Incluso golpearon la puerta de nuestra habitación. Dimos aviso y siguió ocurriendo. Obviamente no vamos a volver!

La ubicación, un poco alejado del centro pero bien comunicado con el transporte público, con muchos restaurantes y negocios cerca y barrio bien seguro. El tamaño de la ducha. Pensaba que en un hotel de 4 estrellas ya no existían las cortinas de tela. El fuerte olor que emanaba de las cañerías del baño.

Victor from reception in particular was very kind and helpful when I lost my phone in an uber. breakfast was utterly disappointing. was expecting continental breakfast but they just had loads of pastries and sweet food. the onl type of eggs available were boiled eggs, no omelettes, no scrambled, no fried eggs, no sausage, no bacon, basically nothing salty or fried. most of the gym equipment was broken or literally missing

Jonathan (8/5): Good stay overall if you dont mind taking a taxi everywhere. - Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the Hotel was Very Clean and Modern. Some of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Then there wasn't really much to do near the Hotel, well except for the Montevideo Shopping Center which was about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Gladys (7/5): Fui por motivos de salud . - El personal muy amable , tiene excelente parking garaje en mismo hotel cómodo , la habitación muy linda , agregaría tipo kitchenette , cómo una jarra eléctrica , un micro y aunque sea dos tazas para hacer un café . El desayuno poco variedad , y faltaban platillos , la mermelada no era individual , había que sacarla d un frasco pero no había donde ponerla . Demás aceptable

En mi opinión, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena: cuenta con los servicios que uno busca en un hotel business a un precio accesible. No tengo ninguna queja en particular, sin embargo, el baño no me encantó y el minibar (o refrigerador) hacía ruido por la noche (basta con desconectarlo si no lo estás usando), además de que no ofrecen botellas de agua en cortesía.
